I am pretty pleased with this.
I re-designed my website and got it allup and running.
Using WordPress as my backend/CMS.
Been learning a lot about that lately so decided to put that into practice for this version of my site.
I find myself in need of work ASAP, and would love to work for/with furs.

So...After much travail(LOL), I got all the errors and warnings fixed, everything switched to the godaddy linux server and swapped out the old contact form plugin, to get rid of the last of the errors....Yays! Me new site is finally up and running!

Thought I'd give this another try.

I'm thinking we meet at The Vagabond for coffee n water about 9-10am on Saturday, an ride to Sedgwick County Park.
This would be a round trip and looks to be 'bout 6.2 miles each way...12.4 total, unless 'ya wanna ride the trails in the park, too...and that be good with me LOL We could squeeze 15 miles out of it ^_~

I think the lake is closed due to that blue/green algae, but there's other stuff to do.
I'm taking my bike, for example...

Anyway...
I would like to do one more camping trip up there this year with the rest of the furs around here
and that East lake park is pretty nice...tho hope the lake can be swimed in the next time if we all go.
Hope we can get something like that together again.

I have a talented artist working on a new commission for me.

I am very sad, that I have to tell you that Blu and I have broken up.
We've had our differences as of late, and it seemed the only way
to make things right was to break up, and get on with our lives.

I wish my Blu all the happiness and joy in the world.
I will always love him, and treasure the two years we had together.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. We did.
Had a great feast with our neighbors on Christmas Eve.
Good food good friends. What more can ya ask for?

Halloween Costume Party - October 29th - Report:

Well, our little Halloween Party was a success!
Thanks to all that came, and brought a side dish.
Everybody had a great time, and had lots of good food to nom.
It got a little cold towards the end of the movie, but at least it didn't rain
on our fuzzy butts. Yays!!

I think we may try this again next year.
Hope to see a few more faces then.

Halloween Costume Party - October 29th - UPDATE:

Hi there

Well, the party is on!
Here are the details:

What: Halloween Costume Party - Cookout
Prizes for top 3 costumes
Also, Prizes fur top 3 jack-o-lanterns
So, carve a nice pumpkin with one of those little white candles to light it up.

Where: Wichita KS (PM me fur full address) - Well, the apartment is too small fur us all, so the party is in our back yard.

When: Saturday, October 29th. 6:pm - ?

Extra details:
Me and Blu will have the meat and buns. We also will have some chips.
So we will need potato salad, baked beans, and/or some other goodies good fur a cookout.

If some of you could bring a side dish to pass around that would be coolness.

So, have yourself a costume, and a carved pumpkin.
Bring a side dish.

After the dinner and costume/jack-o-lantern judging, there will be an outdoor screening of Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas"

Obviously, this is all contingent on the weather.
Should the weather prove to be bad so that we can't have the party outside, we very well may have to try and re-schedule for a better night.
We do have an indoor place here (apartment complex clubhouse), we could have the party if the weather does get bad, but there is a deposit we would need to hork up. ($250) It would be refunded in full so long as we all clean up real nice after the party...but let's hope we can just keep the party outside and avoid such extra expenses.

Couple days ago, it looked like rain and cold, but today, no rain, and 10 degrees warmer than was previously forecast, so Yays!

This weekend I want to go to the store, and start getting the meats to cook on the grill...and buy a brand new grill upon which to grill...errr...or...yeah you got it LOL

Me and Blu are planning a little Halloween Costume party, tentatively set for the 29th of October.
I am still working on a place to hold it that would be big enough for us all.
I will have more info later on that little bit…

There will be food, and drink…and let's see what else...

There will be some alcohol beverages served, so please if you are under age, don't ask me for any of my booze. Let's be a responsible bunch of furs, k?

I need to ask for a couple volunteers to help with decorations, and then clean up after. Also, a bit of help with the planning of some activities for the party. I will give contact info to those that volunteer, so we can keep some of it a surprise.

Let me know what you think, and whom would be able to come and play with us.

K, here’s a cautionary tail if I ever heard one. Last night my neighbor was shooting off a couple fireworks we got fur today. It was one of those artillery shells with “Huge Color Burst”. Little preview. Anyway, rather then light the fuse an walk off, he held it in his hand. It didn’t go off right, and exploded in his hand. His hand is ok, if not a bit burnt. He has some 2nd degree burns on his hand around his fingers.

The thing is, is he got hit in his face by the shrapnel from the thick cardboard tube, and plastic base it sits on, and the flaming bits that went with it all. Broke his nose and scratched his eye pretty bad. He got so very lucky it didn’t hurt his eye any worse there or even lose it right there. He has to see an eye doctor this week and make sure he still doesn’t lose his eye. Poor guy looks like he got his ass kicked big time.



Moral of this story is be freakin’ safe when you go and shoot off any fireworks.

Follow the directions on the package. Don’t hold the damn thing in you hands!!

Can not stress that enough...



I have a whole bunch of these things I got fur tonight, so you can be dang sure I’ma goin’ to be careful about shooting this silly things off. I needs my paws...for the obvious reasons...murrr?...^_~...

It's the little things...
Like sitting naked on the deck, on a nice sunny day, in the shade with a cold beer.
There's a breeze blowing, and it's all so quiet except for all the birds.

Very nice.
Ish nice to have naked days on the weekend.

Well, this got put on the back burner for a little while.
Still gots high hopes for this project, though.

I still can't say just what it is I have in mind here, but it is pretty cool.
Hope in a couple months I can start talking about it here, and to the rest of the furry community.
