So! To start this post off, I plan on taking off one day a week to take a break from commissions! I still wanna do art and stuff for myself and others, so why not open a art trade thing once a week on my off day? I have been having steady progress on my queue, and it will likely give me a chance to actually practice more species and body types! I have been wanting to vary and practice more animals and body types, so having an incentive to do it is honestly a good thing for me!

But anyways! I'll likely be doing my off day on each Friday, but that is not currently set in stone as of right now!

As for what I am interested in or looking for art-wise, I am looking for art, specifically digital, traditional, or written, but I am happy to see what you got!

If you are interested in doing an art trade with me, please comment below and tell me what what art form(s) you do, and links to examples of it! I will contact you via notes or dms if we're already added, but please don't hesitate to shoot your shot!

For how it will work, it will function as a normal art trade, where we discuss an idea for each other to do, complete it and exchange it with each other! I will only be doing digital art myself.

So I was discussing with a friend and we got on the subject on if I would be doing a kinktober thing, and I said "Honestly, no. I got a big enough queue as is!"

But then we discussed further, and I HAD to at least write down an announcement regarding this goofy idea LOL

Essentially, "kinks" can be like the definition in bold above, they don't always have to be sexual in nature. I can even just be something we take enjoyment in!

So back to what me and my friend were discussing! A (mostly) non-sexual kinktober thing, with goofy/silly prompts! Some we were giggling about were stuff like Handholding, swimming, making dinner together with your partner, and more! We were both cackling at the idea, but honestly? I would be down to to it sometime in the future once my Queue clears more!

I will happily be accepting ideas for silly prompts, so please feel free to comment your ideas below in this journal! And I may even offer NSFW alts if the commissioner pays a bit extra on the allotted slot they desire!!

I however, did add a new tab on there labeled "Waiting list", which is essentially what it's called! A waiting list!

So when I do announce that the slots are opening, or if someone wants to pre-claim a slot in the waiting list! I think I will be offering 30 total slots, but will open them in batches most likely to avoid overwhelming my queue!

So! First and foremost, I will be most likely unable to work on commissions and whatnot this week, as I am going to be helping a family friend move into their new place this weekend starting later today! I think it'll be good to have a forced break from the pen, especially with my output as of recently with Artfight and commissions. I will be heading to my beloved blue ridge mountains to help move them into a gorgeous little cabin for the weekend, as well as helping them out on their property!

Again, I really appreciate everyone's continued patience with my commissions as of recently, and on that note, I will be closing commissions for the time being... well, at least until I feel my queue is in a good place to re-open XP

I'm really trying to push through my commissions, especially with all the bullshit that's happening to me in person, like having to move out of my room into another one in our house, mental health crud, and losing some close friends to name a few, so I'm really hoping this time away will be beneficial for me, my mental health, and my customers! I wanna give my customers their money's worth in art, as well as go above and beyond wherever I can!

I also created an SFW account for myself, still trying to figure out stuff for that, but if you wanna go shoot a follow and see what will be posted there, feel free! I think I'm starting to cobble together a Sona for that account as well, so I'm happy about that!

So... I'm just typing this journal out from the heart, forgive me for any errors or jumps in topic, along with if things are unclear... I just need to get this stuff off my chest.

Essentially, as you all may already know, I am on the asexual spectrum, and definitely am still discovering myself and what my sexual identity is in all this.

To preface, I have been recently having some thoughts of perhaps make an alt or truesona. Don't get me wrong, I love Ren, he's honestly an extension of me nowadays, and I have owned him for nearly three years now... But as of recently, I have been seeing and experiencing how they see me for just Ren, and sometimes it feels like they just see me as a way to get their rocks off, and they don't see me for the person behind Ren. Me in person? I know I don't really look the best, and I have absolutely no interest or attraction to sex or any of the acts related to it in person...

And that asexual side of me is honestly really getting to me when people see me as Ren, a big, hot, buff dragon who could show them a good time in the bedroom... And that's just not who I am, and I'm honestly so fucking tired of people who see him for JUST that. Ren is an extension of ME. My thoughts. My interests. He's an amalgamation of so many things I love, and it really hurts me when people see him just for the horny side of him.

I honestly don't want to cast Ren aside, as I really feel like he's a part of me, but sometimes I just wish I could. So I honestly want to try and create a alternative Sona that would truly represent who ***I*** am. Something that I would be happy to use in art, something that would not make me put aside Ren for my own sanity. I don't want to cast him aside...

I'm just so tired of the hypersexual side of this community sometimes, but I know there's no way ot get rid of it, so I put up with it. But I really feel like creating a alt/truesona would really help these feelings of mine. It will definitely take a lot of time, but I definitely will be asking friends for help and assistance in creating the Sona.

Heya all! Wanted to give another update on my situation!

So today I had a job interview at a local coffee shop! I'm pretty confident i likely got the job, but we shall find out!

Secondly, if I do get the job, commissions will slow down, so I'm gonna be locking in on them the best I can! Alongside that I'm gonna be participating in artfight this July!!! I'm VERY excited to do it!

Last but not least, if I get this job, I'm going to be saving up money to move up to Maine! I have my heart set on that wonderful place with my besties,   ConsciousAfterDark and   DragonsBrew! I genuinely consider them family with how close I am to them!

Heya all! I just wanna give you guys an update on my life and what's been going on!

As of recently, I have been job searching, and am hoping to get a job soon! I've applied for some grocery stores and other places that involve customer service near where I live!

I am also going to be helping out one of my neighbors in their yard, I'm getting paid for it hourly as well, so in general, there are gonna be some delays in commissions! I'm trying my best to work through them, and hope to knock a good few commissions off my queue at least before I hopefully score a job sometime!

Also another thing that's coming up is Artfight this July, so I'm hoping to clear out my queue as much as I can do I can have some fun during artfight without too much interference from commissions!

Heya all, here's another update on my goings on in life!

So I am currently working on getting a job, and when I do eventually get one, commissions will slow down.

On another note regarding those: I may be taking a break on taking commissions from clients who wish to feature Ren in future commissions, but I'm still thinking about it.

Heya guys, here's another update on stuff that's going on:

First off, I'm doing better mentally than the past few days, with some help from close friends and all that, so thank you.

Secondly, with some help from my incredible bestie   ConsciousAfterDark I found another therapist that I think I'll feel connected with. I cannot thank him and his partner,   EvergreenDreams enough for all their amazing support and help, so thank you two once again

Third, tomorrow as of this post, I'm not looking forward to it, but I have a tooth extraction because i haven't been taking the best care of my oral health because of my mental health. I'm aiming to change that though, but any tips on how I could improve that (I.E, a Routine plan, how to keep myself motivated, etc) would be deeply helpful and appreciated. Commissions may slow down for a bit as I recover as well.

Last, I'm kinda coming back from burnout, and I'm trying to work on commissions to knock them off my queue, and a big thank you once again to   ConsciousAfterDark with helping me with sketching out stuff and poses, so thank you for that man

On another note, I'm gonna be looking into getting a different therapist, as I don't feel a connection with my current one again. I have been really down recently, along with being constantly tired from disassociation, as I am running from something that is still unknown to me. I also realized that I really don't remember anything much from last year, the only things I really remember in depth and can really recall is my camping trip back in May 2024 and my first visit to Maine back in October. Other than that, it's just a haze... A very thick one at that. I kinda feel lost and aimless still.

I also realized that I have been using drawing as a coping mechanism to distract myself unknowingly as well, and it's really burnt me out alongside the constant tiredness and fog over my brain.

I'm hoping to find a new therapist soon, as I just hate feeling this way, I hate that I don't remember much that happened last year with all the near-constant disassociation that I didn't realize was happening. Jeez I need help lol.

Guhhh I had such an incredible time in Maine these past few weeks, and it feels incredibly weird to be waking up in my own bed (which I am still in as of writing this lol) after being in Maine for three weeks with   ConsciousAfterDark and   DragonsBrew

I really miss it already, from the late night sleep-deprived drawing shenanigans, walking with them, talking, and just being together in general, I dearly miss already. This visit has really solidified my stance on getting my ass up there.

If imma be honest, I don't really remember much of last year other than the negative stuff that happened, but one of the few positives I remember and look fondly back on is my first visit with them. They are the the brightest stars on my horizon, and I can't wait to be there and join them once again in that heavenly horizon. They are genuinely fucking amazing people, and I intend on getting up there asap.

The next visit to Maine with be when I officially move up there with them, and my god I can't wait for that day.

I had such an amazing time at Furcationland 2025 with them as well, and getting to see them get married was just such a wonderful thing.

Sorry if this message seems a little rambly, I just woke up a few minutes ago, and just needed to get my feelings out.

Well, I wanted to give you guys an update on my situation in Maine among other things.

First off, the visit is going well, been having fun wandering around the downtown area of the beautiful gem of a New England town my besties   ConsciousAfterDark and   DragonsBrew live in, it's my goal in life currently to move here for the long run in the future!

Secondly, I'm helping Con make my partial fursuit for Furcationland 2025, and we're almost done!!! It's coming together beautifully, and I'm VERY curious to see if anyone there recognizes me when I get there!

Another thing though, albeit negative, is I had to cut off a close friend. It was a deep cut to be honest, but seeing how they treated me when I asked them to please cancel a YCH I am a part of that people were able to get and then blowing up at me just was the breaking point. It had been a long time coming if imma be honest, but it's relieving in a way.

Hopefully the wounds from this will heal, but it will be a process for sure. The friendship genuinely started out as a genuine friendship it seemed, but as it went on, I kinda see it seems this friend treated me more like a wallet and moneymaker to fund themselves, and that really hurts me feeling used like that. I really hope they can change that, but if imma be honest, I don't plan on talking to them ever again after giving them so many chances to change and improve themselves, only for them to relapse back to their old habits.

If the person who is reading knows who they are, I am hoping you can change for the better, but it was nice knowing you, but it's definitely time to part ways. I hope you can change and improve yourself and your ethic.

Well, I don't really know how to Really start this journal, so I'll just get to the point.

Essentially, I feel more aversion to the idea of hornyness and sex now more than I ever have. I know this community is filled with hornyness and sex, and I also know there's a side to it that I am starting to resonate more and more with, that being the non-sexual side of this community.

A weird thing about myself in person is that I legit have never rubbed one out. Like, ever. That's how non-existent my sex drive is. And it genuinely tires me out when I have people only seeing my Sona, and not me, the person behind the Sona. I have had many people come to me asking to be my friend and then show to me that they only see me for something that can use to get themselves off, and it SUCKS.

So what am I going to do? I'm not sure. Maybe I'll create an alternative Sona or alternative version of Ren to really represent my asexuality, as I am just drained mentally. It's one of the reasons you have been seeing more SFW art of Ren and stuff than NSFW.

Heya all! I just want to give you all an update on my life situation and stuff coming up!!!

So! I'm heading up to Maine again to see two of my best friends once again,   ConsciousAfterDark and their equally amazing partner,   DragonsBrew from April 1st-21st! for that time, I will NOT be working on commissions, as I wish to spend and prioritize my time with them as this will be the last visit for awhile before I move up there in what I'm hoping to be next year!!!!

For the time being regarding comms, they will be slowing down until they take a pause during my vacation, as I do wish to draw alongside Conscious at his place! Last time I was burnt out and could only color stuff! Please bear with me, and I genuinely appreciate all of your patience! I'm definitely gonna be learning new tips and tricks on drawing with Conscious as well, so I will be sure to make those waiting for my art very happy with the final product!

Heya all, just wanted to provide an update on everything!

So I'm turning 22 on the 13th! I'm still very unsure what exactly i want to do for my birthday, but nonetheless I hope I get some money or art, as I'm not the most materialistic person.

Another thing I plan on doing in the near future with two of my best friends in the whole world,   ConsciousAfterDark and   DragonsBrew is to visit them hopefully from March 31st to April 21st this year, along with going to the Furcationland furry convention in Portland Maine with them! I'm genuinely so excited to go to this with them, as I have always wanted to go to my first furcon with them, and it's finally coming to fruition!

As for art commissions, I'm taking a break until the 15th (or perhaps longer, I'm still not sure) for my mental health and to try to improve my art skills, as tbh I feel as if I have been stagnant in improving. I want my art to be the best it can be for you guys, and especially those who commissioned me! Thank you all for your patience and understanding ^^

Damn I can't believe this year is almost over, it's been one hell of a rollercoaster, that's for sure!

I had many ups and downs, but honestly, the highlight of it was visiting two of my best friends in the entire world,   ConsciousAfterDark and   EvergreenDreams who have honestly changed my life. I cannot thank conscious enough for opening the gates to this wonderful community, where I have met some of the most wonderful people I have ever met!

I also started drawing, and can't believe how far I've come in my journey. A gigantic thank you to ConsciousAfterDark , EvergreenDreams , LiminalCervidae , Kalidragon , AzaelDragon , puzzle_maniac and so many more of my biggest inspirations in drawing!

Well, my trip to Maine is over, but it was genuinely such a wonderful experience with   ConsciousAfterDark and his wonderful partner   Dragonsbrew who are genuinely people I consider family, I feel so lucky to have them in my life!

I'm gonna be taking a week or so to recoup myself, after the trip, as I am pretty distraught after leaving (it's like post-con depression if you get my drift), as I gotta head back to Grandma's tomorrow (as of posting this).

Maine was such a wonderful place, and I have my heart set on moving there ASAP! Me, Con, and DragonsBrew are gonna be researching places and options and all that to move me up there, as we all wish to see it happen!

It was SUCH a wonderful experience seeing and experiencing our time together, and look forward to our next time together, where it be for furcationland, moving up there, or BOTH!

Well it's time for another update!

First and foremost, thank you for 600 watchers, it's been amazing seeing all the support for my art and writing! Thank you so much for your continued amazing support!

Secondly, I'm going to be moving into my grandmother's house with her this coming Tuesday to help her around the house and make sure the doesn't fall and/or hurt herself. She lives alone in the countryside farmlands of Eastern North Carolina. It's very mundane and lonely out there, and my biggest concern and worry for myself is that.

The town she lives nearby is also pretty run down and has a forlorn, desolate feeling, which is also another concern for my mental well-being, as my mind is the type that wants almost constant stimulation (yay ADHD! /s). The house my parents own is around a 2 and-a-half hour drive from my grandmother's house, so I'm gonna be visiting every now and then

Thirdly, I have gotten a new therapist, as the one I had wasn't clicking with me. My first appointment with her is next Monday, and I hope I click with her.

Lastly, I'm counting down the days to my visit with my best friend   ConsciousAfterDark and his partner   EvergreenDreams in Maine! I'm so ready to get up there and hang out with them, along with seeing the New England fall colors, it's gonna be absolutely amazing!

As of the 8th of this month (I know, a bit late, but I just realized LMFAO) I drew my first ever drawing of Ren 1 year ago!

I'm amazed at how far I've come in just one year of practice, from starting out with traditional sketches with pencil and paper, and moving into the realm of digital about 5-6 months ago now! I cannot thank my friends   ConsciousAfterDark and   Kalidragon for helping me along the journey (especially you Conscious for showing me how exactly to use firealpaca!)

I can't believe how much I've improved from my first sketch of Ren to this entire colored sketch sheet of Ren I did last month!
