Arkestrans are a species of faerie cloud dragons, and invariably have great flight capability.

Key features of an Arkestran:

Arkestrans are furry dragons mostly, however Arkestrans have features that make them an Arkestran.
Arkestrans all have manes of some sort. Usually it is a furry mane, but feathery manes and cloud manes and some other types of manes can exist on an Arkestran.
Arkestrans all have feathery tufts. These feathery tufts are typically fluffy and prominent but extremely resilient.
Arkestrans have feathery wings that are capable of flight. Arkestrans may have demon wings with feathers instead, those Arkestrans are known as Dark Arkestrans.
Arkestrans typically have antlers, though Arkestrans may have horns.
