Story makers and enjoyers, a question + poll
Posted 2 years agoHello! So I've taken quite a break from writing stories, but I believe I've gotten back the motivation to work on it a bit. I'm finishing up the Epilogue for Whatever it Takes, then I have another idea already that I look forward to writing.
However I'm left with a decision on whether or not I should do things simple or attempt something new. While I love writing stories, there was a particular satisfaction in enhancing them with images and sound effects, music, and more... however the effort required is obviously a lot more. Perhaps it's vanity or maybe it's normal for authors/artists to seek out praise and attention for the work they make but my motivation for creation is significantly bolstered by interaction, comments, or even just view count. If a lot of effort goes into a project and it garners little reception, I don't feel a drive to make that again.
The long and short of it is this-
What type of story format do you enjoy? Here is a poll to let me know, and depending on the result, I'll likely adjust what kind of story format I use. Naturally there will always be simple text only stories though.

In regards to my last Gift Art
Posted 3 years agoUnfortunately is has come to my attention that the last piece of art that was gifted to me from Takaani, was heavily photo bashed to the point that the artist did very little work themselves on the art. It was essentially stolen from my friend Blackwing/
BlackBlueBlaze and as such, I've removed the art for respect to my friend's work.

Dan_Aers and his dragon, Igmas! Thank you to those who commented and showed interest, I'll probably work on this story a bit at a time as the inspiration and time provides me the ability to do so.
No need to keep this journal long winded, so have a good day and take care of yourselves!

Free story YCH
Posted 3 years agoHello, hope you're doing well once you read this! I'm going to be writing a story (vore story, for those who dislike that stuff, click away now!) to keep my writing skills somewhat sharp, this time it has a premise and I want to insert someone else's character into the story. This isn't a raffle, so the winner will simply be of a character I really like. I'll write the premise below and if this idea is interesting to you, leave a comment with a reference. The character must be a large predator of some sort, or at least a viable predator in a semi-realistic sense (Dragon, gryphon, snake/Naga, Dinos... ect).
The story is this; the viewer/character (I'll let the winner decide if the story is a POV story or one with a named prey), is a druid/mage with a large companion that is fond of one another. The viewer/prey spends their mornings making breakfast for their companion when they hang out together, usually this is by fishing at nearby lakes and leaving their companion a basket of fish. The viewer/prey finishes their morning ritual of providing for their slumbering friend and settles down for meditation; however their consciousness accidentally dwells on their morning task a little too much... and they accidentally turn themselves into a fish. This normally wouldn't be a problem except the viewer/prey is somewhat locked into their new form for at least thirty minutes before they can change back! Well, your hungry companion wakes up to a rather distressed fish and decides to 'help out'.
I don't think there needs to be much more explanation on how this goes haha, the ending can turn out a few different ways... unknowing digestion, endo, implied, and regurgitation being the ones that come to mind. This is of course also up to the winner. I'll decide on a winner in just a few days (August 29th), since this is a spur the moment kind of deal.

Question in regards to Carnivorous Cage!
Posted 4 years agoHello once again, I hope all of you are having a wonderful day. If you're reading this, you're probably aware of the vore based CYOA I'm working on called Carnivorous Cage.
I've been giving myself some time to think about the story, and although there will be a bit of content in it that I simply won't have the time to do, I still want to do the story. I usually post my work when it's entirely finished, however since it may be quite some time before I can get some significant work done on this story once again, I had an idea. Would you all like for me to post a WIP version with what has been done so far, or would it be preferred that I post it when the story is finished?
Without significant input, I'll just post the story once it's finished, however if there is a few people that want the WIP, I can do so.

Update on Carnivorous Cage and life
Posted 4 years agoHey everyone, I wanted to give a heads up for the interactive story that I'm working on. I opened the story up, then just a couple days later some big news landed on my plate and it'll likely slow my progress down pretty significantly.
Long story short, I'll be moving to Australia from the U.S for at least a year, and I'll be leaving at the end of the month. Needless to say, this has given me a lot to take care of, plan, and worry about! It'll take some time to settle in Australia as well, but I'll still be around.

400 Watcher Raffle Winner!
Posted 4 years agoThank you to all who entered, the winner of this raffle is
Phantom_The_Feral_Wolf
Please sent me a note with any additional details you want for the story and we can discuss it there.
For everyone else, I appreciate the watches immensely. I may be opening up for commissions within the future again since I quit my toxic job. Sometimes money isn't worth sacrificing your health and sanity people, we're worth more than the systems built by those that came before us. Take care of yourselves, and have a lovely day.

400 watchers out of no where!
Posted 4 years agoI'm not exactly sure how or why I've gotten to 400 watchers, but I'm grateful either way! I haven't been making any stories as of late, just uploading art that I've gotten. To which, I know many that are watching me aren't into vore, so I have a bit of an idea for a raffle to appease those that would like something different.
So if I do a raffle, how would it sound if I offer a 2-2.5k story slot (With my standard stuff)
OR
If you have a piece of art that's depicting a scene, I could write up a description for you based upon whatever information you want. This would be in a similar short-story style as my commissions, although depending on the scene it may be unfit to make the description 2000 words.
Either way, be on the look out for the raffle!

300 watcher raffle!
Posted 5 years agoHello once again!
Looks like I hit the 300 mark, and for the occasion, I shall be doing a story raffle to give back.
Raffle rules are as follows-
1: You must be a watcher
2: Agree to my ToS.
3: Provide a reference for your character(s) involved, along with a brief premise of the story you want, or if you want to give me artistic freedom to write a story using your character. (I want this so I can ensure the winner of the raffle followed my ToS and the content will be fun to write.)
You can expect the story to be a minimum of 2k words, and a maximum of 3.5k words. You will have permission to upload the PDF version of the story yourself.
Raffle ends Feb 5th, 2021.

Commissions closed- Approaching 300 watchers
Posted 5 years agoHope you're having a good year thus far, it's started rough for some of us. Commissions are now closed, I don't think I'll be offering interactive stories again as the interest was pretty low, and I'm not really wanting to lower the price on them to my standard story prices. That being said, I may still make a couple here and there for the fun of it!
With just a few watchers away from 300, I'll probably be doing another raffle! Expect a 2k-2.5k story for this one, until then, stay safe!

Commissions open and Interactive Storiess!
Posted 5 years agoHello good people! I hope you're all staying safe from /the thing/ and the holidays aren't drowning you in sorrows. It's been an interesting year to say the least, but it's not been all that bad. I've grown a lot as a writer this year, I've improved thanks to the help of others and my own studies.
The last thing I uploaded was an interactive story featuring some friends of mine, and to my surprise, it's done remarkable in comparison to my other work. I was skeptical of it's value at first, but just as equally, I was excited to see if it would do well. Since it did, that brings a up new avenue of writing for me.
I'm now including interactive stories as a commission option at a standard price on par with other authors, .015 USD per word.
Regular stories will be at the same price listed on my commissions page as they have been. I've been pretty torn about raising the price on these, I know that I'm underselling myself by more than 50% on average, but I don't write stories constantly. I do these because it's enjoyable, and every penny earned goes directly into artwork.
Because of how tedious interactive stories are, I'll only have 1 slot open for these. These stories can be as simply designed as 'choose your vore scene' or it can have branching paths to different endings limited to a certain complexity.
Send me a note if you're interested in commissioning, be sure to have read my TOS.

Posted 5 years agoCongrats to
Ayrrenth for winning with the lucky number 1 slot! I've sent a note to you to begin discussing the story.
To everyone else who entered, thank you! There will certainly be another raffle in the future.
I'm thinking about opening up for a limited amount of commissions sometime soon, I'll be making another journal for when I do. Expect 2 or 3 slots with story maximum sizes of 3k words, I unfortunately still have trouble with my carpal tunnel so stories take a bit more time due to the pain, and I can't do larger stories again until the pain goes away some.

Posted 5 years agoCongrats
dahwchooa , you won the raffle. :] Send me a note sometime with a description of the story you'd like. It'll be around 2k words or so.
As a bonus, I ran the name chooser a second time.
Dan_Aers you won this one, It'll be a 1k story, so it'll be a pretty short and sweet little story I'll get to eventually.
Now onto the unfun stuff; I've started my externship and oh boy.. it's been intense these first couple of days. 8 1/2 hour shifts without pay, doing mentally taxing form work, calculations for drugs and vaccines... on top of the physical requirements the job has. I'll be stuck doing all of this free labor until the 27th of July, so until then my energy to work on stories will be wildly fluctuating. Of course, I'll do my best to finish these two stories within a reasonable time, as I do enjoy writing them still!
Thanks to all who participated, this was close to double the last raffle participants. I honestly wish I could do a story for each of you as a thanks, and I hope you'll try again at the next raffle. Stay safe out there!

200 watcher story raffle!
Posted 5 years agoAs promised, I'm holding a raffle for reaching 200 watchers. As with the first 100 watchers raffle, this will be roughly a 2k (Maybe 3k if I find the time and energy) story of your choosing as long as it fits within my commission details.
To enter you must-
Be watching
Be able to give a solid premise.
Yup, that's basically it! I won't ask for the basic premise in comments this time, but I do expect you to read what's acceptable in my TOS.
Raffle entry process ends on June 26th.

200 watchers! Story raffle soon.
Posted 5 years agoHey all, thank you so much for nearly 200 watchers. Just like with the first 100 watchers, I'll be doing a raffle for this awesome milestone. I can't express how much it means to me my stories are enjoyed, it gives me inspiration to do them just knowing someone is liking them. Commissioned stories continue to be something I'll never take for granted, you guys alone have provided me with the funds to get art of my characters (even if it's mostly Rakant. xP).
I'll be scrapping for time soon as my clinical internship and externships start within the month, we've not been given a start date yet so I'm still in the dark on that. I would however, love to give back one more time before I go dark for a bit, so that's where the raffle comes in. Once I hit that 200 mark, I'll be posting another journal with the raffle details.
See ya soon snacks and cool cats.

Posted 5 years agoOh boy, finals are quickly approaching and I'm ready for this semester to be over with. The virus has really put a spin on things for me, I'm suppose to be working in the clinics as Medical Staff but for obvious reasons, I've not been given the opportunity to practice in clinics. There's a lot of uncertainty with my future, stress is fluctuating pretty badly. At the very least I'll be able to finish up the 'school' portion.
I'll be working diligently on this final commission I have, so expect that story soon. I'll be closed for commissions for awhile again, unfortunately I have no idea how long. Thank you to everyone who's commissioned me since I've started, I've never been able to afford my own art pieces until your generosity. Expect something... personal in that regard sometime. ;P
Stay safe out there!

Posted 6 years agoCommissions are closed as of today and will be for quite a long while. Over the next six months, I'll be fairly occupied with the last semester of uni and my externships. I still have the raffle story to finish, to which I hope will be done by the end of the week.
If given the time, I will hopefully be able to prank around and get some personal stories out when I get free time here and there. Thanks to all of you who have read my stories, and especially to those whom have commissioned me this last half year.

Posted 6 years agoA huge thanks to those of you who have participated, and for everyone involved for helping me reach a milestone that in the grand scheme is small, but one I never thought possible. Congratulations to Sirath for winning the raffle, I'll be sending you a note/message soon! Expect this story to be done sometime after Christmas day. I may hold another one of these at 150 watchers just because. :P

100+ watchers!? Thank you!
Posted 6 years agoWhen I first started writing stories, I was largely doing it for fun. Thanks to some lovely friends, they helped me gain the confidence to do commissions. I've had some lovely folk commission me since, and it's helped a great amount in stoking the fires to continue writing.
As a thank you, I'll be doing a 3000 word story raffle at some point for my watchers. I'll be sending another journal in regards to this in the future. I'm currently swamped with university work, so story writing has been very infrequent, more so than I'd prefer.
Thanks to all of you once more.

Posted 6 years agoHello to all whom care to read~ I'll be closing commissions for a good long while soon, if you want a commissioned story, send me a note by the 15th of August. With Uni classes beginning again, I fear as though I won't have the time to write as much as I'd like. I may be able to open up for commissions again once I get into the rhythm of things.
Have a wonderful day!

Commission changes!
Posted 6 years agoI've made some changes to my Policies along with some adjustments to what I'm willing to write. Over the months I've found myself less and less bothered by M/M content, and though I'm not willing to write M/M sex, I'm very much happy to write M/M sexual themed content that relates to vore, including things like mawplay. After Finals, I'll be opening up for commissions, I'll send out a journal to let those interested know that I'm open.

Name change, and commissions.
Posted 6 years agoSo I've been mulling over a few decisions I've made in regards to privacy. For awhile, and to a certain degree, I've been terrified of the association to vore and well, this account is strongly focused on that. I however, have gotten over it for the most part.. and I believe I'll change my name to something easily identifiable with my other account.
So, here's to no longer giving a damn!
In other news, I believe I'll be ready to finally open for commissions after classes have ended at the beginning of May. So expect a notice in regards to that in the future.
