So...I suppose you've noticed...maybe not...that I haven't been around much, not a whole lot of activity going on. Well, here's a small update for all of you. Rust and I did move to a new apartment and didn't have internet connection for a whole month. EEeeew....
The apartment turned out to be too good to be true. Why was it in such a great location for such a great low all inclusive price with a big deck and so on? Turns out the place is seriously infested with mold. I am one of those people who is VERY allergic to mold. I've had allergy testing and it's #1 on the list of things that make me sick. Everything is done wrong inside the apartment. It's apparently got vermin. The landlord doesn't fix squat. I guess he's going to keep renting units out until the building is condemned rather than maintain it.

With all of that going on, I haven't been able to keep up the artwork or even really settle down to set up an area to do it in. My mission right now is to find a new place to live basically. I will keep you updated as things go along.

If it were up to me, I'd have things neatly organized into folders. Anyway, since that's not possible I'd like to give a heads up. I'm moving older work into scraps. Currently my gallery has new and old work mixed together indiscriminately with stuff I drew 10 years ago appearing on the first page. So, I'm sorry if this affects anyones favourites, you can re-fave the artwork in scraps if that is you're desire. Thanks for reading!

So not only was this my first time attending a furry convention, it was my first time having a dealers table as well. I'm really glad there is now a con close enough for me to get to. I had a fantastic time and met a lot of great peeps! I think I learned a lot as to how to run a table and I already know some things I will do differently next year. I made a good profit either way and that was very encouraging. I'm also a big fan of many of the artists that attended, I tried not to act too much like a big fan dork.

Hello everyone! Long time no see! In case you were wondering, I'm doing fine, but my computers not. Long story short, I am using my brothers pc right now to send out notice that my computer is in repairs right now.
My pc got in trouble when I downloaded a file and expected I was safe as long as I didn't open it, got a surprise when my antivirus scanner, the act of scanning the file *opened* it and I ended up with a virus downloader well buried in my OS. So my virus scanners were getting 50+ trojans and virii an hour. Shortly before attempting a format of the infected drive the dvd disc drive attached to it went dead. Related? Dunno but I can't install a new OS until I get a new dvd drive now. :P
I will start fresh and never futz around with downloads I get from certain seedy sites.
This is entirely my own fault. :)

So, I haven't been around much lately. I'm still alive, just working on various things and taking it easy with how much time I spend on the computer. I tend to go for long stretches with no activity and then dump any artwork that built up over that time all in one go. But it's sporadic and depends a lot on which of the various crippling diseases and syndromes I suffer from decide to flare up on me. But as they say, all artists suffer.

Rust and I came up with an interesting idea. Some of us gals really crave chocolate at times, maybe you've been there. Imagine if through magic or some other power there was a certain female struck with this insatiable appetite for chocolate, and the ability to turn certain parts of a males anatomy to chocolate. So many strange new possibilities!

It's cooled off enough by now I feel I could turn my PC on without melting.

So, reality television reigns supreme right now, people are flocking to new shows that debut that are not reality TV just because they are sick of them.

But I remember when people would flock to a new show because it was actually good and not just a break from the steady stream of crappy reality television.

It struck me as I was flipping channels how reality shows have come full circle. At first people began watching them because it was a novelty to see people who weren't acting. It was real. Or so they would have you believe.

Now they're all scripted and as far as I can see, they all use the same formula!

Think about it, the next time you catch any reality show wether it's about an exterminator or a cake shop, [the topic doesn't matter.] check out how they try to get people to stick around until after the commercials. There's always some stupid inane lame ass so called "drama" that passes for plot. Oh my god, somebody fucking TRIPPED! cut to commercial. WE'RE OUT OF SCONES MOTHERFUCKER! cut to commercial.

Wow....just...wow.
I'm sorry but I grew up watching television that wasn't based on reality. My imagination and creativity was stirred by watching magical adventures, world discovering travels and amazing stories based on places other than the ordinary.
I think I'm going to go watch an episode of Dr. Who. After the mindless drivel that passes for TV these days, they wonder why people are tuning out.

So I know that over the years I've lost track of all of the artwork I've done, especially early stuff. Well, yesterday my brother tells me he found a stack of my discs in a box in his basement. I didn't put them there, but I'm really happy I got them back because I've found artwork that I no longer remembered even doing.
Anyway, tl;dr: I found a stash of old artwork never released to ze internets before. I shall be uploading it over the next few days to FA.

An Update: So, I don't talk about my personal life much but if you didn't already know I've been having problems with my wrists. I always figured it was carpal tunnel. Recently I went and had an Electromyogram test which checks the nerves to diagnose if you have carpal tunnel or not. The results were that I do not.

Hurray? Disappointed? A mix of both, my problem is not fixed, my wrists still hurt quite a lot and even when I'm not doing anything. I've gotten a bone scan done now and in a week I will receive the results that will confirm or deny that it's arthritis causing the pain. Let's see what happens, I'd like to be able to move on and improve things for me somewhat.

New Project:
I've hoarded a pile of assorted barbie dolls for years, now I'm working on them to turn them all into OOAK dolls by Halloween of this year. They will all be zombies.
