I want to start streaming :< I've had my Picarto for some time now, but I don't think I've ever actually done a stream ; - ; It just gives me anxiety! I tried before when I had my laptop and it just couldn't handle it, but I got this new gaming PC with the intention of streaming more, so..
And I just made my channel all cute, so I want to actually USE it.
Just me thinking out loud lol MAYBE look out for me streaming at some point in the near future if I can get the guts to do it >x<Kitty Needs Help!

I've not been drawing much lately, and I want to start taking some commissions at some point in the nearish future, but my day job gets in the way of that :P I've been doing some doodly sketching though, but I have no one to draw and no inspiration!
So post some references and just give me a prompt; like an outfit, an emotion, personality, yadda yadda...
They will just be like bust/waist-up shots, depending on how the sketch goes. Probably not colored.

I'm gonna just go through the references I get and pick and choose :3 I'm really super sorry if I don't get to yours! I'm going to try to do something for everyone, but depending on how many there are, I might have to get picky! :c

General | Posted 10 years agoI have some more bad news, unfortunately. I know some of you may be a little suspicious of me at this point because of the many delays I've had on my commissions, and I'm really sorry if you do. But that new computer I was excited about, that I JUST bought? It's broken.
I don't know why they sold it to me if it was broken, honestly. They knew that it bluescreened a lot and they still let me buy it. It was working totally fine for a couple weeks, then one day last week I tried to turn it on, and it just kept bluescreening; it would bluescreen, then start the repair process, then that would make it bluescreen, and then it just continued in a loop like that. I at least bought the repair plan, so it's being sent out (but they're taking their sweet time actually SENDING it out) and they told me it may take 3 weeks to a month to come back. It's apparently a hardware issue so they're sending it ASUS.
So long story short, there's a delay on commissions; however, my boyfriend glockt is letting me use his computer when he's not on it to work on them, but I can't expect him to let me take it over for a month, so my sittings are few and far between.
Good news is that I've bought a friggin' external hard drive AND the replacement plan on that as well, so I can save all my commissions on there now instead of having to start them and lose them for the third time. >:I
I'm trying! Thank you for being understanding.Artist that needs attention!

My laptop went kaput, and I've pretty much lost everything that was on it. I could get somebody to get the data off the hard drive, but I haven't decided yet whether I want somebody seeing what's on there lol
ANYWAY here's what's happening now: I'm buying a desktop! :D I work at a Staples, so I get a discount, so I'm buying an expensive Asus gaming computer (and it's on clearance!) I will hopefully have it within the next couple days! I had to wait to get the payment plan set up/approved by my managers, and then all I have to do is redownload a bunch of stuff, including my art programs, and I should be good to keep drawing! FINALLY! I'm having withdrawals it's been way too long xD
Thank you everybody so much for being so understanding. :)

I'm hoping it's the charger that's blown and NOT the motherboard, so I'm going to bring it in and try a different charger. If not, I'll have to get it fixed. And this is the worst time for this to happen, too, since glockt and I are supposed to be moving in together by Sept 1 and I'm already worried about money.
Anyway, I'm so sorry about this. ; - ; I'll keep you updated on what's going on.

August has been a super busy month for some reason! I've had to even book so many days off from my day job, too :c There was baby showers and family stuff and I have a concert that I bought tickets for in January! :O I also have to get major oral surgery at the end of the montheewwwww ; o ;
Anyway, I'm gonna try to squeeze in some art-making this week between shifts at work!

General | Posted 10 years agoHey! Some of you may or may not have noticed that I wasn't really present here for the last 2 weeks; for commissioners, I haven't updated my Trello very much (which I am very sorry for!).
I went on a (sort of) emergency trip to see my dads family. It had been two years since I'd seen any of them, especially my great uncle, who has been very close to me my whole life. He was recently diagnosed with cancer for the third time, and this time it's terminal. So I had to take 2 weeks off work and go see him before he died.
But now I am back home, and hoping to start right back up into commissions! Sorry for not telling you guys earlier, I was all caught up in getting things ready for the trip :P
