It's been a weird, trying year (decade?) but I'm here and that's worth being thankful for.

A series of life upsets has led me back here to a community that I hadn't felt a part of in some time, one that had always kept its doors open to me.

I've started pursuing art professionally. This has mostly manifested in pet paintings but I've always wanted to do more furry art...

Friends of old, I have missed you, I have missed myself, and I look forward to getting to know you again. Forgive the extended absence. <3

After coaxing my somewhat reluctant non-furry boyfriend (who had previously discovered that "furry" was exactly how the media had portrayed it with his introduction to it four years ago) to attend the con, we made way for Furfest! Along the way, I encountered old friends and new. As always, it was an amazing experience! I got to suit a bit, draw a bit, and even got Greg drunk enough to hug a transgendered fox in sequins!

I need to go to more of these things...

There goes another year of MFF, my highlights- Uncle Kage and 2's show, staying up till 8 in the morning saturday night/sunday morning. Having a drunken drawing circle sunday night, and of course seeing all my friends and meeting new people! I've been told I need to use this thing more... I make no promises, but I'll see what I can do!
