Removing some content
General | Posted 3 years agoHey guys,
I know I've been busy but I've got some good news / bad news.
Good news is, I think I finally found a file of my AK Croc animation. It's very low res but I think the animation itself was rendered on low-res to begin with. So I may be able to finally re-upload that sucker after god knows how long.
Bad new is, I'm gonna be setting some files to private. Namely any audio files I've posted and possibly certain animations, I haven't decided yet.
The latter I'm doing out of respect to the actor who doesn't want to be associated with any kink content of any kind, hence why I never credited him.
I'm giving it about a week before I set the audios to private. So if you're someone who still wants to listen, if you haven't done so, I recommend downloading them and please, under no circumstances, do I want any of you reuploading them anywhere else. These are the files in question:
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/23443816/
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/27049743/
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24914288/
So download them while you can. Because in a week, they'll no longer be available.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but I do wish to respect the wishes of others.

1,000 Watchers Survey
General | Posted 5 years agoHey, folks!
Hope you're all staying safe! So, I know that I don't make a lot of journals since, well, I don't really post often much at all due to work, commissions and other obligations. However, I recently hit 1,023 watchers and it dawned on me that I never did anything for the milestone. So, I wanna do something special for you beautiful people!
I'm currently working on a collaborative animation, featuring the vocal talents of the immensely talented
DevonTheFireWolf, and if you haven't already done so, subscribe to his page because if you like my content, you'll LOVE the sorta voice over audio skits he does. ;)
I also have quite a few animated commissions in the works that I'm ALSO working on (some of these are pretty long, so they take longer to finish than the others I'm doing). But for the occasion, I wanna do something specifically for you guys!
So! What I'd like is, if any of you guys have ideas for any sort of animation you'd wanna see, post them in the comments. Now, obviously, most of these ideas won't be made, but I just wanna get a feel for what you guys come up with. So what I'm going to do is, once I take in everything you suggest in the comments into account, I'm going to pick and choose the ideas that strike me the most, and set up a poll!
A few rules:
1. DO NOT MESSAGE ME YOUR SUGGESTION PLEASE. (I wanna emphasize this. My notes are reserved for commission details. That becomes harder if my inbox gets flooded.)
2. No NSFW Ideas.
3. Nothing that can't be animated with Autodesk. So no busting clothes, hyper weight gain / inflation, etc.
4. Nothing that falls under my "will not write / draw about" list. You can check my commission details to see what that is.
5. Nothing with dialogue. Sorry, I have a lot of work on my plate and even with voice clips, having to sync a characters lips is WAY too time consuming.
6. I will confirm with every single journal post if the video game character models are available online or not. If not, I'll let the person who made the comment know in case they wanna come up with a different idea.
7. You can come up with as many ideas as you want, but I'm more likely to just pick one or two from your ideas if they click with me.
8. No Internal Shots (the models do not exist for that sorta thing, and Galdon's stomach model, frankly, is limited).
9. No Original Characters. Video game characters only, which I will verify if the models are available or not.
And for those who are blanking on characters, if you want, you can see which characters are available and may be of interest to you in the link below:

(Warning: Literally THOUSANDS of models there, so...there's a bit. XD)

Grendel Released; Interesting Backstory Revealed...
General | Posted 6 years agoSo, as many of you know, Warframe's newest frame, Grendel, is of the heavier and far more voracious variety. Well, the character has been added to the game as of today. Which means I'm playing the waiting game to see if and when his character model gets released, since apparently, extraction and porting is tricky with this game. That said, Warframe has a museum which is designed to lend some key insight on each of its frames, and Grendel's proves quite...delicious. It both reveals just how this mechanized beast managed to be so altruistic in spite of his gluttony, how his body works, AND it tells a satisfying tale of Grendel's hunger put to good use, and the ending in particular interested me the most, sufficed to say. ;)

Animated Commissions Open
General | Posted 6 years agoHey, folks!
Soooo, I wanna test the waters and see how this goes, and if it can be a viable thing or not. My most popular submissions have always been the vore related animations I do with 3DS Max. And I figure since so many people enjoy them, maybe opening commissions would be a possible avenue. But of course, the trick here is that animations with Max require preexisting character models. And not every character one would wanna see in these sorts of things would be available.
Therefore, to make things easier, I've written this up:
HOW TO COMMISSION
For those who'd like to commission an animation from me, before messaging me, I would advise you to check this gallery:
https://www.deviantart.com/xnalara-.....mized/gallery/
Or in DA, to go to search and type up "XNALara" or "XPS" followed by whichever character you have interest in. So for example, if I wanted to do a project with Killer Croc, or a specific version of him, I'd type up, "XNALara Arkham Origins Killer Croc." Or "XPS Arkham Origins Killer Croc." The gallery makes it easier because most folks who upload XPS / XNA models do so and add them to the listing. Not everyone, but MOST.
Once you've confirmed that the model is available, send me a note of what sort of animation you'd want with which characters. Basically, like an art commission, tell me what sort of things you want to happen, and if there's any specific moments you'd like included. You can be very specific or broad, so long as I know the start, middle and end of the animation. What I'd much rather not receive is messages just asking, "Hey, can you do a commission for me?" "Hey, is so-and-so available for an animation?" My notes are flooded as is, and a lot of notes I receive tend to be on the 'excess chaff' side. So please, if you note me, please have links to your desired characters already available, and a description of what you'd like.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ORIGINAL CHARACTER MODELS
If for the sake of argument, the character you want me to use is actually one of your own original design that you made yourself, then so long the character model is both fully rigged and accessible to 3DS Max (2019 at latest) then I have no issue whatsoever using 'em. :)
BLENDER MODELS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MAX WITHOUT CONVERSION HOWEVER. So please be mindful of that.
WHAT I WON'T ANIMATE
I didn't bother listing what I WILL animate because the list is fairly broad and if you know my page then by now, you can guess most of what I'm okay with. Here are some things I won't animate though:
- Hard Vore
- Non-Oral Vore (Absorption is okay for models like Clayface)
- Anything sexually explicit
- Farting
- Inflation
- Anything regarding paws / feet
- Elongated Fight Scenes
- Anything that's just generally gross
If you're uncertain, you can message me and ask if something is okay or not, and I'll happily let you know. :P
PRICING
Everything is set on a PER MINUTE BASIS as everything from animation to editing and audio mixing is very time consuming. See in contrast to a lot of vore animations you might see online, I have a lot of my own SFX and audio cues that I've amassed and downloaded over the years as opposed to a lot of the stock audio you may hear a lot of the time. On top of that, I also always play with pitch and reverb. For example, if characters are in a building, all audio will have slight reverb to account for the slight echo one would hear in a building. And if additional rigging is required to, perhaps, give a character a bigger belly or one that jostles, that's also a bit time consuming and will be reflected on in payment.
So do keep all of this mind. Certain elements can be omitted. I charge based on the amount of work and time that goes into anything at a rate I hope is reasonable for anyone interested but also a fair compensation for time.
Base Animation - $65 Per Minute of Animation
Sound Mixing - $25 Per Minute of Audio
Additional Rigging - $20 (Realistically, the only extra bone people ever ask to be included is one that allows a character to have a bigger belly. :P)
Extra Lip Sync - $15 (I'm okay with including lines of dialogue (provided you have clean audio clips for me to use) but lip syncing is very time consuming and if a character is going to talk a lot, I will have to charge more for it. Off screen dialogue or one or two lines / a few really short few word bits of dialogue won't count as extra lip sync. Nor will burps. :P)
If you want an animation with just the visual and would rather do the sound mixing yourself and save a few bucks, that's acceptable. But as both are very time consuming, I have to charge for both to make the time worthwhile.
I take payment through PayPal only. And will only accept work AFTER confirming payment. I've been burned a few times by people who have commissioned me and never gotten back to me after the work has been done. So to play it safe, I will only begin working on something after I've been paid.
GENERAL CONDUCT
Just as a general rule, please note that while I'm a very patient and easy going fella, and almost never refuse a commission, I do reserve the right to never work with any given person. So, before commissioning me, please bare in mind that commissions aren't completed overnight, ESPECIALLY animated commissions. My friends can attest that I am a VERY busy person in real life, on top of animation just being a very time consuming process.
So if you commission me, PLEASE do not repeatedly message me asking if a commission is done or when I think I'll be done. I need access to the notes for reference and that becomes harder when my inbox is flooded with repeated messages of "is it done yet?" Asking me repeatedly isn't going to make something release any faster, and reminding me is unnecessary because for as busy as I am, I've never forgotten to work on any commissions when I've already been paid.
I'm not Dory. XD
So just please keep all of that in mind for a smooth and easy process. And with that said, let's jump into it! :)

XNALara_XPS Comic Commissions Open!
General | Posted 6 years agoHey, folks!
So, for those of you who've enjoyed my XNA comics over the years, I've decided to open up a comic commission sale!
My normal rates are $6.50 per panel, but for this sale, I'm doing $5 per panel. (PAYPAL ONLY)
*NOTE: If the comic requires me to rig the characters stomach to make it more bloated and I can't do that manually with XPS itself, additional charges will apply, due to the extra time rigging and re-exporting models takes.*
There are obviously limitations to what the poser program will allow me to do. I'll do what I can to accommodate, be it scaling or CSP trickery, but there are limitations. And of course, I have to be sure that the video game characters you want commissions of are even available. So please be mindful of that.
To commission me, just send me a note with the following information:
1. How many panels you want
2. What you want in each panel
3. Any potential script you'd like me to use or else just a sort of 'blueprint' of what you'd like me to do
Once I've confirmed everything, I'll send you a PayPal invoice and get started!
Far as what I will and won't do in comics:
Will Do:
- Most things, but in general, if you've followed my page these past six or so years, you know what to expect. If it's a little lewder than my usual MO, I'll keep it private, depending on what it is.
Won't Do:
- No Farting / Scat Stuff
- No Vore besides Oral (Absorption is okay for characters like Clayface)
- No Rape / Bondage / Torture / Anything of that nature
- Nothing involving Genitals or Butts
- No Inflation (it isn't possible with XPS anyway)
If you're uncertain, just ask me in your message and I'll happily respond.
And that covers it! If you have any questions, just ask in this journal. Otherwise, I look forward to whatever may come! :)

Working through Grief
General | Posted 7 years agoI'm not one for sharing much about my personal life for a number of reasons. Main thing being everyone has their own problems and I've always had a hard time really expressing my own. In fact, I've written out this exact same post four times over the past month, and each time I've written it, several paragraphs in, I just stop, close my window, and decide not to post it.
This time, it's different. A month ago to this very day, my grandmother passed away after suffering a heart attack two days prior. She had a heart attack Saturday on around 2pm~ish, November 17th. She was stabilized but had a full twenty minutes after her heart attack where oxygen wasn't reaching her brain. Machines assisted her breathing because she wasn't able to. Two days later, November 19th, at 10am on the dot, they ran the neurology exam, and declared her legally brain-dead. My family agreed to a DNR since my grandmother didn't want that. And two and a half hours later, at 1:30pm~ish, she was gone.
Me, my family, most of my relatives still in California, we were all in the room with her, holding her in her last moments. Those of my relatives who are religious were tearfully praying for her to have a safe journey in the next life, and other things I couldn't understand since my Farsi isn't too great. Then, I watched a woman who, for the first half of my life, was like a second mom, who, up until almost two years ago, was still a constant, independent old lady, breathe her last breath on this earth.
My grandmother was 94 years old, and would've been 95 in March (...I think. Honestly, ancient birth certificates from Iran are freakin' unreliable. 'XD)
In that month, she was buried in Iran with her husband, we had a service in her favorite restaurant (mistake, because holy crap, we were WAY beyond capacity and I ended up eating my kebab in my freakin' car watching Columbo on my phone. XD) And on top of that, the jerk-ass bastards in charge of her apartment gave us less time to clear out her place than they would have if she were evicted.
So, this month has been very difficult, but I'm not sad. My sister and my mom have been, and since they both suffer from depression, it can kinda hit them in waves. Hence why I've been checking up on them frequently. But all told, where we all are now versus a month ago, I think we all miss her, but at the same time, we all also look back on our memories of her fondly. I'm not a stranger to death, even in this family. In fact, just a month prior to my grandma passing, my cousin from Iran passed away due to a losing battle with cancer. My point is, as someone who has dealt with a lot of these past few years and dealt with several brushes first hand, while it's only human nature to miss a person when they're gone, it's important to find a way to remember one thing:
The best way to honor the dead isn't simply to mourn their absence, but to celebrate their lives, to laugh at the memories, to shake your head at the stupidity, and to be grateful that they were a part of your life, and that your life was better having known these people.
I can damn well guarantee I won't live to be 94 the way my grandma did. I'll be amazed if I even make it freakin' 70, to be blunt. But I honestly cannot imagine a more perfect way to go, in retrospect. My grandma didn't suffer. She had her heart attack in her sleep and in her final moments, was surrounded by all of her children and grandchildren still in the area. My dad, who HATED my grandma, came by in the memorials, forgave her and apologized to her and just wanted to be there for my mom, despite the fact that they ALSO kinda hate each other 'XD.
Even thinking back on just how Goddamn PACKED that restaurant was when I went to the stand to speak along with all her other grandchildren, seeing all those people touched and impacted by this lil old lady in some capacity, I knew she was loved. And I knew she loved back. More importantly, through that love, I knew despite the HELL that was her upbringing, that ultimately, she had a good, long life despite being uneducated, despite never learning the English language, and despite, well, a LOT of things.
Now, comes the part that's always kept me from posting this:
"Why does anyone need to hear this?"
Because ultimately, I REALLY don't want sympathy or anything like that, and I don't want people to feel bad in reading this. I guess the reason I'm posting this now is because, whether you celebrate the Holidays or not, with this new year drawing to a close, I think now more than ever, it's important to live your life, and to never stop being grateful for those whom you love.
And ultimately, I post this just to get it out there and out of my head. Because I'm not sad. There are days when my brain kinda messes with me and when I remember she's gone, I feel melancholy, but even during those days, I still feel gratitude. I'm grateful that I can still laugh at the silliest, borderline stupid moments we all shared. I can remember those few instances of sass where I'm just thinking, "Daaaaaamn, this old lady may not speak a lick of English, but she will sass the HELL out of you...y'know, when she's not asking why you're not married with three kids. XD "
Finally, to any of you guys going through a hard time right now, like with grieving, know that time does help ease the hardships. One day, you'll work through whatever's got you frustrated, sad or anxious. And you'll see, you have the strength to work through it, and come out better as a result.
This time, it's different. A month ago to this very day, my grandmother passed away after suffering a heart attack two days prior. She had a heart attack Saturday on around 2pm~ish, November 17th.
Well, thanks YouTube

As everyone knows, the videos I post on this site are unlisted, meaning no one outside of the forum (unless the link is forwarded from outside sources) is supposed to be able to see them except people with direct access to the link.
Unfortunately, someone who had access to that link decided to be a jackass, because they reported my Arkham Knight Killer Croc v Black Mask video; 'A Feral Beasts' Consumption,' one of my most popular videos. And not only was the video deleted by Youtube, but I now have a strike against my account for it.
So, assuming no one on FA reported the video, and honestly, it's very possible, I'd please request that no one share the links outside of the forum from this point on. Either way, I can't use youtube anymore because I'm not about to put tons of effort into something just to have it taken down because someone felt compelled to screw me for some stupid reason or another.
BUT, live and learn, I guess. I'll find another way to upload the video, and we'll see where it goes from there! I'd just rather not have my channel deleted because of ONE dickhead. Please pardon my language, but that was kind of an annoying thing to stumble onto when I got back from a rather long day. 'XD

A birthday soon and some thoughts on age.
General | Posted 7 years agoSo, I'm turning twenty nine May 30th next Wednesday, and that's exciting!
Aaaaand also kinda crazy to think that after May 30th, every day will be the last few days of my twenties before I enter the third decade of my life, which is REALLY crazy to think about!
Any 30~ish pals out there got any advice for coping? 'XD

An Update of Things to Come!
General | Posted 7 years agoHeya, folks!
Soooo, a few quick updates, if I may!
1. I'm incredibly busy, as noted by the fact that I don't post nearly as frequently as I once did. I've made it clear a few times but never made it 'official,' but I sadly haven't the time for requests. So, unless I actively make a journal requesting ideas, please don't message me with suggestions as I haven't the time and every XNALara comic is surprisingly a pretty time consuming thing to assemble, so I'm typically not gonna do that unless it's something I actively wanna do or if it's a commission.
2. I'm working on two Parasite animations, one with his Injustice 1 character model for a more traditional vore affair, and the other with his DC Universe model, which is gonna be more of an energy consumption animation. This one, however, while 'energy vore' is present, as well as the usual SFX that come with that, is actually gonna be a little more 'action-y' than usual. My last animation had some action elements, guns were fired, there was a brief standoff, and so on. This one, I wanna try and actually do something resembling a fight sequence, maybe a 10-15 second fight / struggle, but we'll see.
So since I already have all the 'dialogue' from the same actor I've been commissioning, if all goes well, I can have another vore animation up within the next two or so weeks. Maybe less, maybe more. Just know it won't be as traditional as the ones with Croc-o I've been doing. But with any luck, the one after that will be. ;)

XNALara Comic Commissions
General | Posted 7 years agoInitially, I was against this idea for fairly obvious reasons, but enough people have been privately commissioning me to where I've decided to give this a try. So, this will be my first open XNALara Comic Commission, maybe the last depending on how this goes.
To keep things simple, this is my rate:
$15 per 3 panel comics.
So if you'd like to do a 2 parter with 6 panels in total, that would be $30, so on and so forth.
To commission me, send me a note and once we've hashed out the details, send payment through Paypal only to: stratelogicinc[at]gmail.com
Outside of characters I've already used, if you have specific characters in mind, my recommendation is to go onto Deviantart, and type into the search bar: XNALara [INSERT_CHARACTER_HERE] and see if it's available.
Things I Won't Pose:
- Explicit Sexual Acts
- Any kind of vore besides Oral
- Nude character models
- Extreme violence
- Farting, Scat and anything revolving around bodily fluids or things I deem a little too gross for comfort
- There are very few characters I'm uncomfortable using in these scenarios, but if you happen across them, I'll let you know
And please keep in mind, when it comes to expanding a character models' stomach, not all models work the same way, and so making them the size I tend to do with Croc-o isn't always possible. I'll always try my best with the Scaling and Move option with XPS_11, but it won't always look great.

Vore in Unexpected Places
General | Posted 8 years agoHey, folks! So, I'm not around a lot these days due to, well, various hellish reasons that all sum up as "adulting in spite of not having a consistent career YET," and I don't post a lot of Journals, but I'm hoping to change that soon. And one topic I thought about was "Surprise Vore." By which, I mean seeing vore in something you honestly never would have expected vore to turn up.
For example, I'm a huge Metal Gear fan, and the idea of Metal Gear and Vore ever being in the same sentence was outlandish to me. Yet, with the super polarizing spinoff title, Metal Gear Survive, one such boss is a strange mutated Dinosaur 'thing' called "Big Mouth." And in addition to Big Mouth living up to its' name in constantly trying to eat the player, it takes vore and consumption to surprisingly creative places. Big Mouth isn't just trying to eat the player, it gobbles up whatever's around it and uses the material it eats to grow new arms, one is a giant sword, and the other is an honest to God machine gun. And once it has no more use for its' new arm...it bites its' arm off and eats it, occasionally spitting out whatever junk its' eaten as a projectile or, I guess...indigestion. Matter of fact, you can use Big Mouth's gluttony against it when it tries to eat you, and force it to instead eat an explosive fuel barrel for massive amounts of damage.
It's a surprisingly creative boss, and not the kind of thing you see with man eating enemies...and again, this is Metal Gear, soooo, not the kinda thing you expect to come across. 'XD
Anyone else have such unexpected "surprise vore" moments in things you like?

The best MGS Boss Characters
General | Posted 8 years agoWith the tragic passing of esteemed actor Barry Dennen (Jesus Superstar, MGS2, Twin Sitters *my childhood guilty pleasure movie*, and much more), I started thinking about who the best actual boss characters were. Not the main villains or the boss fights themselves, but the actual characters. In essence, the traditional Metal Gear boss is a G.I. Joe Villain. They all have a gimmick and a quirk that makes them unique, because there isn't enough screentime to make them actual, well developed characters. And MGS was full of color personalities.
I'll probably make an official list soon in honor of one of my favorites, who I was thrilled to see get more screentime in the MGS2 DGN, and was even more thrilled to hear the late Barry Dennen reprise so seamlessly after all those years. But for now, these are my Top 12, pending further change. These are just one and done boss characters, not main villains, or villains who appeared in multiple games.
12. The End (MGS3)
11. Chaigidiel (MGA2)
10. Python (MGS: Portable Ops)
9. Sniper Wolf (MGS1)
8. Marionette Owl (MG: Ghost Babel)
7. Laughing Octopus (MGS4: Guns of the Patriots)
6. La Clown (MGA1)
5. Fatman (MGS2: Sons of Liberty)
4. Vince (MGA2)
3. Vulcan Raven (MGS1)
2. Leonne (MGA1)
1. Psycho Mantis (MGS1)

R.I.P. John Cygan & Powers Boothe
General | Posted 8 years agoNot exactly the best start to a week.
For those who didn't know, voice and television actors John Cygan and Powers Boothe passed away on May 13th and 14th respectively, both far too young.
As a huge Metal Gear fan, hearing that the voice of Solidus passed was a major shame. I loved John Cygan's work as Solidus both in MGS2 and the 2013 Digital Novel Version where Cygan played a much more grizzled sounding Solidus, as well as a number of side characters who get chopped up by Raiden and Gray Fox in the first Novel. In fact, as much as I don't like MGS2, Solidus is one of the few elements of the game I thought was fantastic, and a big part of that was Cygan's performance. He was able to play the character in completely different ways throughout both MGS2 and MGS2 DGN, and yet, he still conveys the same individual, even if he's far more villainous and irredeemable in DGN2.
And as someone who had very recently gotten into Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., it was a major shame to see Powers Boothe pass away. I thought he was one of the major highlights of 24 sixth season, and his work as Hydra's Gideon Malick was excellent. Easily one of the most compelling MCU villains to date, who also happened to have one incredibly distinct and wicked sounding voice.
Rest in peace to two great men who could play some great villains.

"Vore Awards" Contest
General | Posted 11 years agoGo figure, my first time making a journal entry, and it's so I can promote someone else's journal entry. :P
But yeah, Chesire came up with a great idea that I'd encourage you lot to check out and lend your opinions and thoughts towards as well, called a "Vore Awards" contest, where the winning predators will have stories written about them by the ever talented Chesire himself!
So be sure to check it out! :)
