I recently posted up a Comic YCH to help with funds for my trip to see my family, and it's not getting any attention, really at all :c I don't want to be whiny or negative or whatever, but I really am disappointed that it's not selling...
My question for you is why do you think it's not selling? I'd really like to start doing comics as a usual thing, so I really would like to get this figured out! Is it the content? Is it the price? The start bid is already $40 per page, which I personally don't think is too expensive at all!
Anyway, before I start to get annoying, just let me know what you guys think! If you've viewed it, and chosen not to bid, tell me why! Please be brutally honest!

General | Posted 8 years agoI'm so super confused and anxious right now! :s I was going through my commission form responses for the first time in a loooong time, and there's some things in it that I DO NOT remember ever reading! :C I feel so bad, I don't know if maybe they were responses that come in by accident when I didn't set my formlimiter correctly, or if I was supposed to do them next, or even if people paid for them (GOD I HOPE NOT). I also did a thing a long time ago when I was giving free sketches with commissions and I cannot remember if I did all of them! D:
My god, if I owe anyone anything I will feel immensely terrible and get it to them right away! PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU'RE STILL WAITING ON ANYTHING FROM ME!Sorry for the silence! [UPDATES]
General | Posted 8 years agoHey people, just thought I should make an update here since I've not really been present for a bit, which I seem to do every so often o-o;
I'm still here and still drawing; my art stagnated a bit so I apologize for delay on any commissions! I just was not feeling motivated D: and now I'm pretty sick with a stupid fucking strep type of situation lol so I've been spending most free time in bed or on the couch × - ×
Also, I decided to close my Patreon... I was putting a lot of work into it but just couldn't get it off the ground. Maybe one day when I have more, better ideas for it, and more time and motivation to keep with it.
Thank you to those who stay with me even though I suck!

General | Posted 9 years agoWhat do you like to see in comics? Specifically porn lol. What type of themes do you prefer (oral, anal, gay, roleplay, foreplay, etc)? What, in your opinion, would you be willing to spend money on? Just in general.
Let me hear your thoughts! I'm new to the whole comics thing, so I want to do some more "research" on how to do them better for you guys! ^^

General | Posted 9 years agoEver since we moved, something has changed about my desk setup. My arms always feel uncomfortable, even right now as I'm typing this it's frustrating me every word. My keyboard tray got lost in transit so I have my keyboard and my tablet on the same surface, and sure it's fine and it works-ish, but I always feel like I'm in the wrong position. This wouldn't be a problem really if I wasn't trying to draw. My wrists and arms and elbows are hurting from sitting in the position I'm in. When I'm drawing, my lines are always wobbly, because I'm at an angle, and I'm ready to cry from frustration, having to redraw the same line 1000 times over because it's always swayed to the side. The whole setup just doesn't work, since I have two monitors, and my large main one has to be at an angle since it's so big, so I literally have to sit at an angle to type/draw (which sits my left forearm directly on the edge of the desk) and my neck is tilted left.
LONG STORY SHORT drawing is becoming increasingly difficult and painful. It's making me just want to stop honestly, but I won't of course, but that's why I've been so slow lately. I just don't look forward to it anymore.

General | Posted 9 years agoI have decided to try out Patreon! I know, I know, some of you may get all upset about this (and to be perfectly honest, if you are, kindly see yourself out), but I figured I'd give it a try. If it doesn't go anywhere, I'll probably just delete it, but Glockt and I just got a new apartment, and it is more than double what we have been paying for rent o/Q\o So, a couple extra bucks a month would really help. The rewards are really small for now, but I really think/hope it'll be a good thing for me; aside from the money, it will hopefully kick my ass to get motivated and FOCUSED on art, and help me make some sort of organized plan.

General | Posted 9 years agoI am starting to change my username on most sites I'm on. I have not really liked Eriray076 for a while, and it's always made me nervous that my family knows me by Eriray076 and all my porn is connected to it lmao XD
So I'm gonna start going by ReiRei! I've changed it on my other sites, I just wish FA had that option! >:I I'm gonna try and ask the mods if they can; Weasyl has a function where you just email them, and they'll do it for you! :D

General | Posted 9 years agoHey everyone. I've been stressing about what to say for a few days (which is how everything feels right now), because I feel terrible for leaving you all high and dry, especially those who've commissioned me.
I've been really overwhelmed lately, by everything. I am going through a depressive episode, which I tend to do, and I have been spending most of my time - when not working at my dayjob - just lying on the bed/couch and doing nothing. I haven't even been on my computer for at least a week and a half. I've tried to bring myself to work on commissions (or draw anything at all) but the moment I pick up the pen I just really want to put it back down. I dunno, I just have so little energy, even to do things I WANT to do.
But I'm trying to pull myself out of it now. I've been having sorta worrying health issues (nothing serious as of yet!) and maybe that's been bringing me down, not to mention the stomach flu I've had for about a week now. But I have a consultation today with a surgeon or whatever he is to get something done about it, so the anxiety about that should go away. I'm not trying to make excuses though, I am sorry that I've left this so long, and to my commissioners who are waiting, please please do not hesitate to request a refund if you're tired of waiting on me! I WILL be finishing them all, though! But just in case, please don't be afraid to let me know.

I went to visit family in another province for a week and I JUST got back!
