Posted 3 months agoI really wanna think about AI since I heard Twitter tried to cancel Markiplier for using ChatGPT.
I know I'm already talking about twitter with the hope that somehow there will be a brain among them that gains a wrinkle; impossible, right?
But.
Know your enemy. Truly, who is your enemy? Is it one creator or the Conglomerate that's trying to squeeze every dollar out of anything remotely green?
AI is a small, *small* part of a bigger problem. AI is an excuse for megacorpos to make top dollar without regard to ethics or any they can squash with their thumb.
I'm not saying that you should support or be lenient of those who use AI in predatory or excessive manners. I know this world is going to transition into an AI-heavy society and like it or not, it's going to irreversibly change our lives. But press your government. Fight for Regulation. Raise hell about the actual folks and corporations that are seeking to destroy and invalidate livelihoods.
If you all are scattered and raising hell over a smattering of creators, you diminish your voice and effectiveness for true change. Find any means to bring the fight to the CEOs and Corporations rather than a few consumers.

We all hate AI-gen, and we're incredibly nervous about having Tech bros infiltrating and stealing our works.
But accusing others of using AI for their art when they likely share an equal hatred of AI is mean, incorrect, and throwing shade on the wrong people.
It's one thing to hate AI art. It's another thing to let the paranoia cause you to disparage others and turn on folks who actually work hard and earn a living through making art legitimately.
I will never post AI-made content on my FA or Bluesky. Anything I create will be made with my own hand and effort.
But be nice to others. Don't go so far in the weeds that you can't tell friend from robot. Love eachother.

Earlier today I stumbled on a discussion where a friend was wanting a relationship with someone. While they were talking about being in a monoamorous relationship, and expressing their frustration, I couldn't really connect to that frustration, but yet at the same, I felt a small pull.
I've been confused on my romantic interests because I could never see myself with just one person, tied down and playing the game of being hard-locked to one person my whole life. I get some people want and treasure that, and it's widely accepted mainstream but it's largely made me think I was Aromantic/Greyromantic for the longest while.
But it still didn't add up, I still had some romantic love for others, and still dreamed of being with people, but I wasn't compatible with the mainstream monogomy people talk about. My heart can't bind to just *one* person. It needs many points of contact, a network.
The dream for me is: I really just want a household where all of my friends and loved ones can join in and have a supportive relationship like that. I don't *want* one person to dedicate my entire affections to; I want to be among many loving folks where we each support eachother and go through life like that.
So uh...

No. That all was real-time doodled then posted.
Is it going to happen again?
I dunno .u.; I've just been hit with a wave of wanting to do so much art. Everything I wanna draw all the time...
That and, well. Taro said to not spend any more money on art, and to just draw it for myself. So I DID.
And thus... drawing stickers and emoji... now art just... comes easier than it had been? I feel really fluid and honestly enjoy art much, much more than I did back then.
Before art was largely a slog; it was WORK to put pen to paper/tablet and create something, but I'm consistently enjoying the content I'm putting out. It's just... past a certain point it really feels like you can literally just create something you want and BOOM. Tada.
There is a small bit of dread in me that this will end up getting boring and a slog again, but. Until that time comes, I guess ^^;

In case you weren't aware, I did open up Telegram Sticker Commissions alongside the Discord Stickers and Emoji as part of an edit to my existing journal.

How to Commission:
1. If you’re interested in ordering emojis, send me a message through Fur Affinity or Discord (username: wolfran), and include:
- Character references
- Specific expressions or details you’d like, if possible (even quick sketches help!) You can use or send pictures of existing emoji
- Whether you prefer the emojis to be aliased or anti-aliased, and if you’d like shading
- Your primary PayPal email
2. Once I accept your commission, I’ll confirm the total cost and ask for your PayPal email (if not provided upfront) to send an invoice. Upon receiving payment, I’ll begin work.
3. For those who wish to see their stickers/emoji tested on Discord, you can share your Discord ID with me (username: wolfran) and we’ll communicate there.
4. I will send a zip file of the completed stickers and emoji upon completion.

Hello all ye folks comin' in from ye old account! Iiiit might take a little doin' however to get... oh my gosh 1025 Watchers!!! HOLY HECK I PASSED 1000 WATCHERS ON THE OLD ACCOUNT!!!
Well hot dang! I guess I gotta put in some GOOD WORK to catch back up to all that! I think I'll post a final submission on the
OmniGeoff account to catch the rest of people's eyes :3c
All that aside, thank you all so much for bein' with my inconsistent butt since November 13 of 2013; 11 years on the platform!
I think my current plan is to update and give shiny new references to all headmates n' characters we own! Already roughed out Omni's 2024 Reference which will actually have proper deets n' GOOD STUFF
