I am rethinking of doing it.

HOWEVER, the condition is that I will not be using the persona card directly and not from any other decks.

This is due to the matter of copyright. I was replicating the work itself without any adaptation. It was not acceptable, since it's not a fan art but a matter of duplicating.

HOWEVER, an artist had offered me the whole set of arcana cards and said that I can use this as a matter of doing beauty of destiny commission.

I'm a little bit confused here.

Let me ask: If you draw a character that's been copyrighted as a commission, will that infringe the right of the character creator?

For example: If I draw bowser or mario in a commission for someone, and if Nintendo sue me, do I win or lose?

I'm a little bit confused in the middle between charging for fan art and stuff, I mean, if you say it's for personal use, then would uploading this onto your gallery be against the law, too?

Would drawing a character that has been copyrighted and charge the art money be infringing the character's right? or would you say it's your material that you've drawn so you're ok?

I'M JUST CONFUSED.

The reason: the art was done by me, but the concept was Atlus's. I think fanart is compatible, but charging money means I'm going against the law.

I've been thinking about this after completing the 5th picture, but I thought it was for personal use, and shouldn't be trouble.

But when I think about it, nah, I am going to respect Atlus for creating a wonderful game.

So yeah, after this list, I'll close down the BoD section.

Hey guys,

so I got back to my PC a few days ago. At dorm, and is still alive.

The physical therapy went ok, I'd say so. I feel less pain from sciatica, but I still need to adjust my seating position for normal daily working.

I'll continue on with all on the commission list. Gah, it's been so long that I don't know my drawing tablet position anymore.

I'll hope things turn out better, thanks for all the warm wishes and stuff. I didn't get to reply, but I'll soon do that. <3

So, sciatica got back to me when I stopped taking pills.

I'll have to go straight for 5 days physical therapy before I can get back living normally and working normally.

Turns out it was sciatica.

I can't really explain that much but I'll try. It's a disease when your nerve system on your back got pressured by the gel that was supposed to support the spine but got spilled out. Hopefully, this is not a major disease and can be treated forthe better.

It wasn't the bone or the joint, so I'm really relieved. Work will be resumed on around Tuesday if possible.

I cannot sit and work.

My leg aches. Deep pain. Cannot concentrate or sit still for 10 minutes. I have to go lie down for a couple hours to be able to stay up for 1 hour working. I can rest up for the whole night just to be able to walk for half a day.

So, I'll visit the doctor on Saturday. Before that, work will be stopped. I'm sorry about this.

Well, it turns out that after his account suspension, I get certain e-mails from time to time. No, private notes from time to time.

The notes were in the same pattern. Asking me why is he banned, demanding the story of my side, and claiming that the sender will not be angry in any case of drama.

So, in my suspicion, I am assuming that  wonghusky is putting out hate speech on me or claiming that I am a jerk or something.

Though I am not angry. I admit that I was really helpless and hopeless that I acted immature at that part, too.

But please, I'd kindly ask you to please hear me out, and I want to take care of this issue as much as possible. I don't want to hold any grudge against anyone.
