Just getting the Guild-related silliness off my front page, despite the fact that I love it so. <3

Still working on the eight badges left--everyone's paid so far, aside from one person, so I'll be uploading on a more regular basis until those are finished. :3 After that, I've been thinking of opening up slots for ATCs/ACEO-style cards, as I want to test interest, as well as play with colored pencils for a time. Would anyone be interested? They'd probably be full color, standard notecard size, done with a mix of colored pencil and prisma marker. I'm not quite sure what I'll be charging yet, but it'll probably be in the $3-$5 range.

Also...I've been thinking of adding a disclaimer to each one of my posts here, as I've had issues with straight-up art theft in the past (on DA), and have recently come across a few submissions here which came terribly close. While I have no problem with people re-posting my commissions/trades/gifts/fanart/etc, I request that you please credit the original artist, as well as link back to my account. Yes, it sounds paranoid, but it'll avoid much unwanted and unnecessary drama. :'3

What are your thoughts on this? I hate to have to put my foot down, but I just want to make sure my intellectual property stays protected.

Okay, so I'm feeling better than I was, though I'm not 100% back on my feet. Cabin fever is setting in...I need to DO SOMETHING. D: So...

I woke up this morning with another bout of stomach upheaval, and while I'm feeling better right now than I did when I was visiting the Great Porcelain Temple, I'm not sure how long it will be until I'm 100% well again. I'm hoping this bug is one of the benevolent, 24-hour varieties.

I may upload a few of the choice shots from last weekend's Ren-garb shoot at the Arboretum, just to cheer myself up. :'3

...That's right! The bird is back from the dead. <3 I've been having a rough time of it these past few months, but I haven't forgotten about FA. All of you who purchased badge commissions, never fear, for they're all complete and ready to be shipped and/or hand-delivered. I'll be making an appearance at the Triangle Area Furries meetup tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be able to hand some out personally there.

As for future commissions, I should be opening up 5-10 badge slots in the next week or so; I'll be sure to keep you all posted to the best of my ability. :3

So, to get the bad news out of the way, commissions are going to be put temporarily on hold. I have all the badges sketched, at least, if not completed, but I'm not going to be able to finish until I'm well enough to be up and about again.

I came home yesterday evening at 6:30, and promptly began to get extremely well-acquainted with every bit of porcelain in my bathroom. :'DDD In short, I probably have piggy flu. I've managed to keep down ginger ale and crushed ice, but it may be a few days before I'm able to operate semi-normally.

We talked things over for a loooong time today, and...we've decided to give it another shot. We were best friends before we became lovers, and we hope to remain that way no matter where the road takes us. He knows I'll be there for him always, and I trust that he'd do the same for me. We just hit a bit of a rough spot, and needed to work things out.


On another note, I have  Carcharoth's badge done, and have started on  purple_puppy's kiriban sketch. I'm in the process of working on family Christmas presents as well, but I'll be getting these pieces scanned as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience. <3
