Hi. I haven't been active on FA in over 2 years. Time just got away from me. Gonna try to be more active again. I miss watching all the arts.

Since the last FurFright, I haven't managed to get out to any other FurCons. Was really hoping to hit up the Arizona one this year, but life was hectic this past year.

Anyways, just wanted to say hi to anyone who might be watching.

So I haven't been to any furry conventions out on this side of the states yet. And I am really debating on whether to go to the one at the end of the month (Arizona Fur Con). Anybody else going or have any feedback?

So I was wondering if anyone else is going to phoenix comicon? It's only bout a week and a half away! So can't wait. I will be there all weekend since I am on staff. And there will be soo many good guests attending this year too!

So let me know if you're going and if you'll be dressed up. I will more than likely have on my cheshire cat furry wear on saturday.

Frank Beddor has a new graphic novel coming out, and has a kickstarter going to fund the project. It will be the final Hatter M novel and a new novel depicting the teen years of Hatter at his millinery academy.

There are also a few special things that you can get only through the kickstarter. But it ends in less than 48 hours, so if you want some nifty stuff quickly go and check it out!

I will be putting in for my copies, and can't wait to get them. I got to meet Frank in person at Comic Con, and he's a really cool down to earth guy :)

So idk how many people have heard yet but there was a post from the con chair announcing that this past year was FurFrights last year. Something has happened in their lives that they are not currently discussing and they have had to call it quits for the con.

I am really sad about this because it truely has been my favorite con. And there were so many amazing people that attended and ran the con. No other con will be the same. I am just glad that I was able to attend this year and actually enjoy it.

That being said I dearly hope that Belic and Kagra and their family are doing well. Above all else I would hate for something to happen to such amazing people. They have brought such joy to so many people through this small con. I am glad that this last year they were able to truely have a relaxing and enjoyable time. It makes for a good note to end on.

My sincerest wishes go out to the con chairs that everything turns out ok for them, whatever it is they are going through. There are a lot of people here for them, to help them get through it. We all appreciate how much they have given to the community and can't thank them enough.

OK so I was introduced to Cards Against Humanity at FurFright and it's easily now my favorite game.

When I got back from the con I found myself answering everyday questions from people with a CAH type of answer. (In my head of course, cause out loud people would have questioned my sanity.)

I keep thinking about how much I want to play and how few people I know out here that would sit down and play. And I came up with a solution, but sadly I can not make it come true because I have no experience with programming.

But honestly how awesome would it be if there was a CAH livestream/program thingy. Something that everyone could be on web cam and mic with a card dealing feature and anonymous card entry. Something where we could alternate the dealer to be the main cam for each round and have a simple point tallying system. Possibly even making an option to make your own question/answer cards, to always keep it interesting.

It would be awesome to be able to play with everyone again even though we don't live close. If anyone could make this really happen, you would be a new favorite friend :P

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who commented and faved my recent submissions! I'm not one for individual shouts, I just feel it's is very spammy. But I do appreciate it, and don't forget to check out the original artists' pages too, cause that's where all the awesome really is :)

So I want to say I'm sorry ahead of time. I will be posting a bunch of art that I have either been neglecting to upload or that I just received at FurFright. I won't have enough time to put it all up tonight, so most likely it'll be showing up tomorrow evening.

Finally arrived back in Phx. So glad to be able to sleep in my own bed and not have to wear layers inside the house cause its freezing. It was great seeing everyone but man NY just sucks this time of year.
But it's kinda late and I gotta work tomorrow, so I start trying to get my stuff up tomorrow and the next couple days.

So far I have had a great weekend. Got to hang out with a lot of great people Ihaven't seen in a year and made a bunch of great new friends :)
And I was taught how to play cards against humanity. OMG my new favorite game.
Still got the evening and tomorrow before we leave the hotel.
I won't be leaving on the plane til Sat. cause we are visiting my parents for the holiday. But right after I get back I will be scanning art and getting it up online. I realized I still need to put up last years too.

So I leave for FurFright in about a week and a half. I'm so excited. This is the only convention I tend to go to during the year. (Hopefully that will change this coming year.) But I will be roaming the convention from Friday til Monday.

I along with Cheshire Penguin, Ace Bearpaws, Tanek, and Pop will be manning the photography area. The photos are free and after the con there will be a link on the furfright livejournal page to view all the photos. However, if you want to pay for your photos, you will receive a high quality disk with all your photos from the weekend. And all the proceeds go to the charity (for more info about the charity please view your con book).

So if I'm not in the photography room, then I will be roaming the con. I will more than likely be looking for people to hang out with. I am rather shy and afraid to approach people, but I would love to have some people to tag along with at the con since a lot of my friends will more than likely be too busy.
