-I will show you a sketch for your piece for your approval. Once you approve this sketch, I will not change it. It's final for transfer to better paper. Make sure to look over the sketch carefully before approving it.
-I will show you the final transfer. Changes that can be made during this stage will be slight background changes (if applicable) or perhaps small changes to the character (example: make the shirt sleeves a bit longer, change an earring, etc.). Once you approve that, I will being to ink and color.
-I will show you progress shots if you would like. Just note me and ask. If I think to, I'll probably show you progress scans anyway as I would love to hear your opinion of how things look so far.
-IF THERE IS A CHANGE TO YOUR CHARACTER, MAKE SURE YOU LET ME KNOW BEFORE I HAVE STARTED COLORING IT. I will only use the references you have sent me. It's your responsibility to make me aware of changes. You will be notified before I start coloring.
-Refunds- If I have not begun work on your piece, I will refund you in full. If you have paid by Paypal, it's best to do this during the free refund period. After that, I will refund you the price minus the Paypal transfer fee. If I have begun work on your piece, you will be refunded minus the price of the sketch. I will not refund you for a full finished piece. I give my commissioners many chances to have direct input on the outcome of their pieces so that there is as little chance as possible for an unsatisfying piece. Be honest with me about how you feel about the piece in the beginning stages, and there should be no reason to need a refund in this case.
-I'll do FOUR major revisions to a sketch before I start charging for them. So be specific with what you want. If it's a hard scene to capture with lots of interacting characters or elements, I'll do some thumbnails to see which direction we should go in with the sketch beforehand. Once the sketch is approved, no more changes will happen.
***MY RIGHTS AS AN ARTIST***
-If you need a piece done by a certain time DISCUSS THIS WITH ME FIRST. I'll do my best to make you happy.
-I keep my commission queue public and updated. Check for the link in my profile. If you have further questions, note me.
- I will not start your comission untill you have paid at least half of your price, and if you wish for the sketch to be finished then please be prepared to pay the rest of the amount owed. If you plan to do payment plans instead, please discuss this with me ahead of time.
-I reserve the right to refuse any commission if it exceeds my comfort level or my talent as an artist.
- To save myself and the comissioner time and energy, please make sure if you are going to me to draw you with another character and the other character isn't your's, tell them to contact me to give me permission. I WILL NOT DRAW SOMEONES CHARACTER WITHOUT FULL PERMISSION!
Payments Accepted/ Shipping:
-For orders within the United States of America, I accept money orders and cash in addition to Paypal. You send these things AT YOUR OWN RISK. If I don't receive it, I will not do your commission.
-For international orders, I only accept Paypal.
-DO NOT SEND ME A PERSONAL CHECK. I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT. EVER.
-I will do payment plans. Just let me know what you're comfortable with, and we'll go from there.

General | Posted 14 years agoI know this journal is going to be filled with rage and angst but Deal with it or stop reading right here. The journal doesn't pertain to my friends or people who have commissioned me.
/Rant Begin
I want to know what the deal is. I am always posting up journals about me being open for commissions and I get absolutely NO ONE, except for a scarce few who are my friends....but even than it is rare. I see artists with crappier artwork than me getting more commissions and I want to know WHY I don't have any. It's not like my artwork is shit. It's not. I like how I have progressed over the years. It's not that I am a complete BITCH to people...because in all honesty, I'm not.
It's not even worth drawing anymore if people who don't even bloody have their own STYLE of drawing get more commissions than I do. Granted the Disney style art is cute, but it's not original, just like the sonic style isn't original. I've even lowered my prices drastically to attract people. That didn't work. I have drawing for donations things going. That didn't work. Even fucking had $1 iron artist sketches. THAT DIDN'T EVEN WORK!
I'm so sick and tired of people commenting on my journals saying, 'Oh if I had the money I'd totally buy art from you.." Some of you mean it, this isn't directed at you. Most people who say this to me go ahead and the very same day or the next day go and spend a bank roll of another artist. That's cool. I don't mind that, but don't fucking patronize me by telling me, "If you had the money..." Fuck you. No you wouldn't even if you had the money. You'd rather get yourself drawing in a well known, OVERUSED style. That's cool. I don't mind. More power to the artists that can feed the masses with stale cuteness.
I just really want to know if there is a terrible rumor going around that stifles people's want to buy art from me. I have over 500 watchers....and I only have 2 continuous commissioners. They are awesome friends. :3
I want people to have the balls enough to tell me what the fuck is going on. I want to know if some dumb cunt ruined my rep and people aren't brace enough to tell it to me straight. Blah....I'm about to stop coming on here and will if that's the case.

in the fleshiness. I kinda fangirled a tad bit but than calmed down and found she is quite pleasant artist to talk to.

...I lost it because I helped out a dieing little french girl from dieing. I don't know if she would've died if I didn't help her but she was having a seizure and no one else was helping her.
I guess in this day and age...it's bad to have a heart for fellow man. I hate myself...I really do..but I don't know now if I did the right thing by helping..

I guess it's because of a lot of things......8 days straight of working, me still not being over lossing my granfather, laptop is still broken......and my realizing that 99% of my friendship base is online only. I miss all my friends...

My laptop decided that it wanted to commit suicide....yaaaaaa.......well it heated up to 300*F and fired the hard drive.....so...yaaaa.....I have no way except through 's phone to get online....or talk to anyone in general...
