Idk what you guys thought, but Zootopia 2 I personally found to be very, very good. Maybe even one of the best movies I've seen this year. Maybe even better than Bad Guys 2! (Blasphemous coming from me, ik)

I'm a guy who goes and sees a lot of movies, but I don't think I've bothered to talk about the movies I see in a while. Not since Bad Guys 2.

Anyway... was Wicked For Good as good as the first movie? No, but then again, it's rare that a sequel can compare to its original. The yuri stuff has been cut down a fair amount (there was only one scene near the very end where I got any of the same vibes from the original, and it involved Glinda literally going in the closet lmfao), the tin man and scarecrow are... freaky-looking, and Dorothy's whole plot thread was left hanging. Also, they paid Colman Domingo to be the cowardly lion and then he was barely even there. I was furbaited, and not in a good way >:>

However... I thought that the music was as great as ever (My personal favorite number would be "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished"), and things really kicked into high gear in the second and third act. I enjoyed Glinda and Elphaba's character arc and its ultimate conclusion, and I thought seeing Fiyero go from quietly supportive of Elphaba to holding people at gunpoint for her was pretty cool. Plus, I think it was genius ending the film with a reference to the original Broadway poster.

So yeah... not quite as good as Wicked: Part 1, but still a solid conclusion to a great film series.

This may or may not be the last movie review journal I make this week... I have plans to see Zootopia 2 with a friend on Thanksgiving day :>

I'll probably still be offline a bit these next few days until Friday, because family stuff, but I intend to keep working on stories, and I have another one ready to upload as soon as my proofreader  cartography gets back to me ^v^

Just FYI, I'm heading inland from my (somewhat) coastal home to spend time with family next week. I'm leaving on Sunday, November 23, and I'll be back by Thanksgiving Day on Thursday.

Will this affect my availability on FA, Eka's and Discord? ...I don't know yet. I wish I had a more concrete answer, but I honestly won't know until I get there. I'll update you on Sunday or Monday if possible. However, I will say two things:

1. I will DEFINITELY be offline for most of Sunday, and most of Thanksgiving Day.
2. As mentioned on my last upload, I finished a story for Thanksgiving ahead of time. That will be uploaded on Thanksgiving, or on Black Friday at the very latest.
