Back from this years last, big con
General | Posted 9 years agoWell I'm back from this years Eurofurence and I must say I had a really really great time.
Jumping around as Whiskey was just awesome!!! And it's always surprising how increadibly many of all you fuzziez I know. Impossible to walk more than 5m without finding someone to talk or hang out :D
I hope I find a lot more fotos and videos of that awesome time. I can barely remember the last time that I was just happy so many days in a row <3
Can't wait for the next event and hope to meet all of you again next year or maybe earlier ;)

NFC was filled with a lot new ... experiences for me. Thanks to everyone who did them to me; so to say :D
As always I met so many people I see only rarely and I made a lot new friends this time. I also managed to solve a problem which had bothered me for a while now.
Besides that I had an wonderful Tatratea-tasting in my room, allthepossible fun and the first appearance of my second Fursuit Gazpacho (Pictures will follow the next days ;) )
The ferry trip from NFC to Gdakon was pretty kewl and interesting as well. I'm always impressed by these small, swimming hotels :D
Gdakon was a bit weirdish this time. It was either everyone there or no one ... or I missed all the awesome stuff :P
Well the highlight of these days surely was the Proposal of Memburu. I seriously have rarely felt that speechless as in that moment^^"
The rest of the con was a blast as well: Wild Room/Floorparties, Awesome Dances, funny program, Big Fursuitwalk, this time in the inner city of Gdansk.
Thanks for everyone I could spend time with; I'll see on the next con(s) ;)

Back from Rusfurence 2016!
General | Posted 10 years agoAcutally no idea how I got home exactly.
Half of the trip I just was in Zombie-mode until I finally arrived at my bed, flopped into it and continued to sleep for 12 hours straight XD
I can only say: This con was fukken AWESOME!
I don't know where to start: Food, drinks, people, fursuits, party, party .... PARTY! It was a hell of a blast and I'm afraid the next conventions will have a pretty hard time if they want to outclass this one.
This con could've gone on for all eternity if you ask me :D

I like sorting stuff and putting it in categories. The most useful effect of it so far is that I can seperate fursuit photos from commissions.
The rest is sorted by my characters or characters of other people that show up often in my gallery ;)

1st big vacation of this year is over!

It started with a trip to one of my biggest fans (:P) where we spend a cuddly but cold night in Denmark. Also thanks to Doges for the tasty food in the middle of the night. The next day we made a short break at the states prison of Kopenhagen (well informed circles might know why :D) and traveled on to NFC.
If I have learned something about sweden at this trip then that there's lots of it XD For hours and hours and kilometers and kilometers nothing but nature. Unknown to germans ;) Most impressive are the english skills of the swedish people. I travel a lot abroad and have never met so many people who I could easyly talk to (Yes, not even in America :P).
Nordicfuzzcon started out a bit slow for me but turned out really great in the end. It even has the chances to be my best con this year ... but the year has just started^^" There was a lot of suiting to do, many kewl people to meet and lots of party to have (Even with me beeing DJ at one evening ... and I think I even might've recorded a part of it^^")! I definitely plan on beeing there next year again ;)
After the con we traveled back to to stay for another night and to rescue my precious multiple socket outlet which I forgot there. And also to have a very, very loveley evening ... once again accompanied by Dodges cooking skills :D
Back in Germany the other day we've packed all our stage equipment which we needed for
and left for Poland.
was a blast as always, only way too short.
The dances were kewl (with me as DJ again *happyness*), the suitwalk to Sopot is always great, the hotel is just super comfortable and the breakfast buffet ... I almost want to travel there just for the breakfast XD
Also it was great to meet
again! I hope I wasn't too brash ;)
tl;dr:
Two weeks vacation, two awesome cons visited, more awesome people met than I could possibly mention here, Hadallthebooze, In total we spent around 45 hours and 4600 kilometers in car :D
So at this point: Special thanks to ESKA (my precious Volvo V70 <3) for taking us through four countries of Europe, packed with the whole equipment for a complete dancefloor, without any propblems. No breakdown, no slowdown absolutely no problems. Not even the window cleaning fluid ran out :D
Thanks to everyone who spent time with me. I love you all and hope to see you again <3 <3 <3

I also will show up on the [b]Leipzig Book Fair [/b]on saturday and we organize the meeting afterwards in our favourite irish pub *cheers*
Next I'll travel half the world for Furdu! ... at least that was my original plan which ... didn't quite went as planned. Had to cancel it sadly. But since my vacation was already set that time I'll go to WUFF in Ukraine instead!
Further conventions are the Zodiacon and ČeSFuRin Czech Republic. Always had fun at these Cons, considering them as the best ones I've been in the last year^^

To the con itself I just want to say that it has the same problems like every yearJames so it was easy to avoid them.
Like not-going to the pawpet show enriched my Convention-time about 4 hours, for example :D
I don't want to say more about the organisation or official parts because people are always like "If you don't like it, don't go there" XD
For me Eurofurence is all about the awesome furs and there where plenty of them around!
Like my new stubby-tail buddy:
cuz long tails are boring :D
It's also everytime aweome to meet up with
and his chartreuse-team^^"
Also all the russians around like

I drink but I don't smoke. But I have no problem with people smoking next to me (unless I'm in suit^^").

Only local german events this year: Saxony Fur Dance and TJiL
Next year I'm planning on Rusfurence, the usual Gdakon, Zodiacon and Cesfur. EAST-Convention and Eurofurence. If there's money and vacation left I might go to an american Con again. Maybe AC or MFF^^

Maybe I'll visit the dancefloor or take a short watch at the dance comp. But most other events on EF just went ... bleh XD

Because I'm getting older and the lynx inside me is growing stronger and stronger. So it keeps my mind busy with a lot of lynx-thoughts like:
