They don't come with a background and they can have accessories and props but they'd be drawn without clothes.
Some things about your character may be simplified to fit the style

When requesting a commission:
-I do not accept commissions from minors. 18+
-Tell me what type of commission you'd like (bust, full, half etc.)
-I prefer clean reference sheets, I will accept nsfw/traditional sheets, but if you can, please censor/include a digital palette!
-Give a specific pose/expression or give me some background on the characters personality, if a pose/expression is not specified then I can take artistic freedom
-Send payment through paypal without an address. No exceptions. I remind people of that when I give out my paypal address, but please just don't send with an address!
-I only accept payment through paypal, if you send through the wrong platform I am not responsible for that payment and you must reverse it and resend on the correct platform (paypal). If there is action I must take to reverse the incorrect payment please let me know right away!
-Payment is required in full before being placed on queue.
-You will be added to my queue as soon as you've verified that payment is sent, you will not be queued up until you've notified me, and your turnaround does not start until you've notified me.
-My turnaround time does not include US Business holidays, I do not work on most business holidays unless otherwise announced.
-I work at a streamlined pace, so I generally do not send out WIPs. If you'd like to see a WIP please ask, I most certainly can, but it is only supplied if requested ahead of time as they are not included!
If you request to see a WIP during the sketching phase, keep in mind that the basic turnround time does not include your response time. If you take long too long to respond completion may not be able to fall within my turnaround time, it is your responsibility to respond quickly if you'd like it completed within the estimated turnaround. There are certain smaller commission types do not include a wip at the sketching stage as their discounted price does not include a sketching stage! Feel free to ask to confirm if your chosen type does offer or not if you choose to request
-I have a right to post/not post all commissions unless commissioned privately, private commissions cost extra and must be discussed beforehand.
-Privatization has a fee as I will no longer use the work as an example/as content for my galleries. The fee will be quoted based on the size of the piece.
-If you would like me to hold off from posting your commission in the case of a surprise gift, request the delayed posting ahead of time and let me know how long I will not be posting the artwork. If you don't specify a date to withhold posting the artwork and you fail to communicate/let me know when I can post the artwork after 48 hours from the commissions' delivery I can then post the artwork.
-By commissioning me you are agreeing that you have rights to commission artwork of your chosen character. I hold no responsibility to determine whether or not you have the rights, if an issue arises you must discuss it amongst one another. No refunds or edits will be made if you did not have rights to use the character you commissioned.
-I maintain copyright over the artwork unless otherwise discussed prior to the commission. You may not profit off of my work or misrepresent it. You have full rights to repost your commission, but you are not to claim it as your own nor redistribute. If you would like to establish a contract for resale or profit please present your concept and idea to me before commissioning so that I can present you with a proper contract and offer.
-I do not provide work files at the time! (Layered PSDs)
-I have a right to refuse some commission ideas! Feel free to contact me if you're curious about anything!
Refunds:
-I do accept** full refunds so long as the piece hasn't been started. If the piece has been started and you request a refund it will be up to me to calculate the refund amount for the work that's already been done. This is not up to the commissioners discretion and will be calculated by the time spent.
-If you request a refund at any time, you will be temporarily blacklisted from commissioning/trading with me/being able to receive free art or rewards from me.
-**All refunds will be subject to a small fee to cover the paypal fees that I'd be losing. This is simply so I don't lose anything from the transaction outside of time. The fee is based off of how much will be lost in the refund process. I am not earning anything from this, I just will not pay the cost of refund, the commissioner must. Thank you for understanding.
Edits:
-I am more than willing to make edits to your commissions, however, if you request an edit for something that was not initially discussed/not accurately portrayed in your reference material, you may be subject to a small fee for the adjustment. Edits can be made up to 72 hours after the commission is delivered, anything past that may be subject to a small fee. If there is an issue, please contact me as soon as you can. I am more than happy to work on your requested edits, as needed!
-Creating your own edits:
I only allow this in some cases, all of which you should contact me to ask permission about!
Cases in which you don't have to ask: Removal/Change of background (Background must be appropriate)
Cases in which you DO have to ask: Color Change, anything else really

Edits I do not allow: Anything against my TOS, NSFW, no major edits that change the nature of the artwork (No retracing into another style, photo manipulation, structure changes, emote changes, etc), commercializing my work, adding animation (Select users have permission for this, please check with me if you're unsure a user has permission).

For all self edits made (Including approved ones), you must note the edit that you made upon upload to distinguish what was done and what was not my doing!

-Add ons
In the case that you request an add on ahead of time or in the midst of your commission (Alternate versions, transparent versions, with a prop and without a prop, two versions with different colors) there will be an additional fee calculated by the time it takes to create the additional file. Creating extra files, whether it be something that must be drawn extra, edited or just removed, takes extra time and therefore increases the commission cost. Make sure to request an add on upfront with your initial quote so that it can be calculated into the initial cost to limit the hassle of having more than one transaction.

Commission wait time:
My turn around time for regular commissions is 2-4 weeks!
You will not be added to the queue until you notify me that payment is made so I can verify!
No matter the case I'll be sure to have your piece done in a reasonable amount of time. However! I do not work in order of when I get commissions, due to the fact that I do art pieces in one sitting, so depending on the time I have available in a day I might choose to do a smaller commission rather than a large piece.
It's just so I'm not rushed and can provide as much effort as possible to individual pieces!


Auctions:
Auctions must be paid within 48 hours after the auction ends, contact me if there's any concerns.
Please contact me AND the previous bidder if you need to retract your bid, otherwise you may be blacklisted from purchasing/receiving any artwork from me.

Trades:
I'm very picky about trades due to the amount of people that never do their part, so I often turn folk down. Don't take it to heart if I turn you down though, it's not that I don't trust you guys, I may just be bitter that someone didn't complete their part, or I may be too busy.

IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PART OF A TRADE you will not be able to commission me or participate in any free art opportunities, or anything along those lines.


TOS:
-I can blacklist you for any amount of time upon breaking the rules of my TOS. It is of my own discretion and based on my comfort to continue work with you.
-You must agree to my TOS to commission me. By sending payment for your commission you are agreeing to the TOS.
