I've started to post stuff again, so I figured I'd give you guys a heads up, in case you missed the last journal way-back-when - this account is retired.

I'll be leaving everything uploaded here, though, so you needn't fret anything disappearing.

I've been a dreadfully quiet for the past few months, thanks in no small part to the endless joys/perils/what have you of college. That ended last week, fortunately, so I'm finally free to get back to work (and perhaps to sleep!)

Anyways, down to the important stuff. I'm planning to change accounts. I have several reasons to do so, including that other people on the Internet are using this very name, which I find problematic, to say the least. It's not generic enough to write off as a happenstance; being mixed up with somebody completely different would no doubt be awkward (particularly for them, I would expect), and I feel that the odds are steadily growing.

I'll also be trying to maybe finally set up an account on Weasyl, but every time I do that it winds up being shoved on the backburner.

So, with that said, I'll be slowly transitioning over to  chemicalcrux.

I'll still be active on this account for some time, though, so I won't spontaneously disappear! There'll probably be roughly two or three weeks of transition time in total. I don't plan to repost anything (other than the ref), so I'll be keeping everything on this account online. I'll also be setting up a new Skype account and re-adding people there at a reasonable pace.

I have plans to upload commissioned art and whatnot on the account, so there will be a bit more than just audio on it! Worry not, though- I'm still keen on creating the stuff, and I'm hoping to get some new stuff up soon. With that in mind...

Depending on how the weekend goes, I'll have up to two different POVs done and ready to post. I've been hit with one of those bursts of interest; hopefully it'll linger!

I've been out of commission due to an illness for the past few days, so I haven't been doing much in the way of audio work. I'm planning to do a stream this Saturday, however- I'll post some more details once I work out an exact time.

Much progress has been made on a text adventure game I'm coding for  aeznon. It's intended to be a largely-vore-themed game with an intuitive editor interface such that writers can easily add new content without studying four years of computer science.

The game itself is currently in a playable alpha stage, whilst the editor is being roughed out at the moment. I may do streams for this as well- although I doubt coding is terribly exciting to watch, I could definitely use any feedback I can get when it comes to design!

That peculiar page observation counter at the top right of my page is almost at 10,000. As a result of peer pressure enhanced interrogation techniques the suggestion of a friend, I'm doing one of those funny kiriban things.

Since I'm quite busy with audio, I thought I'd offer something a little different- I'll write a short story for whoever gets closest to the 10,000 pageview mark. I'm willing to work with most subject matter- if it'd be fine as a commission, it'd be fine as writing!

Forkits is a side-scrolling platformer game currently under development by  fidchellvore and a few others. I've recently signed on as a sound producer, which means that I'll be recording and processing a significant amount of audio for the game. I also might be responsible for some of the coding and debugging.

Whilst working on some transcript stuff, I became a bit curious- do you think audio should be able to stand by itself, or do you think it needs a written description to help fill in the gaps? After a great deal of deliberation and consultation with friends, I’ve decided to open for audio POV commissions. Due to the time taken to produce them (upwards of three to four hours per minute of runtime!) and my convoluted class schedule, I’ll only be able to offer three slots for now.

I am open to a reasonable variety of subject matter, although in all likelihood it will involve vore!

Some examples of themes I'm willing to work with:
-Vore, obviously (both soft and hard)
-Violence and gore
-Macro/micro in general
-Size change
-Snuff

I am interested in other things as well, although they may prove to be troublesome:
-Certain types of non-standard vore (but see below)
-Predator/macro point of view
-Completely non-vore-related subject matter (a dissection? a battle? quite a few things are possible!)

Please note that I will NOT do:
-Anything sexualized to a great degree. I am an unabashed prude when it comes to this (also, FA’s current rules are kind of vague and might not allow for it at all)
-Same-size (soft) vore, unless there is some reasonable explanation for it. It just doesn’t click with me, sorry.

Prices depend on length. A decent estimate is $20 per minute, varying depending on complexity and duration. Working with numerous actors or in a bizarre environment, for example, would be a little extra due to the work involved.

So, some general price points:

One minute long, quite simple: $20
Two minutes long, simple environment and plot: $40
Two minutes long, complex urban environment: $50
Four minutes long, many characters: $90

Turnaround time is fuzzy at best, since I tend to work in sudden bursts followed by periods of inactivity. A fair estimate would be 1-2 weeks. I will let you know if there are any unforeseen delays.

I can work either from a detailed description or a source image. For a written description, please try to be thorough! There is no real point to ask me to, say, make a wolf eat someone and then leave it at that. If using an image, I’ll need permission from the artist (unless you’re the artist, of course!) to work with it.

If you’re interested, send me a note with your idea and we’ll work things out. I’ll be filling slots in a first-come-first-served order, but if you don’t get on the list I’ll certainly hang on to your request for later.

I've been quite busy with college as of late (as usual!), but my schedule is clear for the next week or so. I am finally working on some POVs again, so you can expect to see a new one in a few days (or maybe two of 'em if I get particularly motivated).

Haven't got much else to put here, but I do have a question for you folks that I'm curious about:

What do you think of the use of gore in vore POVs? Do you think it detracts from the experience, adds to the sense of danger, or doesn't really have much of an impact at all?

As expected, I've been rather tied up for the past week. I'm going to remain about as busy for the next month or so (enough classwork to keep me up well past midnight), so I'm afraid I won't be uploading anything soon.

I do have a fair bit of time on the weekends, though, so I'm probably going to have something up in a week or two. Gonna be trying out a few new angles on vore POVs (see: journal title), so do stay tuned. If you've got any suggestions, feel free to note me here or poke me on Skype~

Due to a mixture of real-life commitments and preparation for college, I'm going to be more busy than I'd like to be over the next few days. That means I'll probably only be able to get one more POV up before Friday hits (after which I'll be largely gone for the better part of five weeks).

I've got time galore tomorrow, though, and want to know if anyone would be interested in a livestream of some audio work. Although my computer tends to weep tears of blood when I try to stream games (it's four years old!), it can handle low-FPS streaming without too much trouble. The sound still comes across fine, of course. I'll probably spend 2-3 hours going through the steps of designing a POV. I may or may not have voice, since my mouse is louder than a thousand jet fighters.

In semi-irrelevant news, I built myself a contact microphone today (total cost: ~$8). It seems to be working, but I need to get myself a pre-amp before it'll make any decent quality sound. Once that's in order, though, it ought to be a handy resource for vorish samples~

Hello!

I'd like to thank everyone for the warm (and squishy) reception. I've been a fan of vore for at least five years, but only recently actually began to create anything related to it.

My work schedule's been something like this:

July 8th: Hey, these audio POVs are pretty cool. I should try making one!
July 9th-10th: Why am I awake at 3:30 AM?

The rest is some sort of history.

I'll be leaving for college in a week, so that will tie up much of my time, sadly. Until then, though, I'll be posting a new POV every day or two, so stay tuned~
