I'm loving it at the moment, being away from the cold in sunny Oakland CA.
Today, I'll be heading up the coast with the wife and mother-in-law to Sea Ranch, near Mendocino in Nor Cal.

In other news, it's finals week. The following week I'll be in Northern California with my wife's family. I'll be happy to get out of the midwest and go some place that isn't frozen and white for a while.

It sucks, I've never had an experience, but being elbows to asses before the break of dawn with other folks that at attempting to claw and grab everything in sight just to catch a "deal" doesn't sound like a fun day.

Had a visit with the doctor not to long ago, and well things are not looking good. My liver enzyme level are a bit high, and we have some problems with the kidneys as well.

And now on a regular basis 13 vials of blood just to make sure things are alright. I mean I know I've been stressed out, but I wasn't aware that these things were affecting me that way.

Well anyways. I'm trying to keep up on being productive and keeping up with the theme of Halloween,and just one day late I have another auction (seriously, if you're sick of these, tell me)

I've been a bit busy in the school front, a couple of essays, a few exams... You know that stuff.

Other things, I have to say I'm eager to work on my load of commissions, but after working through another comic, I might not take on as big of projects in the future. That is after this grouping is complete. There are not enough hours in the day to do these things in a timely fashion.

Yeah, I've been pretty busy as of late. About every other week I have an exam, or essay due, so yeah if I'm a little slow in the drawing process, that's probably why.

I'm still working on your art, for those that are waiting, and wondering. The ones on the plate are just pretty big projects.I also want to know what you guys would prefer, after the queue gets cleared off.

I plan on making a 3rd piece to the Temple of Anubis YCH series.
I plan on making a simple sketch series for discounted price, say first 10 get $5 sketches. Or something like that.
Possibly another themed YCH featuring one of my or your characters. Just need something tasty enough for an idea.
If you want to note me with ideas, that's groovy too.

Today, a man I admire, passed on...
My father-in -law lost the battle to cancer. And I'm a little distraught, because it was my first day on the job, and could not be with my wife in her time of need.

I really do feel like a heel...

I worked 8 hours and was in class for 5 hours today.

Hey everybody, I figured now is a better time than any to update you on the stats of life in general...

Classes started Monday, and shear amount of information than has been thrown at us, has turned be white as a sheet. Radiography has a lot more bells and whistles to it than I originally expected, and more of these bells and whistles are dangerous, if not used correctly.

I'm really looking forward to the lab/ clinical portions of the program. Since that's the practical application of the whole shibang. While the class room stuff is learning what things are, when you can't properly see it. Needless to say, it's been a long week.

My father-in-law has not been doing so well. He's been aspirating food, and liquids now. Which in turn is filling his lungs with various things that lower his O2 percentage. He's now being fed intravenously, so that he can at least get some nutrition. There has been some talk of moving him up to Madison, so that the doctors there could take more bold approaches. Madison being a teaching hospital and all.

And with all this stuff hanging over my head, it's been a wonder if I have anytime for drawing. Like I had feared school will be eating up most of my energy and family stuff with be most of the other percent. I regret to say I will probably;y need a break.

One, I will be going to school full time come the fall. Two, my father in law is back in the hospital because of his multiple ailments, and low WBC count, we've been told this is going to happen more than once due to his reaction with the chemo.
Three, because someone asked nicely.

I also plan on doing another pyramid peril auction in the future after these 2 have resolved in full. I just need to figure out what other situations I can place for multiple characters. I mean, I think there are only so many ways to mummify volunteers.

I'll be out of town and out of state for the next few days. So my attention will be on the wifey, during the pre honeymoon.

What's be happening? Well The father in Law is now doing Chemo-therapy, he's currently going through the first round of shots, and I hope that he can handle it. Especially with all of his extra preexisting conditions on top of this cancer business.

Hey there,

I need some feedback. I was quite happy with the result of the YCH auction, so happy I want to do another one. However I'm kinda struggling to figure a subject.

I have several ideas in the wings that I could whip out, but I would like feedback from my watchers, well wishers, friend and fans.

Should I have a specific character as the central focus? What about random chance tops/bottoms? Single character/ Multiple characters? Anonymous floating dicks/ tentacles? Do people actually pay to have part of their body shown?

Let me know. I'm going to try and keep these things going, since I will have school starting up soon.

Other things, school is crazy expensive. I know I've been saving for this, but I just gave away $3,000 on this education investment out of pocket.

In other news my father in law is now at home, with hospice care, and is actually taking a turn for the better, thank goodness. His CNA's said that the 40th wedding anniversary in February is a goal to strive for. After considering this for a little bit. He stated, To hell with that . I'm going to out live his father... Mind you his father dies at 76, and he is 68, so it's a long term goal for sure, but we'll cheer him on.

School is coming up quick as well, and the wife and I have be hitched up for a month. I have to say, i hope that the rest of the year calms down.

Well, the prognosis is stage 4 B-cell lymphoma... Which mean things are not at all looking good for my new found father in law. He has made the decision to go in to hospice care while still living at home.

I and my wife are still very anxious about things since we are unsure of how long he truly has. The oncologist said it could be from a period of a couple weeks to months. Which has me on edge for about anything to occur.

This among other things at the moment quitting my job, attempting to find a new evening position, school, paying for school, various doctors visits, shots in the arm, and blood draws. I can safely say that this month has really sucked. Amazingly more than about any other months in recent history. *sigh*

I'm still taking up commissions, as well as working with  xenolugia150 for special spider deals.

I might reduce the price of commissions at some point in time, hopefully to drum up business in this economy. Who knows...
Or I might take a break. We'll just have to see.
