Please read over my terms of service before commissioning me. By doing business with me you are agreeing to all of my terms of service.

• General information
My commissions are not opened regularly. The time of the closing of commissions depends on the number of customers in the queue. I can never say exactly when I will open, all information will be posted on my social media in due course. My patrons always have the first access to information and slots. If the slots are not filled they will be given publicly. I never take more than 3-4 people to the queue. I don't like long queues and I don't want to keep my customers waiting for a long time. The longest-waiting customers always received the suit within 2 - 2.5 years. Please do not rely on this, this is very subjective and it can change.
You have to be at least 18 years old to commission me for a fursuit!
I would like to warn you, that your fursuit might come in contact with my dog and cat!

• Price
I do not give quotes. The current price is always set and you can accept or decline the offer. Full fursuit starts at 200 000CZK, but most costumes will range in price from 230 000CZK - 270 000CZK+ (with extras can be more), depends on complexity of your design and options you want. If you will want to change the design in a later stage, you can be charged extra. I reserve the right to decline the change in your design.

It is very inconvenient for me to charge prices in euros. I've lost a lot of money because the course. You can easily find the exchange rate at your bank or on Google by entering "your currency" to CZK and conversely. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I am already unhappy about losing money☹️

• Payment and refunds
You will receive an invoice for each payment. After receiving and accepting your order, you will be asked to pay 30 - 40% of the final price. The exact amount of the deposit will be calculated from the final price. This is a NOT REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT and is required within two weeks of receiving your approval. I strongly recommend making sure you are financially able to afford buying a fursuit before commission me. After paying it, you are automatically moved to a queue. I request the rest of the payment after the fursuit will be finished. If you decide to cancel your order before the work on your fursuit starts, you are not entitled to a refund down payment. After the fursuit is completed, you CAN'T ASK FOR A REFUND. If you decide to cancel the order while your fursuit is being made, I have a right to finish the fursuit and sell it in an auction.
I reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before I start work on your suit without giving reasons. In this case, your down payment will be refunded in full in the amount and currency that is on the invoice, which is CZK (Czech crown). If your country has a different currency, the amount refunded may vary according to the current exchange rate. Be aware of this risk!

I accept payments only by bank transfer (SEPA), Revolut or cash. All fees are paid by the customer! I do not accept PayPal! Thank you for understanding!

• Deadline
The production of one suit takes an average of 2 - 4 months depending on the complexity of the design and requirements. This time is very subjective and can always change due to unexpected reasons. I can't promise you any deadlines, but I will do my best to give you an estimate when your fursuit might be finished. I don't want to hurry up with making your fursuit, as it can affect the quality. • Concept art
You can send me your refsheet on my email. Your refsheet should have at least 3 different angles of your fursona (from the front, back and side). Make sure that all the details you will want on your fursuit will be marked there as well for example colors, fur length, expression etc.. Any details you require must be communicated in advance in the entry form or listed on the refsheet. if they are not, I reserve the right to do everything myself so that everything turns out as well as possible and the result looks good If your refsheet won't be suitable or poorly drawn, I might ask you to make a new one. Also be aware, when works on your fursuit starts, you can not make any changes to the design. Or if you wish, you can give me artistic freedom and leave the design of your fursuit on me - then it is not required refsheet (I like this type of commission the most.). :)

• Progress
After receiving the deposit, I will send you fur samples to make sure that the colors corresponds to your idea. If more than one color is suitable for your project, you will be able to choose. Please, don't ask me for WIP pictures. It can make the works on your fursuit slower. I will send you photos continuously during production or when the parts of your fursuits will be done. if I'm not sure about something, I'll ask you. If you don't like something let me know, but please avoid frequent and less substantial remarks, it may have an effect on your suit. I put my heart and soul into my work and I have my own style, if these are not respected your commission may be cancelled. All WIP pictures I make might be posted on my accounts on social media. • Shipping
Postage is not included in the final price, it is always given before the suit is shipped.
All the shipping fees are paid by the customer. The fees can reach up to 300€ or more! Please keep in your mind, that I have a right to choose the type of delivery and delivery company. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE MADE TO YOUR FURSUIT, OR IF IT GETS LOST AFTER I SHIP IT!

• Repairs
After receiving your fursuits, all the repairs are free for 1 year. After that period, all the repairs are paid. Shipping in both directions is paid by the customer. If you find any problems or flaws on your fursuit, please contact me as soon as possible, we will try to find a solution. I can't promise that your fursuit will be fixed as soon as possible in some certain situations. Fursuits are made by hand, made to look nice and last long. If you want your fursuit to last you as long as possible, please, take a good care of it.

• DTD and sizing
To make your bodysuit I will need a DTD. If your DTD will not meet my expectations, I might ask you to make a new one. Make sure to be careful while making your DTD, I want your bodysuit to fit you as perfectly as possible. After I finish my work on your fursuit, the DTD will be thrown away and recycled. If you want your DTD back, please let me know BEFORE I send your fursuit. You will be asked for your DTD 2 months prior to start of work on your fursuit. All the steps for making your DTD will be sent to you in an email.

• Extra fursuit parts
If you want some extra pair of handpaws, indoor/outdoor feetpaws or any other parts, please let me know in advance. It's possible that if you tell me that later, I might not have time for a year or even more to make your extra fursuit parts! Also, I might not get my hands on the exact same color of the fur, so PLEASE, LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE.

• Pictures
I have a right to share and post pictures of your fursuit on social media. Every customer will receive the pictures that have been made on the initial photoshoot. These pictures are mainly taken by Furry Creatures Photography (https://www.facebook.com/FurCPhoto/) or some other photographer.

• Types of fursuits
I DO - full digitigrade, half suit (digitigrade)
I DON'T DO – murrsuits (I want my work to remain 100% sfw, please don't make from my suits murrsuit, thank you), full plantigrade, partial, mini partial, only heads, only bodies
Please don't ask me for these types of fursuits, I do not make them!
