I need to get more examples of recent art up here. However, I am stumped for ideas, so ... let's have some.

Some rules on this: no specific characters or fan art. A species and gender or general theme is more what I'm looking for. Do NOT link me a ref sheet.

I'm doing ideas that I like for free in any media I want, but if you feel inclined to tip, it would be greatly appreciated since I'm trying to get new supplies. I am also open for simple commissions if you want something specific, and I'll be going pretty cheap.

I will update this as open or closed accordingly. I will also be doing a join.me later tonight if you want to watch (will make separate journal with link.)

So yeah ... I haven't been around in a few years. I am not dead. Career, family, etc.

I just got a huge honking medical bill that I wasn't prepared for... and I'm paying for all kinds of other shit right now. I'm not about to be homeless or anything, but I could use the help at the moment.

SO ... I'm offering a batch of commissions. I don't have the time to reasonably offer a full-detail commission at the moment, but I AM open for single-character portraits/pin-ups (for an example, see Starfighter in my album) for $30 ($10 discount.) You will get the original mailed to you.

In the interest of getting everything done before the convention, I will STOP taking pre-orders for AC AFTER TOMORROW (June 18th.) This includes badges and keychains. If you want a badge or keychain to pick up at AC, this would be the time to do it!

I moderate 100x100 Exchange on Live Journal, which is an icon exchange community. If you've never participated before, it's really fun! Drawing icons gives you a great release to try new themes, species, and facial expressions while not having to concentrate on a full-body drawing.

We're always looking for new blood to join, so why not give it a try if you have a LJ account and some time to draw an icon a month?

Hi I'm back. ILU

I've finally been able to get to a computer where I can access this site, and also where no one will look at me funny for doing so.

As you can tell, things haven't been going so well. Between me having a major computer meltdown, starting my own business, and my house being destroyed in a flood, you could say I have a lot on my plate.

As well as from being online, I am taking an art hiatus. All outstanding commissions will be finished in a timely manner, no worries. All art needing to be shipped will be (I'm getting addresses I need from my notes now.) I may, when I get the chance, upload an image or two from a friend's computer. I'm taking this opportunity to really think about my art direction as well. I'm working on a very cool concept for AC '08 debut.
