Heya peoples!

A few weeks ago I made a Google Chrome extension for use with FA that displays the number of messages you have and what kinds of messages you have and also acts as a shortcut to your message centre. The number of messages also auto-refreshes every few minutes which you can change in the options.

Obvious disclaimer: This extension is in no way affiliated with Fur Affinity and its staff.

What this extension does is get the raw html file of the front page, without images or any media, and only gets the number of messages that is displayed on the top of the page.

This extension is not using any more information other than the message counts.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of trying some TF story requests since I want to try writing again but can't really think of anything to do myself. So yeah, feel free to note me if you have any suggestions and I'll discuss it with you.

It's been about a day since I got back home from the Furry Down Under convention at the Gold Coast on the weekend and I wanted to write a bit about it.

First of all, it was great! I met a bunch of people who I've only spoken to online, including sharing a room with my fellow GMod server admin friends  Ash_Darkfire and  SynxtheLynx!

We all did a bunch of stuff including minigolf, a poker tournament and other stuff! All in sunny Surfer's Paradise. Except for the Thursday before the con started where there was non-stop rain!

I bought a few commissions from people which I may or may not scan and post here. One of the commissions isn't done yet so I look forward to getting it soon and one from an artist whose name I forgot. Great.

It was actually the first time I travelled any significant distance from home by myself and I want to do it again in the future. Perhaps a weekend trip to Melbourne is something I should do soon!

Overall, I had a great time at my first con and I'm definitely going to try to come back to FurDU again in 2015!

So as it seems I have a 3DS and a Wii U and I want some more friends on them. So post here if you want to add me or send me a note!

So, I'm heading off in a few hours to head north to the Gold Coast in Queensland for a few days. This is the second time this year that I'm heading there but it's not really a 'family vacation' so much since it's for my mother to attend an accounting seminar and she's just allowing us to share a hotel room x3

Anyways, I may not be as active on IMs and such for a few days. I'll still have internet though due to my trusty iPad ^.=.^

I got a new phone yesterday since the contract for my iPhone 3G was running out. It's a prepaid, $150 android phone called the Samsung Galaxy Gio (I know, right? ). Anyways, I'm glad I got it for two reasons:

1. It's prepaid so I'm not locked into a contract with it. If I want a new phone I can just buy I new phone (as long as it is compatible with the Optus network x3) and I can change the rate plan any time I recharge. Wow, I miss having a prepaid phone ^.=.^

2. Even though it's a cheap android phone, it actually runs far better than my iPhone x3 Plus it's running Android so it has a lot more functionality, plus the integration with the Google services is nice ^.=.^

Anyways, it's only supposed to be for calling people and not for web browsing but I might, later on, get a plan that includes data if I really needed it. I still have my iPad for it's 3G internet for web browsing on the go.

And suddenly I look about my room and feel really bad and spoilt x3

Hmm, maybe I should make regular, frequent updates x3 Not as long as some normal ones but maybe once every couple of days.

Well, today I finished Saint's Row: The Third on PC and I enjoyed it. I didn't enjoy it as much as the 2nd one which I thought was actually better but it was still fun. The Third had better moments and set pieces than the 2nd one but at a cost of the levels of customisation. For one, you're very limited by what you can look like compared to the second one.

Anyways, it was a fun game and I'm glad that I didn't buy it at full price because I probably would have regretted it x3

In other little updates, I started playing Prey on my Xbox and I think that it's... well... alright I guess. Things have changed since 2006 but Prey has some parts that still hold up. The actual combat and shooting is good, especially since you can carry all the weapons without exchanging it for a new one all the time.

I feel like that's what I'm going to be playing now. I got a lot of cheap games for Christmas and I get the feeling I won't be getting through them all any time soon x3
