What can you do to the adoptable once you've paid for it?

You may...
- make changes to the character
- resell, but only at a price equal or lower to the original buying price
- trade or gift them away
- use my designs for personal physical goods
You may not...
- alter the original artwork
- repost the original artwork without crediting the original creator
- take credit for what you did not create
- use my designs for commercial goods without previous communication and given permission

I will...
- never reclaim a sold adoptable, unless payment bounces or a charge back occurs. In those cases I will try to get in contact beforehand to resolve any possible issues.
- not refund you if you lose the file and I no longer have it on any of my drives myself. Please make sure to save your adoptable securely.

So, how does payment work?

I accept payments via Paypal Invoices.

When you have claimed an adoptable, I will send you a note and request for your paypal E-Mail adress to send the invoice to.
It contains all necessary data and some extra things for you (links to the files, TOS etc.).
Once the invoice is sent the adoptable is put on hold for a maximum of 48 hours. Failure to pay will result in the adoptable becoming available for purchase to others again.

Repeated failure to pay may result in blocking.
I offer no refunds.
I do not permit haggling. I work hard on my artworks and every adoptable is filled with love - please respect my pricing choices, or do not attempt to purchase.
