Hello everyone !

Big decision today, I'm actually moving accounts to  velkiel :<

I really didn't want to do it, but I'm really annoyed with my current account name.
Loosing all of my favs, comments, watches and my whole history is a real shame, but I can't keep this account name...
Sadly, FA does not support changing account name, so...

I've never planned on being active on FA as an artist truth be told. So the day I registered with 'FlashFireWhiteWolf' cuz' FlashFire was taken,
I was "Nah, it's fine, it's not like you'll be active anyway."

But today I'm almost to 250 watches, 1825 Views, 57 Submissions, 728 Favs (which is a lot for me, it's amazing) and it's getting higher every day,
And I can't just keep this name as an artist. I mean, it's ridiculous. ><

So here I am, moving to  velkiel being as FlashFire is taken, but aleast this name is better, since it's my fursona's name, but who knows, I might just adopt it as my main.

So I invite you lots to go watch >>>  velkiel <<<
Since I'll move (almost) my whole gallery there, I also invite you to fav and refav the pieces you did fav from me (or some new ones, if you discover some others) :)
I won't be active on this one anymore. It'll be kept as history. <3

Heya :)

So, since I had some notes and shouts about my vanish from art this last year, I've figured I would be simplier to explain it in here.

I wasn't a real big deal in the begining, Back in july 2017 I actually moved out from my parent's place, with my fiancee to our own !
In the same time, I've actually started working as a full stack web developper, mainly in java and js.

It was a big change in my life, and there wasn't much time for art. I was too busy, and more importantly too tired to spend hours on the computer, after a whole day at it.

Moving on to more recents events, when I was actually working on a piece of art, because my life was more stable, My fiancee broke up with me, leaving without saying goodbye, in a appartement in a disasterous state, to jump in the arms of an depressive, 15+older than her, unemployed batard who has no respects for me.

I actually ended up in a bad state, for a few horrible months.
When I thought I was going to throw everything away and start new elsewhere, my man actually helped me to keep on my feets. And for the first time in my life, my parents, too.

That's when I met another girl (see my WIP piece i've just posted ) and we started dating.
With both of love from my lovers, by my side, I've finally recovered, feeling high lot better now.

So I might just resume art and draw from time to times :)

Hello y'all !

Before anything, thanks for the recent wave of watchers and favs ! I always appreciate it ! <3

So, here's the topic :

I have a project, circling around in my mind for years now. A full story, detailled characters, and a full world just waiting to be narrated.

Here's the thing : I don't have much time to spare. I'm now entering the "active" life. Since I'll start working in a few months now, and I know I won't be able to work on my projects much. Haven't had much the chance yet, anyway.

But since I may have thoses few month free, I'm wondering what should I do about this story I wanna relate.

I have two options :

-Start working on a comic that I'm plenty sure that It will take years to complete, If it [ever] completes.
-Turn it into a "hybrid" novel, with a loads of illustrations and maybe a few comic page in it.

Knowing that :

- People will prefer the comic, since it's a more acessible media ( But without knowing If I will be able to complete it )
-If writing a novel... I'm no writer. (plus I'm french, not an native english) I don't know how good It will be. And it will certainly less much read and much less pleasant than a comic. But it will surely be completed.

So I've just got to the point that I thought I should ask directly to you all.

What would YOU prefer?

Also, I've done one full page that I intended to do with the comic. I'll post it right after this journal, if it can help in any thoughts.

About Commissions

I've had an YCH comic page that will be done, I hope, early next week, it will be posted here :)
I'm excited about the improvements I made in it :D I learned a lot about the process. I hope you'll all like it.

After that, I'll open for a batch of few slots (like, 3 or 2) on commissions again, probably when I'll post the page since I had a lot of MP about it :)
I'll have like, 3 or 4 month free now to make commissions, so no more long delays :D
Also, I think It'll be the last time I open on my usual prices, so it will be the time to jump in :)

I just wanted to post this quick journal to thank just every one of you. You're all amazing.
My watcher numbers as increased like, crazy for me, I'm going up to 100 at this rate, and I'm very thankful for every one of you that look and appreciate my work. That means a lot.
Yeah, I know, some artists/peoples have many, many manyyyyy more watchers, And I also know that not every one of them is active, but, that is still much for me :)

When I started, I just wouldn't let someone look at my drawings, I was way too afraid of critics, and people's opinons. I've learned to accept all of that, It's a process... And It is actually good to know everyone's opinons, I always knew it was... but y'know... ;)
Now I'm trying to figure how it would be to have 80~100 people in my room, looking at me, drawing. Man, that's a lot :3

Eitherway NOTHING of it would have happened without the INCREDIBLE  weidzm always around to push me, more and more, to talk to me, to critic me... Hell, I certainly would have stopped drawing by now without him. Thank you again my boy <3

I'm opening a low-price simple commissions at 15€ batch to force me to pratice :)

The commission will be in color or can be in black and white, with a very simple scene/background/lighting.
Characters will be also simple furr detailed (see below) and it's +5€ for each new character.

And Here are the rules, terms and services :

1°) How do I proceed ?

- Consultation : I don't mind adding commissioners on Skype or Steam, it's easier to talk and I'll get your ideas better. ( I'm french, even though i'm not bad in English, sometimes I may not get what are you saying, that's why I avoid emails/MP )
If you only wish to talk via emails or MP then it's expected to reply quickly.
(Not more than 48 hours for the commissioner as well as the artist to respond to a message, or cancellation can be done )

- I sketch up the artwork and ask for changes (Up to 5 big changes. more can be charged, although, I don't mind minor changes if it's in correct amount )

- Depends on the artwork, I regularly send the drawing at different phases, and can perform minor changes if required.
( It goes to : Sketch > Flat, Color Or B&W > Shading > details )

- When the artwork is done, I send multiple versions of it, like HQ, Black&White, Close Ups... But NOT the PSD (source) file. I'll keep the right of having it.

2°) Rules :

- Only PayPal is accepted
- I'm starting the sketch when the FULL payment is done. ( I won't if it's processing )
- I am NOT a professional, meaning : I keep trying new things at every new artworks, and can have some delays to finish or begin an artwork, else, it may not be what you absolutely expected. NO REFUNDS will be done if it's for theses last reasons.
- Maximum time for a commission (when you're the first in the queue) is up to a MONTH. If you have paid and want to get refunded, see the refund section (4). Though, you can always send me a message to see where I'm at.
- I can refuse, or cancel commissions if I'm being badly offended in any ways by the commissioner, or for personal reasons and proceed a refund ( See the refund (4) section )
- I may stream the artwork only if I want to. ( If you want from me to not stream on your artwork, precise it before I begin working on it )
- I can adapt, or modify my prices if you're not in the my current queue yet.
- I'll accept up to 10 clients/queue

3°) Copyright :

- The commissioner has the right to publish and use the artwork for non-commercial use ( Or has to be asked in the consultation stage ) and can post it anywhere he wants, as long credits are given properly.
- The commissioner can resize, crop and use the artwork as he wants, but CANNOT alter it in any other ways.
- The artist reserve the right of posting it (in lower resolutions) anywhere he wants, and keeps his source file (PSD)

4°) Refunds :

If the commission is canceled by myself or the commissioner :

- It's all refunded if the sketch isn't started
- Half or partial refund if the sketch phase is done
- Not refunded if the flat phase is done.

5°) What I draw or not :
What I draw :

Note : If I'm taking commissions, it's because I want to get out of my confort zone, which is basically canids, felines, and all other “basic” animals. I've never get to draw dragons, lizards... Things who don't have furr or had wings, and I'm willing to do some of that. Though, I may not guarantee the results.

Soft Fetishes ( Stuck, Belly or Paws, ect... )
and... I don't know ! I fact you better ask via MP or email and I'll answer you :)

What I don't draw :

- Copyrighted characters, or someone's character without their will.
- Hard Fetishes ( Pee, Vore, ect... )
