just a few words about some actions I heard about recently which are a good way to improve the world and give a good burst to your karma:

first the ALSA (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis Association) is collecting research funds to find a cure to that neurodegenerative disease.
Onkle Uncle Kage did the Ice Bucket Challenge and donated to that cause!
You can't just let that old cockroach do that without doing something too, do you?

Also have a look at another action supported by  pinkNfurry to help research in PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome),
she is doing a fundraiser with lots of participating artists,
please read her journal for more info, you can also simply donate directly.

of course these are only a very small parts of all the existing and current fund raising actions,
so if you are supporting another good cause of which you want to make people aware, just let me know and I can talk about it.

quand j'étais gamin je voulais être astronaute! l'espace m'a toujours fasciné et je suis encore intéressé par l'astronomie et surtout par les magnifique photos de cieux lointains qui me font encore rêver :)

j'adore le chocolat, et j'en mange probablement trop (le chocolat suisse c'est tellement bon)

j'ai la plus grosse collection d'anime du monde! enfin, selon anidb.net, mais c'est la même chose, non? ;)

si je pouvais faire un voeu, je souhaiterais la paix dans le monde pour toujours (imaginez seulement ce que nous pourrions faire si toute l'énergie, l'argent, le temps et la sueur gaspillé a se taper dessus étaient utilisé a bon escient, ca serait absolument phénoménal)

je suis qqun d'ennuyant, flemmard, râleur et radin ... les mauvais jours (mais y'en a souvent ^_^)

je me suis aperçu assez tôt que d'abattre des (petits) arbre pour construire des cabanes en bois était plus fun que de construire les cabanes elles-mêmes, d'ailleurs je ne me rappel en avoir jamais terminé une (évidemment ca c'était avant que je grandisse et que je vire écolo)

je n'ai plus d'espace libre pour mettre des dessins et posters ni sur mes murs ni sur mes plafond (et oui il m'a fallu un certain temps pour trouver un moyen d'éviter que les posters tombent chaque semaine, et surtout sur moi au milieu de la nuit)

et comme je ne trouve pas de huitième truc vrais et marrant a dire, j'utilise un joker pour tricher!

Im boring, lazy, grumpy and cheap .. on bad days (happens often though ^_^)

I discovered very early that cutting small trees to build a log cabin was more fun than building the log cabin, in fact I cant remember we ever finished building one (of course that was before I aged a bit and turned green)

I dont have any free space on my walls and ceilings to put arts and posters (and yes it took me quite some time to figure out how to put poster on ceiling without having them fall down every week, especially on me in the middle of the night)

and I cant find a eighth truy yet funny fact to say so im cheating with a joker!

Im just having another of those introspection moments, being alone with myself (not difficult when you are single you will say...) and talking with I, me and myself, sorting my thoughts and trying to order the whirlwind which confuse me and empower me at the same time, while listening to Avatar's soundtrack in loop (go get this awesome music now!)

Christmas! New Years! it's being with family and friends, sharing feeling and thoughts!

happy you if you got one of those traditional family with children, parents and grandparent together near the fireplace singing Christmas song or having a cup of champagne! (yeah cliché)
My parents dont live together anymore, my grandparent are dead (may they rest in peace) and my sister has it's own family, so stuff get pretty complicated very quickly when you have to be there at one moment and somewhere else later on.
But is that special?
certainly not, cant say I know much of those cliché families anymore anyway, and I cant really complain, I still got family and surprisingly I still get along fairly well with them all.

Now maybe my uneasiness is about friend?
mmm, I have some, and I did spent or will spend some good time with them, and I do hope they appreciate me as much as I appreciate them.

so the problem is elsewhere, lets dig deeper, let words take form, meaning takes shape!

then im struck by that simple question:
where is my second half? my soulmate?

So I went to see that movie in theater.
I dont go often in theater as the ticket are awfully overpriced around here (17chf, thats ~16$/11€) so every time Im wondering if the movie im going to see is really worth the money I pay for it.
And this time I must say I wasnt disappointed!

I had an idea of what the scenario was about, but I think I expected something like some Terminator or whatever average Hollywood action flick with some muscular hero alone against the rest of the world.
It was that

Im not sure how to express what I felt at the end, but it was like someone had washed me in and out, leaving my emotional exhausted ...

Just seeing the worse the human specie has to offer, and displayed as something ... common, something so normal that nobody is surprised, nobody really giving a shit about it...

The fake tv news/report/interview, our "hero" ready to conduct the most awful plan as if it was just a matter of paper and numbers, and simply naturally, as if it was like throwing the junk out or washing your car... nicely done and very effective, at least for me. That was like a soul mirror, throwing in my face the darkest part of the human world and I couldnt keep myself to notice all similarities with my real every life...

ah well, im not really good at expressing myself, especially in english, but I do hope I went out of that movie with something changed in me, in the way I see the world around me, the way I process the informations relayed by all the medias!

I hope I dont forget that feeling, I dont want to ...
