General | Posted a month agoThe To-Do List very quickly reached double-digit comms long.
I know my luck and if I wasn't sensible about this, then I'd be getting even more people interested on top of that. Which would then become a juggling act of prioritising Initial Sketches to secure work while not actually getting any work done. I've not past the record length it's ever taken me to do a single comm from payment to completion (2 months), and that's not gonna happen now I've closed them.
I thank all of you for the continued support and business.

Juicy July D-Briefing [Thank You & UK Online Safety Act]

July was a hell of a month...
I want to thank all of you who commissioned me, had interest, even a few who didn't quite make it in time, especially everyone in the latter half of the month who tolerated how long it took me to get to you. There was a 4 or 5 day stretch in the middle of the month where every waking moment was dedicated to Initial Sketch work; I'd get the idea sorted from one person to begin sketching, and about 2 minutes into that I'd get a message from someone else. I'm not saying that as a negative. If that level of interest in commissioning me was guaranteed every month, I could make a set in stone schedule for how and when I handle working between paid-for commissions & Initial Sketching.
For the three of you that are still waiting on four non-Juicy July Initial Sketches - Mr. Cooler, Mr. Rabbit, Mr. Imp - if you're reading this prior to me getting in touch, know that I am now working on your Initial Sketches, free and clear. I doubt I will be opening myself to any other work than these 4 throughout August... there's some other things that need done ASAP. As in, every-minute-is-a-minute-lost, level of ASAP.
There was also a monumental reason I was held up in July, an unavoidable topic I had to keep a track of minute-by-minute: the UK's Online Safety Act.
While I have my political opinions, you don't follow me for them. Which is why I make the political decision to not bring them up or do commissions with political imagery/slogans - even if I agree with them. There is only 1 topic I will ever bend that rule for slightly in times of absolute crisis; freedom of speech.
I have been hot on UK freedom of speech cases for almost a decade now, ever since I learned we don't actually have Freedom of Speech in the UK... politicians will say we do so long as we fall within the law, which means we don't. This law, while fast-tracking itself to be exactly what everyone warned it would become and needing to be shown the door, is merely just one part of a larger political issue here.
But here's what matters right now for you and I: So far, there is only 1 site in the circles you will find "FangTime" that has even acknowledged and followed through on this Act that I know of. That being Rule34 dot com, which is one I don't upload to anyway. There is an apocalyptic, unified backlash to this law across all political persuasions here in the UK, as well as a variety of legal cases being brought from the US. I wish those legal teams well.

I thought about this for a while, primarily if anyone wished to commission SFW artwork of anykind from myself, to save yourselves from having to explain to anyone you wanna show said artwork to that you commissioned an NSFW artist you would have reasonably only discovered if you personally enjoyed what he makes. And what do you know, that exact scenario came knocking recently.
To add to this, I've also made a new Discord which'll handle both NSFW & SFW clients in one place, and I'll also need to make a new X account for "FangTime"/NSFW stuff. This is because while I'm still logged into everything as of right now, if I ever get logged out of Discord or my FangTime X; I can't remember the passwords or passwords to old e-mails I made to make them, and I'll be locked out of them forever.
Everything will be updated and ready to go by the end of the month, just in time for July...

Been curious about PC building since 2018. Call it an early new year's resolution, but I want (& realistically, need) to finally get myself a modern-spec PC by the end of next year. Could be done if I stepped up my game here.
One method (of a few) I've considered are Donation Drive Sequences.
To take the temperature; forget about characters & franchises for now. What KINDS of sequences would you be willing to contribute any amount to?

- Monogamous Sex to Gangbang?
- Realistic Inflation?
- Breast/Butt/Hourglass Inflation?
- Lactation Inflation
- Full Body Inflation?

General | Posted a year agoFour months ago, the national minimum wage where I live went up... I held off on having my prices to follow this until after a period of theme month sales.
I have raised the base price for Shaded & Flat Tiers by £5.
I have lowered the base price for Lineart by £5 to counter this.
Ko-Fi is uneffected, which means you can get a Lineart Commission even cheaper if you are a £5 Supporter.

This Just Got A Little More Serious
General | Posted a year agoYou might've noticed not been uploading much lately, as you probably saw in your Submissions boxes I've burned through a huge order as well as a few others... just one left to go for now.
I've learned the greatest method to counteract potential artblock: forcing yourself to have direction, of which I've developed a system I intend to utilise in the very near future. I thank you all for your patience, and some good news; I finally have my first follower on Ko-Fi!
I currently offer 2 Tiers on Ko-Fi, first is access to a DropBox containing all my work since returning in 2022 at their highest resolutions (A3 Print is the base I work from), and the other will net you the potential to purchase a discounted LineArt commission for each month you pledge support.
