I have a very bad cold. I am shivering, coughing, and my neck and head feel stiff and painful. I kept falling asleep in all my classes. I have satrted an antibiotic, and am hoping it will kick in soon.

I went to vote for the first time last week, as I had turned 18 in February. I went in for early voting, and had to wait in line for 30 minutes, to get up to the front. When I got there, I told the woman that it was my first time, and she told everyone that it was my first time. Everyone clapped and it sure helped cover up my embarressment. I voted and started to walk out when I was grabbed by a woman working for the local news site. My life has been taking several bad turns lately. I have been depressed for months, and have had recurring suicidal thoughts, I went on an anti depressant, and started to feel a bit better, until yesterday when I told my mom I was a furry because I felt bad about hiding anything. She had no idea what it was, but after I explained it, she said she felt better about it. Today after I got home from school, my mom said she had done some more research on it, and I was being punished by losing almost all my privliges, even though I am 18. Then I had an appointment with a psychologist that had been scheduled a while ago. There, I told him everything I had been going through, and then he had me leave, and my parents come in. When they came out, they said everything was okay, and that we would all pray about everything, and now all of my fire arms have been taken away, until I am better Hopefully that will not take long. I have no idea what will happen next, and am still not sure about what they think. BTW I am religious, but I find nothing wrong with furries. I could really use some support, or someone to talk to.

I am in the process getting a reference done for my fursona, but even as I am working on getting that taken care of, I have just gone ahead and adopted another one. Well, it has taken me awhile to get around to writing my first journal. I had written about ten of these in my head, but as usual, I took a while to finally carry it out. School is killing me right now. Betwen visiting colleges, ap homework and projects, and family stuff, I have had almost no time to relax or meet anyone here. I have been hopeing to tell my family that I am a furry, bu every time I think the moment is right, something comes up. I am praying for guidence on this among other things. I did tell one of my friends today. It was pretty amuseingto say the least. I had made some furry jokes in the past, but had never let on that I was one before, but since Fangcon is going to be practicaly in my back yard, I decided to let someone know. I told him I had a funny idea for he and his girlfriend to go, and showed him all about it. We were both laughing, and he said it was a good idea. Then I told him that I had found it because I was a Furry. I did not kno what to expect, but he rcieved it well. He said he could totally see that, and I spent the rest of our computer programing and logic class showing him funny furry pics. Also, A good joke that I came up with today.
School is like being forced to dig your own grave. It is arduous, hard , time consuming, and greuling, and in the end, you either end up dead(metaphorically, emotionally, spiritually, or real), or you find out it was all a sick joke.
