Updates! Future Commissions, Streams, YCH, etc.

I hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to give you all an update on my upcoming schedule and possible commission timelines!
I'm currently in the middle of a massive train wreck of end-of-term assignments, hence my lack of recent activity here on FA. My last assignment gets turned in on April 9th. After that, I'm going to be doing a full-time internship from April 10th to 30th before I'm off for the summer and can start doing commissions and streams again.
Right now, assuming everything continues as planned, I'm planning to open up five commission slots during the first week of May. Once those are done, I'll open up the next 5 slots, and so on and so forth. I'll post the exact date and time I'll be opening up commissions sometime later in April, so keep an eye out for my journals! Depending on my schedule, I may also be able to run a YCH auction sometime in mid-April.
In the meantime, feel free to shoot me a note if you have any questions or concerns! If you think you might be interested in a future commission, please see my commission information tab for details and pricing. Please note that I will not be providing any commission quotes until I open slots.

Schedule Update

I've been swamped with schoolwork the last couple of weeks, but my last assignment before mid-winter break is due this Sunday at 11:59 PM and then I am off all next week!
I'll be finishing up part 5 of the Goodra transformation commission as quickly as possible starting Monday the 18th and will post when I plan to stream as soon as I have my schedule fully ironed out.

I've been fairly busy getting preparations done and doing a bit of traveling to see family, but I'll have part 2 of the 5-part Goodra transformation commission posted in the next few days and will resume streaming sometime after Christmas. I've been working little bits where I can, which hasn't lent itself well to dedicated stream times, but keep an eye out for a journal soon with a post-Christmas stream schedule!

1. Check to see if commissions are currently open. I will not respond to price inquiries sent when commissions are closed.
2. Inquire via note. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of service outlined below. Slots will be granted in the order in which complete inquiries are received (incomplete inquiries will not result in a held slot).
3. Agree on subject and price.
4. Invoice will be sent to you, which must be paid in accordance with my terms of service.
5. Verify sketch and make changes if necessary. ALL changes to character pose(s) and features must be made at this point! Any major changes due to error on my part will be corrected free of charge. Any major changes due to the commissioner changing their mind as to character, subject, or background may be subject to surcharge.
6. Verify outline and make minor changes if necessary. Any changes at this point must be due either to my mistake or extremely minor.
7. Verify flat colours and make changes if necessary. Only color may be changed at this point.
8. Final image will be sent to the commissioner in several resolutions and posted to my FurAffinity page. If the commission was over $200 and paid in two parts, the final image will only be sent and posted once the second half has been paid.

1. Check to see if commissions are currently open. I will not respond to price inquiries sent when commissions are closed.
2. Inquire via note. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of service outlined below. Slots will be granted in the order in which complete inquiries are received (incomplete inquiries will not result in a held slot).
3. Agree on subject and price.
4. Invoice will be sent to you, which must be paid in accordance with my terms of service.
5. Verify sketch and make changes if necessary. ALL changes to character pose(s) and features must be made at this point! Any major changes due to error on my part will be corrected free of charge. Any major changes due to the commissioner changing their mind as to character, subject, or background may be subject to surcharge.
6. Verify outline and make minor changes if necessary. Any changes at this point must be due either to my mistake or extremely minor.
7. Verify flat colours and make changes if necessary. Only color may be changed at this point.
8. Final image will be sent to the commissioner in several resolutions and posted to my FurAffinity page. If the commission was over $200 and paid in two parts, the final image will only be sent and posted once the second half has been paid.
Inquiry Note Format
Make sure to include the following in your inquiry to potentially secure a slot in the queue. Incomplete inquiries will not result in a held slot.
1. SFW, NSFW, or both?
- Please note that requesting both SFW and NSFW versions incurs extra charges as detailed in each commission type below. Icons to be used on FA may only be SFW.
2. Commission Type:
a) Icon/Icon Pair
b) Reference Sheet
c) Single Image or Image Sequence (Outline, Flat Color, Cel Shaded, Detailed Shading, or Digitally Painted?)
d) If you would like to commission an image sequence, how many images do you want in the sequence?
3. Character(s): description of pose/activity/expression, what they're turning into and how they're reacting to turning into it if the commission is a TF, and, if the character is an original design, include link(s) to reference images. If you are commissioning an image with more than one character, do this for each character and describe how the characters will be interacting (or not interacting) with each other. If you do not have drawn reference images available, please include a complete and detailed description of the character (body type/shape, limb(s), features, markings, size/scale, etc.). I'll probably have more questions before I start and as the commission progresses. If the character is you or a friend or partner (by commissioning me you verify their consent), please include links to SFW reference photos/selfies or drawings. Do NOT send me NSFW real-life photos, please.
4. Background:
- Do you want a free single color or gradient background pattern, or a drawn background?
- If drawn, describe the level of complexity desired (simple, moderate, complex, or completely-over-the-top detailed?) and describe the setting. You may also choose to simply request a level of complexity and general setting and allow me to up with the detail myself, if you are not picky about the details.
5. Add-Ons
- Do you want a story included (see costs and lengths below)? If so, do you have anything that you would like or not like to happen in said story?
- Would you like one or more internal shots added to your image or sequence of images?
- (Reference sheets only) Would you like additional poses, detail views, or shading on any of the poses or detail views?

Moved in and set up!

I'm finally moved in and mostly set up in my new apartment! It's kind of hot here at the moment but will cool down more than I'd like soon enough, I'm sure, lol. I got stuck in Asheville, North Carolina with a broken down car the second day of the trip but made into Halifax only one day late (and there are far worse places to be stuck than Asheville; I got to drink great cider at Barley's Taproom, wander the shops downtown, buy a clearance book at Malaprop's Bookstore, go to the Friday night drum circle, and have dinner at Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, which I can't recommend highly enough if anyone is ever in Asheville looking for really good, *really* spicy chicken and southern soul food).
Still a fair bit of unpacking and furniture assembly to get around to and some bureaucratic stuff to take care of, but I'm looking to get started on more art soon and will update everyone on what's going on with possible YCH's and commissions throughout the next week or so.

Thunderstorm Cut Internet Mid-Stream

For anyone who was in my stream when I disappeared, a pretty bad thunderstorm knocked out my internet access. I am currently typing this journal from my phone on what little floating 4g signal we get around my house.
I am almost done with the YCH pic though, and will finish it up, type out the story, and post it by tomorrow night.
