By agreeing to commission me, you are also agreeing to comply by the terms in this document and you are also acknowledging and accepting that my ToS may change at any given time. The artwork commissioned is only to be used by the commissioner/the person who bought the artwork and the person who owns the character(s) depicted. My art is not for people to trace, reference, or reupload without my permission/acknowledgement. If I decide you have violated any of my terms of service, I will not hesitate to take action.
PAYMENT: When commissioning me, I accept payment in only CAD through Paypal or through the DeviantArt Points system. When you go to make a payment, please notify me as to how you would like to pay for your commission. If you are paying through the DeviantArt Points system, I would prefer you to send payment to me as a donation or from the drop-down "give" menu at the top of my page. If you are paying with Paypal, please send payments to Wyendigo@gmail.com.
I will not upload or give you access to your finished commission unless the full payment has been received.
REFUNDS: I do not do refunds whatsoever, due to how I proceed with my payments. You will be able to request revisions of your piece after up to a month of uploading your piece. I will not refund you if you do not "like" the piece or fail to give me legitimate revisions.
REVISIONS: Due to my working process and how quickly I am able to work, I will not supply progress shots. I will and can provide sketches to determine the appropriate pose/composition that you are looking for if you specifically request it. After the payment has been received and the piece has been uploaded, the commissioner has up to a month to bring up specific revisions and changes they would like to see. That being said, I cannot and will not revise the whole composition of the work- I will not change the pose, the background, and the basic composition of the work. I AM willing to revise markings, small details, and small changes in the character, such as the addition or removal of accessories.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A COMMISSIONER:
+ You have the right to see the progress sketch of your commission, and have input in the basic composition at this stage.
+ You have the right to ask for revisions up to a month after the final piece is uploaded if the criteria of the revisions is easily fixable.
+ You have the right to request your commission not to be publicly posted.
+ You have the right to download, make small edits (such as add text, add a filter), and distribute your finished piece under the conditions that you properly source me as the creator and notify me in advance of your intentions to reupload. You are by no means allowed to profit off my work by creating merchandise or other ways that might make you money off my work without my permission and giving me a 50% cut of the profit.
MY RIGHTS AS AN ARTIST:
+ As an artist, I have the right to decline your commission for any reason
+ As an artist, I have the right to cancel and refund your commission if I feel I cannot complete it due to outward factors such as schoolwork, emergencies, and poor health, as well as if I feel I cannot complete your commission in a reasonable time period.
+ As an artist, I have the right to upload your finished commission to my DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram if given permission to public post your piece.
