What the Exty doing?
General | Posted 4 weeks agoWoowee… It has been quite a while since I posted any kind of journal on here. Life’s been hectic these last couple of years and I wanna just make a lil update, because a lot of things (mostly good) happened this year that I think are worth sharing.
First off – I turned 30 last month! When I was a youngin, I thought of this as the age at which one becomes a grown-up – so I guess I’m officially old. Or maybe a better way to see it – I’m now an Elder dragon >:3
And the month before my birthhday, I visited Japan for almost 2 weeks with a friend of mine. We did a lot of tourist-y things, like (kinda) seeing Mt. Fuji, visited the very polite deer in Nara park, viewed a buuunch of shrines and temples, explored all the nerdy culture in Akihabara, ate at the Pokémon Café (where I bought too much Charizard swag), and much more! My friend and I had been contemplating doing this trip for a while, so I kinda considered the trip a birthday AND graduation present for myself.
Yes, you read that right, I have now completed ALL THE STUDIES! Got my PhD/doctorate in astronomy right before summer. So now I just need to figure out what I want to do next, which is easier said than done ^^ Already have an interesting job in the works that I’m excited to start, even though it’s outside of astronomy and requires me to move to a new town.
So yes, that’s what’s going on with me right now and a summary of what I have been up to lately. As for the future, it is a bit uncertain, as it always tends to be. What I know is that I have plans to attend NFC 2026 (hit me up if you’re also going and wanna meet up :3) and I still have a bunch of arts I haven’t yet uploaded on here – so y’all have that to look forward :p

General | Posted 3 years agoThat time of the year again! Time to celebrate the birth of Santa Claws, one of the coolest and most altruistic dragon, who gave away parts of his hoard once every year. Bringing families together to celebrate this event together.
