I'm around, just never on the computer. I want a laptop, it's easier to manage than a desktop. Maybe I'll be around a little more, then.

Perpetually tired. Always tired. I'm doing good if I can stay out of bed when I'm not working. Third shift. Was hoping to get away from it, but then the current state of things happened, and I didn't want to risk changing jobs and possibly falling through the cracks. I'll stay at me "essential" job until this all clears up. If it all clears up. (PLEASE don't ingest bleach or other cleaners for the love of god that was the stupidest thing that fucker has ever said.)

It's been awhile, I rarely have time to get on my computer or doodle. I have some I might post later, but they're non-furry.

Playing a lot of Pokemon GO. Any of you do? I'll trade friend codes with you.





Also, I feel like I'm drifting away from my "Dhusky" fursona. I forsee a possible evolution to another one. But I suppose that's part of growing older, you change.

Thinking I'll get Scorbunny. Could change when evolutions come out. Thankfully this is a gen I could do any of the starters on.

I know I don't post much. Back in May was the last time.



But I've been super silent because I was in a wreck December 27th. I went off the road while under effects of a severe sinus infection--eyes started watering and that was end of that.

Everyone who saw pictures of my car says I'm lucky to be alive. It was a small car and was essentially destroyed on my passenger's side. Trees kept the vehicle from completely flipping over--I think that's what saved me. Every airbag deployed, too, so that helped. I was suspended in my seat by my seat belt.

I had bilateral fractures of the upper extremities. Both wrists, as well as my right elbow. The elbow and right wrist required surgery. both of which have passed now (January 2nd and 4th.)

I've been in physical therapy since about the 9th of January, and I was recently cleared for strengthening. My left wrist is healed and out of a cast now, so it's cleared for therapy.


It's been frustrating, but I've come a long way. I'm hoping to get back to work by the end of March.

I'm bad at keeping anything up-to-date.

I haven't drawn anything in a while. Especially furry. Work is draining me. Taking my brother back and forth to his job when I should be sleeping is draining me.

I'm sleeping a lot when I'm off, if I can.

I got a tattoo yesterday was a week ago. Black star behind my right ear. Like an OC of mine. Just to see if it hurt. I'd give it a 2-3 on the pain scale, 3-4 when it was done. I'll have to draw my sona to incorporate it now. If I can.

I need to reshave my head. It's hot and it growing back out is just making the longer quiff look thick--which, I naturally have thick hair, so shaving the sides and back helps with that.

I may go to Wisconsin for a week in November. This is just speculation at this point. My friend will get back to me hopefully tomorrow for specifics.



Life is life, and that's just what it is.

I got a haircut and I've had it for a week and I absolutely love it--need to draw my sona with it if I get time. The Holiday season is killing me at work.

I've never been to a furry con before. Thinking of maybe going to FWA next year? Maybe for a day or two. I have a (non-furry) friend that lives not far outside of Atlanta I could crash the weekend with, and unless something happens between now and this time next year, my job has set nights off. I could leave my town Thursday morning when I got off work, and be back Sunday before my shift, or leave late Saturday night.

Just a pondering.

Loving the character designs--I hope I can pick male's hat instead of the female's when it comes out. Doubtful, but I can hope.

Loving Lunaala's design, as well as Rowlet's and Litten's--Popplin's is okay, but I'm not a fan. I know I'm picking Litten. I just wonder what the English names will be.

I've got Moon pre-ordered, so I'm really excited. Can't wait for more links.

It's been well over three years since I've made a journal, and a long time since I've properly updated my gallery.

I draw sparingly anymore, a lot less than I used to. When I do, it's normally quick scribbles with color slapped on them--nothing to really be proud of. What I think is fitting, or I like enough to share, have made it into my gallery. A lot of Pokemon. Less anthro. I actually need to draw my fursona when I find I have more time. Maybe an icon to start off simple.

Outside of that is just...Life, I suppose. Eat, sleep, work, fret about bills, fill the cracks in with hobbies if I can--the life of an almost 25-year-old individual.

In the last three years I have:

-Acquired a job that I've held 2 3/4 years now--I am an overnight associate at my local Wal-Mart Supercenter. I was hired as a cashier, but I stock as well, and I am an acting Customer Service Manager two nights a week. I want to be a Support Manager--in time, of course.

-I've lost weight, or built muscle--I'm not sure which, maybe a combination of both--since I started with Wal-Mart. I've dropped a pants size, and my rings no longer fit (my fingers are so naked without them.)

-Have fallen in and out of love. Or perhaps it was just infatuation. I was 22/23, and they were 19/20--we just might have been too young to know for sure. I still hold fondly the ups, and regret the downs. I hope to take what I have learned from my mistakes into the next relationship--if one comes my way. If not, then, well.

-Purchased my first, properly functioning car. A black 2014 Chevy Spark I have named "Ollie." He is small, but efficient, and has to be the perfect car (for me.)

-Come to love Sushi. It's a staple when I get the chance to go out with friends (very seldom, but very enjoyable.) Fuji's Steakhouse in the Northwoods Mall is sort of a must.

-Become political. Democratic. Feel the Bern.



I've thought about going to the Grits Festival in St. George this weekend, but am still undecided. I plan to go see Captain America: Civil War for my birthday next month. Just little pleasures. I'm learning how to enjoy them.

Also downloaded "Telegram" on my phone, but I haven't made an account yet--I'm not sure what I want my username to be.

But it's 10 am, and I've been up since 7:30 pm. I should probably go get some sleep. Or maybe take an extra hour of wakefulness to clean up some computer files.




Anyways, that's about all.

February was a lot smoother than I thought it would be for me. I'm glad of it. It brought about something unexpected for me that I'm glad happened. Who knew a joke could lead into something so wonderful for me? :3

My friend I worked with for commission got a new job, and he may merge his company with the company that hired him. He's already asked for my resume, so I hope something good comes out of that. Especially since I just got notified I need to start paying my student loans--and I have no income at the moment. Remedy, please come.

Uh...stopped doing a lot of things. I just don't have the inspiration for it anymore. Like a personal project I've been formulating since high school. I'd love to start it, but it just fell through in my mind. Maybe one day. But for now, no.

Haven't been drawing lately--not that this gallery is update much anyway. It's something I'm going to hopefully remedy. MIGHT figure out how to work livestream and run a few of those on my new desktop computer (bought with tax money.) Y'know--just get a few watchers who may give doodle requests. It's an option I'm keeping open in my mind. Could be fun. :3

I'm not on Skype much anymore--or rather I should say I get distracted with other things while I'm on Skype or it flakes on me. It doesn't like to send my messages or send me messages either. I think that may have something to do with my laptop's age and/or my net connection. If I'm on, it's usually after 9 pm now.

I've also thought (again) about MAYBE doing chibi and/or head shot/bust commissions. Wouldn't be expensive because I know I'm not AWESOME. I'd definitely try to make them worth the price. But I don't know, this is also an option I'm keeping open in my mind.

There was more I wanted to say, but I can't think right now. I'm running on minimum sleep at the moment, so I'll end this journal on this note.

This month is an exhausting month for me--mentally.

Wish we could skip it. Or rewind five years. That'd make February even lovelier.

My only resolution for this year (because I suck at keeping them) is to just be...me.

I've got secrets I keep--I keep for reasons. The biggest one, when I revealed it to my mother, just said "You aren't old enough to be sure yet."

Ignorance is why I choose to keep my secrets. Some of them are actually very open, but no one seems to see them.

So...Resolution to be me in 2013. I think this'll be the easiest resolution I've come up with. :3

Hope you guys come up with resolutions you can keep as well.

I have shit luck and got picked for both trials so far this week. Hopefully I won't get picked in the next jury selection tomorrow--if there is one after we wrap up today's case.

Outside of, not much going on. Kicking a sinus infection, having more downs than ups with my depression, annnnnd...yea, that's it.

I should be drawing shit or something, but I'm too lazy because of dinner.

I literally have two weeks of school left. My major class has a big presentation this Thursday and my other big class has mock interviews Thursday evening. Big things and no time for art.

Next week is finals and running around to collect signatures so I get to graduate. No sigs, no diploma. Such shit, ITT Tech.

If all goes well, I will graduate September 21st. Maybe in the top 10% of my class--right now I'm sitting at the #4 spot. But I don't see myself staying there.

Outside of school, I've taken a shining to HTML and CSS coding, as well as PHP coding. I trip up on the If statements sometimes, but for the most part it's going good. This is something I can see myself doing for a long time. Too bad I didn't discover it before I started college--I could have gone for web design or something. Aw well.

Anyways....two weeks. May take up requests. Am totally considering commissions--because broke, almost graduated graphic design student.

That's....really about it with going ons.

I'm 21 today. And because of this, I'm feeling generous. :D

I don't do much art because of school, but today I'm feelin' it, and I'm going to be very generous with it. I'm not doing requests or anything, however....
