I Need Help Fleeing Far Right Reform

I've been journalling what's happened on Bluesky as a way to keep me sane over the past week, so that's probably the best way to see what's happened.

The short answer however is my brother tried taking down some of the England flags in our village (a racist symbol in the UK) and he was caught. They beat him up, doxed him online and are now terrorising us in my home. They have thrown bricks at my windows twice, the last time almost hitting me and hurting one of my rabbits (thankfully not badly). They circle the house daily and openly laugh at the damage and fear they've caused. Police have been slow to take it seriously and the people doing it have been wearing masks. I live in a small village and had no idea there was this kind of malevolence here!
We are terrified. Flinching at every sound outside, bearly able to sleep. Our windows are covered in tape so hopefully next time (and it feels like its only a matter of time) glass won't fly as far. We're sleeping on mattresses pulled as far from the windows as possible because we don't know if next time they will aim for the bedrooms. They had no fear throwing three bricks at me in a lit room while I screamed. Our garden is as barricaded as much as possible. We have cameras trained on the street. Nothing seems to stop them.
We are trying to find somewhere to rent as quickly as we can, but it is difficult with 5 cats and 5 rabbits. Unfortunately my brother was recently made redundant and I only work part time due to PTSD and long Covid, which makes it even harder to rent to. We are willing to pay the full six months in advance just so we can get out, but with the continued attacks this is quickly eating into our savings.
I know this is a bad time of year and there are so many good causes out there, I feel so guilty for even asking this but please, if you've enjoyed my art over the years, please consider helping us.

I'm sorry to those who worried and sent messages. I honestly didn't think anyone would care or notice my disappearance, so I'm touched by your concern. I think it would be silly for me to reply to everyone after so much time, but know that I read them all. <3
I've been wondering what to write about my absence and... yeah it just kinda sucked. All of it. Which it has for everyone. =)
But! things have been getting better, I've worked on myself, got a new drawing tablet last year and I'm in a much better place. Yay!

The Sad Update Of A Depressed Kitty

I just realised that I don't think I ever officially posted anything here, but even if you don't follow my other social media I'm sure you noticed the dramatic drop in art for almost an entire year now. In short my mother was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of the year and it has pretty much shattered the frail remains of what I liked to pretend was my mental health.

Although I haven't posted anything here in apparently two months I have decided to quit social media for the time being until I am in a better state of mind, but I will still try to keep my patreon updated with something (maybe monthly) if you want to check in to see sketches etc. If you want to talk to me I will still check my messages and I will try to reply when I am able, although I may take a very long time as I don't have a lot of energy for talking or writing.
I'm aware I still have some commissions waiting and I'm ever grateful for your continued patience with me. I hope in a few months my mum will be strong enough that I can work on them, but nothing has gone as hoped so far so I can't promise anything. If you wish to cancel your commission at any time however I will 100% understand and you can contact me whenever for a refund.

I'm not sure what to price them, but somewhere between £40-£60 (probably £40 for the first couple so I have some examples). They would be full body to bust shots with full detail on the character. I would pick the background/pose so they would be a bit of a surprise but you can suggest a theme etc.
Mostly I want to experiment with colour pallets, lighting and angles, so you would probably get something with high contrast and dynamic. Another example might be something this, but not in the cell shaded style:

Pet update
General | Posted 8 years agoNuma had his dental surgery today! Poor boy ended up having 4 teeth out, including a canine, and still has one more that will need to be removed later. He’s still pretty out of it but doing well.

General | Posted 8 years agoThe last few weeks have been really hectic for fitting in streams, and it looks like that's going to continue for at least another week, so would anyone be interested in some non-stream commissions? I'll still try to stream as much of them as possible, but it would be great to have something to work on when I only have a few minutes or to start the stream with.
