The rule states that as long as there is no anatomical description that would be recognizable as a child, it is okay, but it is still a risk for me, who often draws small characters.
When it comes to interpreting why the rule is the way it is, I need to consider the literal meaning and the non-literal intent.

Even if everyone admonishes me that it's okay, there's still a non-zero chance that my account will be unreasonably banned.

I don't want to active with the dilemma of not knowing when our account will be suspended.
