Well it's been awhile since I made a journal post. I had spent a week down at a friend's house and had a scare going to her house. My windshield cracked in two spots on my way to her house. I got to spend the first night there with my husband in the semi. Tuesday my son was running around just having fun and the next thing we know we hear Glass Breaking and him screaming so we rush to him surrounded by glass and a gash in his head. Luckily it was a piece of plastic that hit him. So we rush to the hospital that's close by and get him all fixed up. The rest of the week was fairly uneventful. Friday I left my friend's house for Omaha to meet up with my husband at a truck stop to pick him up so we could go to my parents house. On our way to my parents house I got rear ended in my Pathfinder. The other guy was following too close behind me and I stopped because someone else decided to be a dickhead and run the stop sign. So I stop to prevent me colliding with this other vehicle and I still end up getting hit. So since the other guy is at fault, he got a ticket for following too close, he gets to pay for damages to my SUV and luckily no one was hurt.

Yup I'm 24 today! This is also three years since Pongo passed away. He is still greatly missed.

-My business hours are followed by as such:
Monday: 9-4pm CT
Tuesday: 9-4pm CT
Wednesday: 9-4pm CT
Thursday: 10-5pm CT
Friday: Varies
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
-I am a stay at home mom and this is my only source of income with a 2 year old. So project will take a little bit of time to complete. Please do not for any reason ask why it is taking so long to finish a project, that would be why.
-Shipping in the US is $6 added to your price given at the time of a quote, International shipping is to be determined.
-If for any reason you need to cancel your commission I will give you a refund depending on how much of the project I have completed. (i.e if I have half your commission finished then you will get half of your money back. But if it is finished and ready for shipping no refund will be given and the paws will be altered and sold)
-Payment plans can be accepted but a minimum deposit is required upfront. Until the deposit is paid I will not start on your commission. Payments are to be through PayPal only
-During work of your commission I will remain in contact with you, sending you WIP's pictures and such.
-If I am going to be unavailable I will let you know personally, I will take projects with me just in case I have time to work.
-I will send you a paper receipt when I ship your commission, it will state how much you paid me and what it is that I made for you.
-I work on projects in the order I receive the materials

So I'm not sure how many of you guys heard what happened today in my hometown of Omaha, NE. But M's Pub on 11th and Howard Streets in Omaha had an explosion take place in the basement of the 116 year old building at about 2:45pm this afternoon. It is a three alarm fire and is still burning as I type this out. They fear the building is bound to collapse after a partial floor collapse going to the basement of the building. The building has been evacuated and the fire department has a defensive perimeter around the building. It is freezing outside they have rotation relief teams on site, Red Cross on site, mechanics on site as one of the pumpers was having mechanical issues from the extreme weather. The entire district has been shut down until the fire is contained or the building collapses. The locals here in Omaha we have walked by this pub many many times when we go suiting down there and the people who would sit on the outdoor patio love us when we walk by, if this building collapses the Old Market is sure gonna look different that's for sure.

The two year anniversary of my beloved Pongo's passing. But may today be filled with celebration of the New Year, my birthday and the wonderful life that my dog had with me and my family. We all love and miss you Pongo and I pray that you are with us in spirit on this day

I only have to work a half day today so I am going to make the most of today with my mate and celebrate not only my birthday but the happy life Pongo had with us for 9 and a half years. We still miss ya buddy. Love you Pongo always

Today would have been Pongo's 10th birthday. It's been raining and depressing for the most part of today. I've been battling this depression of losing him for 8 months. I miss him a lot and knows this all too well he was there when I had to take him to his final visit to the vet. So happy birthday Pongo wherever you may be right now whether waiting at the Rainbow Bridge or here with me. I love you Pongo and you'll always be my puppy dog.

Well my surgery this morning went well. My surgeon said a few bad words when she removed my gallbladder, it was shriveled up. But I'm doing well just drowsy from the anesthetics and relaxing on my couch watching tv

So I went to see the general surgeon yesterday and had yet MORE blood work done at Lakeside Hospital. I will be having surgery to have my gallbladder removed, it'll be an outpatient surgery so I'll be going home the same day which is good news to me. I'm on a low fat diet until the surgery and after until I'm healed up enough. I was reading the booklet that was sent home with me and I'm happy that after all this is over I'll be able to eat everything I enjoy again. So for now no red meats, chips, most candy, breads for the most part, cookies and many other things that are normally in my diet. I can eat potatoes, chicken, fish, turkey, gummy bears(they is fat free), fruit and not sure what else but I can only have 30g of fat per meal

So I got a call from my doctor's office for a second time today, they are going to send me to a general surgeon to see about removing my gallbladder. So until I am sent for surgery if that's what this surgeon decides is best for me, my commissions are still open they'll be PWYW commissions. I'm just nervous and scared out of my mind about this.

The numbers for my bilirubin in my liver are improving, slowly. They are still trying to get me to work with restrictions but I can already tell that they will not allow me to work with restrictions and send me back home. So with that I'm about to lose my job anyway so with that I'm opening commissions, I have a 4 month old to take care of. All I have right now till tomorrow is my fursuit fund and like 18 bucks in my bank account. I'm currently looking for a new job but till I find a new job, my commissions are open. I will post another journal with prices.
