Hello Friends!
I've recently become more active on Twitter, and following other artists has really inspired me to start doing more art again! Since my tumblr was locked down for old NSFW art, I figured I would start dumping my sketches here on FA again. Unless anyone knows of a better platform I could use? But I was curious about what my followers would like to see more of? I still draw furries, but I also draw lots of fantasy themed things too. Should I only post furry art to FA and find another platform for my Fantasy art? I feel so out of the loop and confused! Any tips or advice for getting back into the swing of things would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all~ ♥

General | Posted 7 years agoWow, it's been awhile. I've missed you FA!
Just wanted to pop on and let everyone know that I'm not dead (though I'm not sure who will even see this journal entry)! I know it's been like 3ish years since I've posted anything... and this account is approaching it's 4th birthday in November!
A lot of things have happened during my time away, the biggest thing is that I had another baby! So now that I have two children to tend to, my free time has been mostly nonexistent lol. I've been lurking and doodling here and there... I have several sketches I could post from over the years... but I may try to take some time to clean up my current gallery first.
Hoping I can try to be more active again, even if I can't post very often. Hope everyone is doing well!

It's been awhile. But things are starting to settle down, for the most part.
Our sweet little boy arrived earlier this month on July 10th.
We're still establishing a schedule, but I'm starting to get the hang of taking care of a newborn.
I love being a new mommy.
It will take some time, but I'm going to start working on my art again (hopefully) very soon.
For my birthday, my hubby is buying me a portable tablet that I can draw on... since it's been too hard for me to sit at my desktop for extended periods of time.
So I'm really excited to have something to do while the baby sleeps!
But I just wanted to give everyone a quick update.
Oh and I wanted to thank all my new watchers, and everyone's comments, faves, etc.
I haven't been able to keep up with all my messages.
Going to try and be better about that!

Life has been really hectic right now. Like oh my god, there is so much happening.
Between house renovations, doctor's appointments, baby stuff, daily life, holidays, birthdays...
I've had very little time to myself. And when I find time, I am usually catching up on my sleep.
(Damn this pregnancy insomnia)
So when I find time to actually sit down and sketch, it's been mostly personal characters and stuff.
I so, so, so want to finish the list of freebies I have (because you guys are so awesome)!
There are some characters I'm still really looking forward to drawing.
I'm just going to be awfully slow about it. Please forgive me.

Also I need some practice with some new brush settings.

General | Posted 10 years agoWe are finally moved in! Our move was pushed back an extra week, but now we're here... and my computer is setup.
I plan to start working on some stuff very soon, and maybe I'll open up commissions again soon if there is enough interest :) But I'll be working on revising some of my prices and stuff. But I gotta start saving up for the little one! ♥It's a Boy!
General | Posted 11 years ago♥ We're having a Boy! ♥We found out a couple weeks ago, but I've been so busy and spacey I forgot to post about it!
We're both very excited for him to arrive this summer.
And we're finally moving to our new house this weekend. So I'll have to pack up my tablet and computer by the end of the week.
Hopefully it won't be too long before we're all settled in and I can get my computer setup again.
But I'll post what I can before I disappear for a little while! ♥

General | Posted 11 years agoWow, life has been really crazy the last couple of months!
But I just wanted to post a quick update, and let you all know I haven't completely disappeared. I've been lurking, just haven't had much time to work on anything.
So we'll be finding out the sex of the baby on the 23rd, and I'll post the news soon after :) We've also taken a huge step towards being adults and we're in the process of buying a house. We're just waiting for everything to close, so we'll be spending the next month or so packing and getting the new house ready. Once I've finished my nesting phase, I am hoping to start doing commissions again... so I'm hoping mid April-ish. Since I won't be doing anything else but being an incubator, I might as well try to be productive somehow :)
I'll try to post some doodles over the next few weeks before my computer is packed up, hopefully *fingers crossed*

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year! (Belated of course)
I sincerely have to apologize for my disappearance over the last month or so.
But I have a good reason, I promise!
You see, when we got home from our Thanksgiving vacation...
My husband and I discovered a very special surprise.
During the first week we were back home, I had been feeling terribly sick.
Very fatigued, nauseous and just not feeling well overall.
And one morning, it dawned on me. So I took a particular in home test.
Yep, you may have guessed it. I'm pregnant!
It's been a very exciting time, and since this will be our first child we were consumed with surprising our families for the Holidays.
Now that they are over, and I've got all my first doctor's appointments out of the way... I decided it would be a good time to update everyone :3
I plan to be more active again, and I'd like to reopen commissions soonish.
But I'll post about that when the time comes <3

We had a good time visiting my family, but I'm exhausted from all this traveling.
I'm so happy to be home again, I'm really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.
That being said, I plan to open commissions up again by the end of the week.
Since the Holidays are coming up, I am going to be looking for a seasonal part-time job as well.
But I want to make my commissions a priority! So hopefully I'll fill a lot of slots :)
I can't wait to start drawing again.
But for now, I sleep.

Reopening Commissions first week of December

Since I am leaving in a few days, I'm closing commissions until I get back.
When I reopen commissions I plan to open a lot more slots.
I'll also be changing some prices around, and what I plan to offer.

It reviews what I am and am not willing to draw for commissions, how I will accept payment, how my process will work, and much more.
