Long story short, my landowner just put their house on the market that I live in and I am being required to move within the month. I "have" found a place to move to and have done all the credit checks and such cleared that I need to but money is very tight with the lack of preparation I was given for this situation.

So i have had an amazing past three days. Ive met a ton of new furs of every shape size and species and had the pleasure of getting to socialize a lot. Being able to put faces to names and suits was amazing and i won't forget any of it anytime soon.

Along the way i gradually learned a lot myself though. Namely I wanna begin the journey to fursuiting. And along those lines there is something i discovered that has been bugging me awhile. Despite my recent ref sheet revisions Femukki just doesnt look bat enough to make me happy. So expect a serious design change to her anatomy im the near future. I already have sketches of her new look so expect change!

I will be posting pictures of alot of stuff i picked up while i was here too when i get home! Havent been this happy in ages! Love all those attending Anthrocon and hope thise that couldnt make it this year will get to go sometime in the future. It is an incredible experience that gives me joy and hope for tomorrow and the future years to come

Anthrocon has been fantastic so far! Truly enjoying myself and the hospitality of Pittsburgh and my fellow furs! Was able to see alot of suiters and talented artist! Also got to hang out and meet many new furs!

So far it has exceeded my expectations and I'll definently be enjoying more time in the den and alley today! Picked up Fox Amoores CD collection, a beautiful kickass rocket print as well as a few commisions for after con. :3

Just wrijting to inform my watchers that I'll be uploading all of Femukki's artwork into FA as many of the older pieces are not hosted by the artists anymore due to some having left FA, cleaning out galleries, etc.

I will give as much credit as I can for those I can though some artists didn't leave clear watermarks and I dont' really have that great of a memory sadly @_@ I will try tho!

Moving forward I will be overhauling my page, updating it and organizing commissions into folders and whatnot to cut down on my clutter and make everything updated moving forward into this year!

So I'm trying to raise some money to go to Anthrocon this year! I currently am trying to offload a GTX 970 as part of my endeavors.

The card was purchased early January 2016 and is still well within manufacturers warranty windows. It works as good as one would expect. I currently own two of these cards and have found that SLI is not as productive as I thought it would pan out to be as the games I play currently really hate operating with two video cards so I have come to the conclusion I might as well offload it while it is still in the nice condition that it is in.

I still have all the packaging down to the protective port covers and anti-static bag/box it came in originally.

I will be selling this at different levels.

For anyone in the US I will be selling it for $250 and paying for shipping.
Anyone in Canada I will be upping the cost to $280 to offset the shipping I'll be paying.

The card when I purchased it was $360 2 and a half months ago. I will not be negotiating downward anymore as this is at the bare minimum I will go as honestly it's still a beautiful crispy clean video card that will easily handle any game you throw at it with the current games out and about. (I run warframe, The Division, Tomb Raider, All current Moba's, etc at maximum settings and 1080p at an average of 90 frames or more average with zero issues for those interested in what the card can do.)

So for anyone interested please send me a PM! All funding goes toward my first convention trip this year in June!

Just what I have so far I really wanted to share it and get some feedback maybe some suggestions. I'm currently just trying to get out the general idea's and plotlines, and making refining passes to make it flow better off the tongue and such. Thanks for any input in advance!!!

Glub... glub… the only audible ambient noise in the room. As one would pass upon rows and rows of beakers and test tubes, you would come across the main feature of the room sitting prominently in the center of it. A trio of floor to ceiling vats of which all were empty save for one. Suspended in nutrient rich fluids was as of yet, an unknown creature whose only source of clothing was its brilliant white fur that seemed to hang and dance suspending in the liquid.

Dr. Richmond sat gazing up into the specimen at hand in quiet contemplation as the idle readouts showed a clear healthy vital layout. “So this is the only surviving one out of the three?” a stoic voice from behind him asked. Richmond turned ever so slightly to acknowledge his peer, Dr. Mathew Rook. A cold calculating scientist whose only care was his work. “So it seems…” it said before continuing. “We had to inject prototype nanites into her bloodstream from experiment X7-YB in order to compensate for the cellular strains the process put on the subjects. The loss of the other two was incredibly regrettable but we learned from the failed results in an acceptable fashion all things considered.” Richmond replied lifting up a nearby tablet he had been perusing and handing it to his colleague. Upon it was a detailed report on how the other two “siblings” had perished due to the aforementioned strains and how the solution that had been suggested had proved successful. “So these nanites are a permanent part of her now yes?” he inquired as he read through the material. “At the time being yes… we have no way to remove them and I can’t say what long term ramifications they will have as they are still in prototype testing themselves.” Richmond shrugged as he spoke knowing that that was just a risk that had to be done to get any sort of fruitful data from this.

Rook took his casual time toward the research terminal before plopping himself down with practiced ease his face was of human decent, jet black and overly gelled hair hanging tightly to his scalp in a thin layer. His dark brown eye’s reading through Subject XP-S3’s genetic makeup and structure as his lips curled up in a sly smile. “So the bat is the survivor out of the three aye? How very interesting…” he muses quietly to himself, hand scratching his small tuft of chin hair in thought as he looked over the monitors toward Richmond who was still standing there quite content to go through her trials he had planned in his mind. “

He quickly looked up from his musings to the tank and back at the screen infront of him, the pale glow highlighting his features. “Where is her wings?!” he said in mild alarm noticing a very prominent part of the species was missing. Richmond sighed at a lengthy level. “They decided to remove her natural wing structure and replace it with more tech…” he rolled his eye’s at that last word before taking a seat next to him. “they are still working out the finished designs but they will be slotted here.. and here.” He points to the design schematics on the screen along where her wings would naturally have extruded. “I guess the rest of R&D felt that she needed to be as streamlined as possible so they could make the cockpits that much more compact and less accomadating… “he spat obviously not agreeing with there choice. “Well I think it was a novel and genius idea!” Rook spouted all for the progress of there research then what it took to get there. Richmond kept a tart reply subdued as he continued on his briefing.

“Her ‘wings’ will be completely energy based using our arclight technology to power them.” He continues bringing up the schematics of the energy manipulating devices. “In theory they will be tied to her instincts and neural network and act exactly as her normal wings would have but for only limited amounts of time due to the limited upkeep we can provide with such a small system. Though, I have proposed adding in supplemental power supply in her flight suit. A few keystrokes later and the small holographic projector wound its way up to life, cascading the corner of the room in dazzling blue lights before coalescening into a solid transparent yet three dimensional form of the specimen in question. Richmond motioned for them to continue there discussion over there as he got up himself, smoothing out his coat as he went. “As you can see she all off the enhancements have been implemented and are pairing with her exceptionally well. Quite frankly I am surprised at how seamlessly the process has gone,” he says rather approvingly, “Well shouldn’t we wake her then?” Rook asked as if it wasn’t a question at all but rather an impatient statement.

Roy Kerrig or rather “Maverick” as he was known throughout the quadrant took his first deep breath of the stations air as it cycled (((revaluate this structure add in detail like beak and air quality/description taste?))) into the docking canal, An eager expression on his friendly face, He was a bit taller than your average phoenix, his perfectly honed body a testament to the countless years serving the (insert future coalition name here) . A loud hiss signaled to him the familiar completion of the cycle. He stepped past the security terminals with no fuss having already been cleared while docking his credentials more than sufficient to get him past most mundane protocols despite his adherence to most, He didn’t know the extent to why he was here, only that he was being paid an incredible amount by the military to come and personally train a single soldier. Ludicrous if you asked him but he had a family and the easy money without being shot at was a no brainer. He may have been the best damn pilot this side of the galaxy but that didn’t mean he liked flirting with death.
