This year, not like the time but how many years I've been alive, is special to me. I'm OCD, so this number is next to 0 in my book. And every year, I'm usually content with my four days of party, Halloween, Day of the Dead, and my birthday, but I want this one to be extra special! So, of course I don't normally do this (see: never have I), but I'm asking everyone I know this year.

I'd love some kind of gift! Halloween, Day of the Dead, or just plain birthday themed! Anything goes, except for porn of Magnus of course. Magnus and Duff dressed up like each other with blatant use of paint and scotch tape? Go for it. Weiss wearing a wide brimmed flamenco with skull beads, with his face painted like a skull while drinking pumpkin wine? Sure! Mordecai eating a pile of candy corn while dressed up like Avernus with someone stuck in the pile? Why not! Cookie and Cream with elbows locked dancing around a sombrero in their own calvera paints? Love it!

Include yourself in the festivities, too! No harm in that! (Just don't draw yourself alone and call it a present. x3)

About ten minutes ago, my PS3 controller evolved into something fantastic in the middle of playing Metal Gear Rising. It turned into an unresponsive piece of shit, would not connect even when plugged in, would not respond at all to anything, and is basically just a chunk of plastic at this point.

And here's the kicker: everytime I push the PS button, it vibrates for five seconds. No other button works, and the one that does makes it into a dirty toy.

Thanks, Sony. Now I have to use your stupid launch vibrationless controllers to play. >:C

For those who don't know the whole story, just skip this: everything's fine and getting better.

For those who know why I've been so depressed, and I haven't said anything about things getting better, I'm sorry. I've been mostly caught up in lots and /lots/ of texting. Good fuck my thumbs hurt even pushing the spacebar.

Long story short, one fuckhead and lots of bad decisions made me way too possessive, and in turn, I pushed Duff away and we only made it worse afterwards. Though, by some miracle, we did start talking again. And with the expert help of RaeAeverri's mediation, helping me focus my words, Duff learned how I still felt, and I learned what Duff had realized in his time gone, but had yet to share...

Nearly every issue's been resolved, all thanks to him, with only one left, which will take only a little more time...

I love Duff. He makes me happy, truly happy. We share so much, and even go a little further beyond our usual comforts just to make the our other happy. And now, he's so understanding of all of my pains, why I became possessive at all... Even when a fragment of the past gets me down, he's glad to cheer me right back up, every single time. Never a 'get over it,' but always an 'I know. come here...' Then clear away whatever caused it the moment he can...

I love you, Duff. Not just until we're together, not just when you're being contested. Not just when you're alone, and not only when you don't hurt me. You give me something to wake up for, something I'd once lost long ago. And, I know you feel the same way with every little <3.

On a sidenote, I missed having emotions. Half of them suck but the other half is pretty great.

There have always been bad stories about FA's moderation. I got the chance to experience it personally when they deleted my journal and warned me... for pointing out the abuse of another person.

There are very few things that straight up piss me off: Raw stupidity, corrupt moderation, and Capcom. It seems like everyone's been waiting to jump ship as well, and thankfully, Weasyl is finally in open beta, so pretty much everyone is leaving.

I had a journal thanking for various things they did to help me in a time of need, but a moderator saw it fit to delete the whole thing, rather than just a link that was an issue.

Life is weird.

Wait for something for several months to finish, and when you finally see it and it's not what you wanted or expected, it's a letdown. When a friend is making that something for you, and promises to make it exactly how you want, but ultimately doesn't, then it turns into a really depressing reminder. Then throw in how finishing it got rushed because the friend just wanted to move onto other things with disregard for original promises, now you've got something that makes you lose sleep.

That's exactly my night right now. I can hardly even enjoy Warframe at this point because it's just wearing on my mind. Hell, I'm almost on the verge of crying every now and then because it started so nicely and all I had to do was wait. He promised two other things to make up for it now, too, and promises he'll make them right this time, but the track record for promises is already crappy.

I need to just buy myself some chloroform tomorrow so I can sleep.

Well. OpenCanvas 1.1 sucks tremendous ass. 4.5+ is great, but is half as useful 1.1. It actually lets you draw with other people! That alone is tremendous amounts of fun.

It's a shame 1.1 doesn't work with tablets, sadly. Draws two feet over to the left of where the tablet pen is pushing. So useless. If only there was a good, online art program...

Well, as fate would have it, I got a Cintiq 12" before I got Rock Band 3. Guess I'm gonna end up drawing more than I would have been playing games. Weird how life works.

I'm gonna be practicing a lot on GIMP, but I wouldn't mind an invite to OpenCanvas or something, I guess.
