Imma extend my vacation by a week to ensure I get stuff done where I am. Oh yeah, I'm on vacation in case some of y'all missed it.

I'll be taking a three week break for Christmas starting from the 16th, good enough time as any to get some relax time in there. Should be getting back to my usual two-page pace when we come back next year.

And if-ah.. If we were to hit and stick to 2K+ on Patreon, I'd be able to make time to get back to Space Vixen, too~..

So I've accidentally gotten myself involved in a massive YCH project, and the slots are now available riiiight here!

I'm easing off the throttle for a little while and lowering myself to one page a week for the comic, sunday posting schedule. Just need to relax a little and have a bit of time for personal stuff :p

Since I said I'd give a heads up, I'll be opening a 20 slot waiting list on monday, march 14th at 6 PM CET. The form will be available at http://www.feretta.net/commissions/ - Now's the time to familiarize yourselves with the ToS (it's pretty straight forward).

I have enough work through the week, so first contact will likely start the following week, depending on how well I get through my existing side list. To ease people's minds from last time; If you get a positive response from the form, you'll be on the list. If the form says no when you submit it, it's filled up before you hit send. I get through up to 4 slots per week, so it CAN take as long as 6 weeks before I contact you if you're towards the bottom of said list.

Things to prepare
Have at the ready a brief description of your requested work, as well as your handle and where you wish to be contacted (FA, Twitter, E621 messages or email are preferred methods)


After this set, I'm gonna have to bump my prices by around 50% across the board to compensate for expenses and make it a bit easier to keep on top of bills. I know that may put things out of some people's price range, but man's gotta pay taxes and shit. But yeah, that's after these coming slots.

I'll be going through my current commissions for a couple weeks into January, possibly the entire month, before I open up another round of slots. I'll give a few days warning before I do.

Vaccines are being rolled out, but that doesn't mean we can relax yet. Remember, a lot of people are hazardously stupid.

Housing and job update: Postponed until March, but this should hopefully be the absolute last time we need to do this. Pricing list updates and commission ToS stuff is being worked on, the Patreon will see some changes soon in preparation, and things are at least somewhat on track.

Hi. Wow, it's been a shitfucuntastic year, hasn't it? Yeah, sorry 'bout that. Things are mostly fine on my end, in spite of everything going on, but I have had to do some things, so I figured I'd give y'all an update.

Moving to freelancer status: Still working on it, have postponed 'til January at current. Some processes ended up taking way longer than reasonable, and I'm real glad I have quite a lot of money saved up so I can actually push through and get them done using that. Barring any OTHER bullshit cropping up, I should be moved to my new house in early January and be ready to get started on the commission train pretty soon after. Nothing guarantees this, though. But we can hope.

.. Huh, I guess that's really all I had to update on. Ah well, keep buggering on, you crazy wankers. We'll get there eventually!

Unfortunately, I've had to postpone the move to freelance mode for another 6 months in order to sort my affairs and such. That also means commissions won't be opening up for a while, still, but I'm still working towards it, and I'm hopefully fully sorted out by the end of October.

That is all. Sorry, I know many were looking forward to commissions, but I don't have the capacity of doing everything at the same time. :p

So for those who haven't checked out the video I made on the subject ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4Nfd1L7_Pw ), I started the year by submitting a resignation from work, and if all goes smoothly, I'm gonna be moving out of the apartment and into a house by the end of March.

Why should this interest you? Well, I'm doing this all in order to be an artist full time, which means;
- Commission slots opening regularly (10-ish per month).
- Higher production speeds for ToT.
- Space Vixen returns.
- Animations???
- More fun schtuff happening.
- More time for me instead of working 12 hour days.

On the more adulting side of things, it also means;
- A higher reliance on Patreon support, which I'll be revamping and making into a proper thing rather than a tip jar like it be now. I'll also be making some other support options, like Kofi or whatever is popular these days.
- Longer arting days (and longer streams, which I'll be putting up notice for more regularly).
- More effort in earning my keep, but my keep is much, much lower than it has been, so it balances out a bit.
- Completely renovating an entire house pretty much on my own.

2020 is gonna be an interesting year, for sure.. But hey, no time like the present, and if we don't take the risk when we have the chance, we never will, so here we fucking go :3

Time for the annual flu :D Output will depend on how hard it hits, but I should at least get one page of the comic done this weekend, aiming for two again.

Also, the hoodies are going to be available until the 15th, and I had to bump the price a little on them 'cuz some of the fees I have to pay caused me to dip into the red. Was trying to go as close to neutral as I could. :p
