The reading donkey on YouTube
Posted 5 years agoHe-haw,
I made a little unboxing video on YouTube. It's in German. I ordered a little book package from Fusselschwarm. See what's in it and get inspired! There are many interesting furry books out there! Have a look!

ConFuzzled '19 - a little review
Posted 6 years agoThe con crud has me still in her grip, but I have the many photos of
MSCharlotte and me edited and uploaded.
If you want to see them, please send me a message.
I would also like to say a few words about the Con itself:
The journey by car and ferry takes already some time and just the return journey was through the many traffic jams due to the Ascension weekend, nevertheless, already quite strenuous. The next time I would probably rather fly and then limit myself somewhat with the luggage. The parking fees at the hotel of 4 GBP for the whole time, if one does not move it, were extremely inexpensive.
The hotel and the surrounding area (a convention centre with exhibition halls, a small shopping centre and a park) offered a good environment. But one already notices the age of the hotel and that in a fully booked hotel, only one of three elevators was used at the main wing during the whole time, was not quite as bulging. At peak times and with heavy luggage, the staff lifts were at least allowed to be used. The food was okay and designed for the broad mass taste. Those who like pizza, pasta, burgers and Asian food found what they were looking for. Also the breakfast in the morning did not leave much to be desired and one could eat oneself well for the day.
I used the pool once in the morning, which went well and was great. When I wanted to swim a second time, it was afternoon and I should have waited until a few swimmers were out again. I didn't do that then.
During the con I took lots of pictures of fursuiters, suited myself, visited some panels and supported Charlotte in the Dealers Den during the rush hours at his Fusselschwarm table. One of my highlights was the Hoofer meet and greet, where I met some other nice hoofed animals and had a small photo shoot.
The Con has already a considerable size with more than 2000 participants and the size of the dealers den was impressive. But the artshow was much smaller compared to the EF. With the program items everyone gets his money's worth and finds something. Opening and closing ceremony were very nicely arranged and gave the con a nice setting. During the con there were some games and puzzles to crack in the course of the con-theme agents.
I always have some difficulties with get in touch with others and that came also here again to the carrying, because there are really many on the way, who do not come to the EF on the continent. Nevertheless, the atmosphere there is very friendly and everyone seemed to be ready for some small talk. A few well-known fur noses meet however even I then on such a con and also a few new acquaintances could be closed. Otherwise I hid behind the camera or hid in the Artist and Writers Lounge to draw ^^. Then I was very happy to have Charlotte as a great travel companion and room partner. So nobody had to go out for dinner alone, Charlotte had a pack mule and help in the den and I had someone to take some photos of me fursuiting.
After the Con Charlotte and I visited the Donkey Sanctuary of Birmingham, which was a great conclusion from my point of view to crawl the donkeys and raid the souvenir shop a bit x3
And if you wonder - no, Charlotte and I are not a couple. Charlotte has his Jens and I am single.

Little review of Eurofurence 24
Posted 7 years agoOh I see, it's my first journal here on fa at all. The last Eurofurence is a good topic to start with though.
So I better get started before I am writing something stupid XP.
This year was my 5th attendence to the biggest European Furry convention called Eurofurence. Unlike usual I made my Berlin trip a little bit longer this year. I traveled already to Berlin the Friday before the convention started. Cause of the fact that I missed out the touristic parts of my trips to Berlin during the last EFs. Therefore I had booked a two bed room in a hostel in Friedrichshain for
Silao and me. In advantage the hostel was cheap and located in the heart of Berlin.
On Saturday also
AntonDeAsno joined us.
That was our tourist program:
Friday - visiting the Computerspielemuseum (history of video games)
Saturday - travelling through Berlin by bus from east to west and further to Potsdam, visiting the Russian village Alexandrowka and attend the Potsdamer Schlössernacht at the palace Sanssouci
Sunday - attending a 'petnick' at Berliner Tiergarten and having a real Eastgerman dish at the restaurant Volkskammer
Monday - visiting the zoo in the western part of the city (there is also a second zoo in the eastern part)
Tuesday - visiting the Museumsinsel with Altes Museum, Neues Museum, Alte Nationalgallerie and Pergamonmuseum
On Wednesday we moved to the Estrel hotel in Neukölln. Silao, Anton and me shared a room together. So we had a stable full of asses XD.
My activities during EF 24:
Wednesday - registration, getting my two fursuit badges, fursuiting the first time, attending the opening ceremony, attending the panel 'an introduction to life drawing', co-organized the 'Meetup of German-speaking furry clubs' with
MSCharlotte and doing another round of fursuiting.
Thursday - attending the panel 'Welcome to OZ: No, not all Australian Wildlife is trying to kill you!' and won a Koala plushy for knowing where in Australia bilbys live, jumping into fursuit and attending the fursuit group photo shoot and afterwards the fursuit parade, first walk through the dealers den and buying some awesome books, listening to Uncle Kage's storyhour, meeting an old school friend in Friedrichshain (he did not want to see the Furries :´( ), attending the tf meet and greet and fursuiting
Friday - finding some lovely sketches at the artist alley, taking part in a photo shoot for equines, having a walk through the art show and another walk through the dealers den and buying a damn cool horse shirt, attending Uncle Kage's panel in 'effective writing: how to make a story come to life', having great fun at the convention photo shoot with Silao as a pilot and me as a mechanic, fursuiting, having a little walk through the after dark den, listening to the amazing Fox & Pepper concert, fursuiting and dancing to
Fjordwolf's set of 70s disco music.
Saturday - attending the 'Doc Rat' panel by Jenner, fursuiting and a little walk through the Motor-fürs Meeting, listening to the charity concert, buying my picture I had won in the art show, attending the closing ceremony, watching the paw pet show, hanging around in the lobby and accompanied Silao while he was fursuiting
Sunday - check out the hotel room, saying good bye and wishing a good journey home to all people I know and met a last time at the con, going home by train.
All in all I really enjoyed the convention. Again I met good old friends but also got to know new people. I really liked to talk to you even if I looked a little bit tired. That's normal for me. Further it was the first time I made a special outfit related to the convention's theme for my fursuit. It was fun to sew a plush wrench therefore XD. I hope many liked the the donkey dressed as a mechanic with a wrench ^^.
At least it's time for me to say thank you to all attendees! You all made this convention great for me. But a big thank and hug to all the staff and helpers at Eurofurence, you all did a great job!
