1. What materials do you use?
Usually the materials are pretty standard.
Steel and floral wires, for volumetric work on sculpture- foil, polystyrene or pieces of wood are most often used.
Rarely outlandish fillers you can find- dublerin or special fabrics, as well as corals and metals for their texture or shining.
Most of my work consists of velvet plastic AMOS Iclay™. For teeth, claws and parts that need special sharpness - polymer clay such as Fimo Professional.

2. When are you open for commissions? Can I get a spot on your list?
Usually I carefully edit my page and if the slot is open to order, this will be written in the title of the page.
In the specific of the material is quite whimsical. And the work is unique (you will never find copies of your character in the world). On average, I spend from 25 to 45 days for one slot. But you can also make an order for a specific month or period, so that I will be add you to the queue list, if you want one of my work in your collection.
The specifics of this site are quite complex in terms of communication with customers, so I prefer to transfer the discussion of work to such chats as Twitter, Instagram or VK. There I can show photos of the process quite freely and conveniently and discuss edits. On Etsy, I sell only finished works, since if you want a deal through this site, you will have to pay for work an average of 20% more for the due to site and wallet commissions.

3. How much is the commission ...?

4. The thing I want is not on your price guide!
You can just ask me about it. I bite people not so frequently.

5. I live in *name of country* will you ship there?
Every whim for your money. I'll even send a wagon to Mars in carrier pigeons. But keep in mind that the buyer (you) needs to pay the shipping. I live in Russia, so keep it in mind.

6. Can the figure break in the mail?
Possibly can, but I will try to do everything in my power to make sure the figure will arrive undamaged and you will be happy.

7. How do I care for my figurine and what should I not do?
Velvet plastic figurines:
- Avoid contact with water.
- Avoid falling.
- Do not test the figure for strength or flexibility.
- It is better to remove dust from the figures with a dry, soft brush, but if there are stains of dirt - you can gently wipe with a not very damp cloth.

8. I want to get my figure at a certain date (deadline), is that possible?
Maaaaybe. But in most cases, no. Especially in the pre-New Year's fever.

9. I was scammed by artists in the past. How do I know I can trust you?

- You can contact me at any time and ask for a photo and I will send you one.
- I don't start painting without getting your approval first.

10. Can you make a figurine exactly like in the picture?
It depends on the drawing. In most cases, I stylize the work for myself. It makes me a little depressed when the client, without knowing it, disfigures the work for the sake of maximum similarity. I am not a printer-man, all my work is handmade.
And I also don't want to kill my nerves with endless edits. It is easier for me to refuse such order and return money to the customer and working for myself own projects. I will not spend 2 times more time on 1 project without extra-money for edits.
