UV Tattoos info
General | Posted 12 years agoBeen desperately wanting to get a tattoo for ages and now I'm designing another to join with the one I want to get on my back I want my first to be a mix of a regular tattoo and a UV one. I heard about issues with the UV ink, if anyone has one I'd appreciate telling me what you know or stuff I should ask the tattooist to make sure it's safe xD was thinking about my fursona tattooed normally then the skeleton in UV

General | Posted 12 years agoPeople who are waiting I commissions from me be assured they will be up soon. With this debt I have to pay off by the end of the week and random things happening I've been pushed back a little.
Planned to finish one off today but on my way to mine there were about 8 horses loose on the road charging around. Took hours to find help to get them calm and back into the field. Road users weren't being helpful trying to drive around them because they were impatient and frightening them more. T__T I was out back a good few hours and now they're back in the field and safe I have no time to do anything before catching a bus to town to sort out my debt T__T
Please bear with me, they shall be up soon

However, it would help me greatly if those who asked my about reference sheet commissions could reply here if i don't find you again in my notes.
I promised 2 people that as soon as i was done with iron artist that i'd take reference sheets. Since i ended it very prematurely i'm willing to take them now and postpone doing iron artist till a month or so as i know a few people wanted reference sheets before summer was over.
When you comment i'll probably recognise you user if you asked about ref sheets. so those people will be put first on the list as i'm only taking 3 ref sheet commissions at a time.

Life and Commissions
Because a lot of things came up like i somehow have to get £500 for the 22nd of june to pay to student finance because they are impatient bastards and i only work 1 day a week. So right now commissions are of utmost importance to me. Anybody who wants a commission need only note me and i will be working on them non stop.
24hour commissions
I'm also offering a 24 hour commission. It costs £30.00 GBP (£1.25 GBP per hour) and i will work on a commission for you for 24 hours. I will stream it so you know i have worked the full 24 hours. Any breaks i take during it the time will be added on the end. You decide what sort of thing you want and provide however many refs you want. Whatever i get done in 24 hours is what you get.
To give you an idea of how much you will get it takes me about 5 hours to do a fully coloured full body character with a detailed background.
If say i get 4 fully coloured characters done and 1 partially coloured by the end of the time limit i will put the extra time in to make the last character fully coloured also.

General | Posted 12 years agoI shall post todays iron artist tomorrow instead of today as photoshop decided to fuck me up the ass just as i was finishing up and my last save was before the shading was done even though i hit save just as it was crashing T__T So tomorrow there will be 2 images up. Iron Artist Challenge
General | Posted 12 years agoUpdate!!: officially starting this on the 2nd as today after work today I'm physically and emotionally drained. First one will be posted tomorow when I've had a rest since its nearly 11pm and too late to start and finish in time for today xD
So i'm doing the Iron Artist Challenge. I will be doing 1 piece of art per day for 50 days. I would be doing 100 days however a fair bit on interest has been shown in my reference sheets and i wouldn't be able to do them during iron artist as they take too long. So 50 days and then people have a chance to request reference sheet commissions.
Today i'm doing an art trade and from tomorrow on it will be anything from experimental art to commissions if requested to art trades to gift art and fan art for my favorite artists.
If you would like to commission me you will have a waiting time of 1 day depending how many i receive at a time. For example if only 1 person commissions me in a day then i will work on it and finish it the next day and so on. If not i may have to give people a day that i will be able to do it.
If you want one done tomorrow then please note me.
Commission rules:
~ I will do anything up to fully coloured with simple background depending what time you ask for a commission. If you don't request a commission too late then i may be able to do a complex background.
~ I will require reference pictures of characters and any extra things you would like in the art.
~ Commissions can have a maximum of 2 characters in them during the iron artist challenge as any more will be too much for me in the short time i have.
~ Not required but i would like full artistic freedom over the overall image. It makes things more of a surprise for you too.
~ If i am given artistic freedom i will need a short list of things that you don't want your character depicted as. For example no violence etc
My main aim for this is not to make money quickly but to improve on different animals, styles etc. I may try different mediums.

Wrongly suspended artist
General | Posted 12 years ago azure_gren has been suspended permanently for scamming. This is not true, Azure puts a lot of work into her art for people. If you're waiting in a commission from her and it's taking a while, it's because she's been unwell. Anything people can do is greatly appreciated. Make a journal and spread the word like a petition and maybe something will come of it.Commissions Owed

I feel like I can work a lot better with free reign on art especially when I'm playing music too so as soo as I get my commissions that I already have done I'm thinking about doing special commissions where I get free reign on the art, you just give me the reference to your character. You can also choose what I listen to by giving me a genre of music or a list of bands or songs. I will come up with the best I can while listening (will be fully coloured no matter what with background)
Prices will vary from these:
Full colour: Full + Detailed BG...............................................................................£6.50 GBP
(Full character lineart and shaded colors. Detailed Background)
Extra Character: Full.............................................................................£4.00 GBP
If anyone is interested just comment below and we'll chat about it xD

General | Posted 12 years agoSo livestream really lags my computer and join.me while its really light and doesn't mess things up now my free trial as run out it limits the amount of people that can join to 8 including myself :/ I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site or program that is pretty light to use and may also have an option for a webcam too so i don't need to keep typing replies i can just talk xD
So far i found a thing called BigBlueButton which is apparently for college or uni students, it has a webcame, can screen share etc but i'm wary of downloading stuff i don't know much about.

Another one is Spreed which is similar but if you don't have the pro version it limits the amount of people that can join again.
