✪ I maintain rights over all the artworks I create!!!
✪ I DO NOT do NSFW,Mecha, or Fetish Art!!!
✪ I maintain the right to turn down any commission for any reason.
✪ If I cannot proceed with your commission I can offer a full refund if it is entirely my fault or if you wish to cancel at the sketch phase. Any progress after that will result in a partial refund.
✪ I can choose whether or not to host an image publicly, but I won't post artwork that is requested to stay private.
✪ The commissioner may post and host the artwork they commission wherever they see fit, my only desire is to be credited for the piece.
✪ I do retain rights to my artwork. You may not use my artwork for commercial use, such as merchandising, prints, etc. unless it is agreed upon beforehand.
~~~Regarding Payment
✪ I only accept payment up front, unless I state otherwise. I only accept Paypal for the time being.
✪ The commissioner is responsible for their own financial situation. I won't issue refunds for the commissioner's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations.
