My brother *died* on that same day last year. Boy fucking HOWDY. I've processed it and everything so now I have sibling rights to make fucking fun of him for up and dying in a horrible car accident with my really autistic way of coping with death.

(No, for real. Got diagnosed in February of this year with CPTSD, ASD, and ADHD. At thirty-fucking-eight years old. My life is a wild ride from start to fucking finish.)

Anyway, hey y'all. I'm alive. Barely. I've got... so many health problems, crash and burned SEVERAL relationships ("romantic", friendships, and work-related) in the past *checks calendar* eight years but I'm fighting, lol.

REALLY into K-Pop these days. The, uh. Hyperfocus and Special Interest in Transformers all those years ago really fucking makes sense now. Do I remember anything of those years? Barely, thanks to the trauma! But you know what, still having a great time! Come talk to me if you're a multi-stan and/or into: ATEEZ, Stray Kids, SEVENTEEN, Tomorrow x Together, DKB, and BTOB (specifically the new 90TAN Sub-Unit). Convince me to commit to stanning Enhypen and OnlyOneOf full time (protip: one of these fandoms is completely unhinged and will take some GOOD SHIT to make me wanna dip my toes into it, lol.)

Anyway, been working on rebranding and all of that, so I'll most likely officially shut this page down in the future and move onto https://www.furaffinity.net/user/heavybomb at some point this year. I'll keep everything up but none of my old artwork is moving to the 'new' page.

Brother's doing well now, so I'm back

my brother got into a motorcycle accident and got fucked up, so i'm off to my mother's house for a few days to nurse him.

So I noticed that my weakness when it comes to drawing is getting the actual frame down. It takes me ten thousand years to get it 'right', so to speak, and usually I give up halfway through and that's why nothing ever gets done. So I thought maybe I'd try a couple of YCH stuff and see how it goes. If the frame is already done, the hardest part is already over amirite??? Summer con season is coming up so I'll probably open up to do some 'sona badges because I know those are always in demand and they are really easy to make.

I really need to rebuild my confidence in my art. It is practically non-existent; everything that I've drawn recently I ended up hating it. So we'll see what happens. I figure I'll start off small and work my way back up to what I know I'm capable of. Eh.

so I've been hit with a stroke of FANTASTIC luck: my motivation is back!

So I'm gonna pick up commissions again, but here's a twist: I'm now accepting payment in the form of Lindens (secondlife!). hoshit i know rite.

Lindens are much cheaper than cash commissions, so if you want a discount, butter me up with some hella Lindens. Commissioning me in game will also net you a sweet discount, as I have flat rates for SL users. I'll be updating my commission info in a bit.

Long story short, I was diagnosed last month with an Arnold-Chiari Malformation and I have been out of work since July due to complications from reoccurring symptoms of it. In any case, I have (another) appointment with the neurosurgeon Thursday, and we'll see if I need to have surgery or if there are any other options. I at least will get to know whether or not I can return to work, or if I need to continue looking for a less physically demanding job. Either way, it's nice to finally know what is wrong with me.

I'm opening to take commissions again, but I won't be able to do anything coloured or adult- I'm having a hard time managing those within a timely manner, so I'll be doing clean pencil sketches (like http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11476802/) at a flat rate of 10$. I am getting slammed with a bunch of medical stuff lately and I haven't been able to work for almost two weeks now. I really need some money for gas (to get to my appointments), prescriptions, and lab work. I didn't really want to beg, but the money I did have went to taking care of my niece and paying my phone/car insurance/student loans so I wouldn't be penalized.

I'm willing to do adult artwork for b&w sketches only, no limits except scat/bestiality. I know I don't have much of any adult content in my gallery but rest assured, I have drawn it and will draw it.

Gonna be blasting quite a bit of my art from my gallery soon, just to clean things up a bit.

Anthrocon was a blast! Got to meet  gideon and talk Transformers, punched a few of my buddies, danced around in my suit, and overall just enjoyed myself. It was a well needed, well deserved vacation, and I'm happy to announce that I will be properly drawing once more! The trip held enough inspiration that I'll be working on a few portfolios myself, and I plan on finishing up on  fauxfaia and moving onto another name where I'll be able to display my proper finished pieces. So, long story short, I'm going to be re-branding myself and trying to get back in the groove of drawing. Keep an eye out for me, because 2014 is going to bring a whole new buttery outlook!

I'll be doing FREE First Come, First Served full-colour headshot badges at the Zoo during the Pre-Con Social Mixer (630pm-11pm). I'll take on as many as I can at least sketch out within that time frame, with pick up at the end or next morning by Registration!
