Why don't you have a laminator?
- I do, but I keep finding that folks prefer to laminate their own badge with their own special pouches. Leaving it at home saves me space in my luggage.

How can I reach you when your table is swamped all the time?
- FIGHT TO THE DEATH! Kidding. Sort of. You can message me on twitter or facebook. If you're trying to get a commission for pickup at BLFC, we'll work something out. I do require payment before starting though, so you'll have to pay via paypal if you don't want to fight the crowds.
How long will a commission take?
- I don't know. Depends on your commission, con traffic, and my queue. Could be 2hrs. Could be 2 nights. Cons are crazy and I typically have a lot of people to talk to, which makes it difficult to pinpoint a return. I'll give you a window for you to check back or you can stop by at the end of the day. Half an hour before close is good.
Can I hug you?
No. Thank you, but no. I just got over pneumonia and my immune system is shot.
Can we hang out?
Probably not. I anticipate working the whole time and sleeping/eating in my spare time.

Posted 10 years agoUnless there are any other medical snafus, I'll be dealing at BLFC, Furlandia, and Califur! As requested, I am opening up a limited amount of preorders since I have a little bit of time.
*EDIT*: All slots for pre-con completion for BLFC (which includes me laminating at home) are full! Unless I am a workaholic. Which I shouldn't be. I am still taking pre-orders to be completed at con though. If you were planning on commissioning me in person at BLFC, getting a preorder spot is the best way to make sure that you're in my queue. It also saves you the hassle of fighting crowds, which has been an issue at a few cons.

Bye Bye Furry Weekend Atlanta
Posted 10 years agoAaaaaaaaand... all cancelled out for Furry Weekend Atlanta as of now, because medical emergencies. That should be it for awhile. The good news is that now I can get back to the patreon, website, and other projects. I'll also be looking at selling some of my art show pieces online to recoup the $900ish in cancellation fees between the last three cons.

Good News And Bad News - Not dead yet, but no Sakuracon.
Posted 10 years agoThe good news is that I'm not dead yet and the antibiotics killed pretty much everything in my body.
The bad news is that the antibiotics were so hardcore that they made me dangerously ill. Go figure. So... After a trip to the emergency room and another to urgent care, I will not be at Sakuracon this weekend. Sorry about that! :x
Still waiting on test results to see if I can go to Atlanta for FWA next week.
I'll be catching up on FA notes soon. Been pretty comatose the last week or so.

Woot has lowered most prices by $5, but will now charge you $5 in flat rate shipping. So yes, the price will be the same if you buy one shirt.
Daily shirts will still be $12 on the first day.
Catalog shirts will still be $15.
Woot plus shirts got increased by $1 to $13 for whatever reason.
You only get savings if you have multiple shirts per order.
Example:
Buy 1 daily shirt: $7 shirt + $5 shipping = $12
Buy 2 daily shirts: $7 shirt + $7 shirt + $5 shipping = $19
You save $5 in buying that second shirt with the new pricing model, vs the old model where two shirts were $12 each, bringing it to $24 total.

Survived TFF and the trip home!
Posted 10 years agoFor those wondering... YES! I did make it safely home and with everything intact. Alaska Airlines pulled through and my taxi driver was pro, despite that giant ass truck that tried to kill us on the highway. Thanks for all the well wishes!

AHMAHGERD. Dealing at Furry Fiesta 2015 in Dallas!
Posted 10 years agoToday was the day. I gave myself until the two week mark before I had to cancel my hotel for Furry Fiesta 2015. I'd been waitlisted and realistically would not be able to make travel arrangements after today.

How long will a commission take?
- I don't know. Depends on your commission, con traffic, and my queue. Could be 2hrs. Could be 2 nights. Cons are crazy and I typically have a lot of people to talk to, which makes it difficult to pinpoint a return. I'll give you a window for you to check back or you can stop by at the end of the day (5:30pm is good, Dealer's Den closes at 6pm).

Good News And Bad News

The good news is that I finally figured out why I've been sick for weeks and weeks! :D
The bad news is that it's serious pneumonia, which means I cannot fly out to Midwest FurFest this week. :<
Super bummed about not being able to go. I've been looking forward to it for months. Apologies to those who planned to stop by to grab a commission. I will try to get a table again next year. :D

1) I will be at Rose City Comic Con next weekend, September 20-21. If you're in Portland you should stop by. This will be my first year in the artist alley, but I hear it's fun. Details here: http://rosecitycomiccon.com/
2) Some folks have been asking about an ETA on the next batch of commission slots. The next signups will be available to Patreon supporters starting Monday. I won't do this all the time, but every so often I'll give Patreon supporters early access, as thanks.
Details:
- 5 slots will be available for digital shirt style chibis.
- Patreon supporters will be able to sign up starting Sept 15.
- Any slots that don't fill will be open on FA toward Sept 31.
- Work will most likely start on these on Oct 1st, but I may get to them sooner.
Slots will be open to ALL Patreon support levels, whether you pledge $1 or more. I may be able to open more slots in October, but it will depend on how I feel after doing back-to-back cons.
