Thanks to everyone though, t'was fun whenever it wasn't a tad stressful running around canal street and Piccadilly carrying a big bag and trying to split into several pieces to be in several places at once.

Well, not really because there was no way anyone could have expected this.

So we moved in the new place, rite. The one with no nets for a few weeks. Just for laughs, boyfriend and I decided to check if there's any unprotected networks nearby we could use. There wasn't, but we found something better - a nearby shop offers a fast network ready to be instantly used for a small fee.

So we have nets :D.

Just giving a heads-up to those who I talk on IM and who only follow this page - I'll be moving house this weekend and I don't know when I'll get the internet in the new place so I'll likely be gone for a bit.

I know, I know. 100 is a small number. But as a person who only infrequently posts fursuit photos taken by others, it does feel quite a large amount for me.

I've long thought of posting something a bit more special to celebrate the 100 watches, now I've got the number but I've absolutely no idea what that something would be so, uh, let's put it on the backburner!

• Your fursuits?
I've got two. One is dear Mr Flint you see postered all over my FA page. The other one is a brown, non-custom fox I got from Realms of Enchantment before I had the money for a Flint suit. Pic of it here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1429450/
I don't really wear Brown much anymore but it's there for friends to use if they want to fursuit with me.

• What other fursuits have you tried?
None, actually! Well, I did once wear this semi-suit with a proper bodysuit etc but it had no headpiece.

• Fursuit public interactions?

Love 'em - whenever they go well anyway, a guy once tackled me. But generally if people get into it it's really lovely and especially brightening up the days of kids (and their parents!) is really, really fun.

• Fursuit sport and playing?

Why not! I've not done it myself yet but fursuit games at cons seem terribly fun and I'm definitely gonna participate in them in the future when I can.

• Fursuit Dancing?

Noooo thanks. I'm not really a dancer in the first place, I prefer simply listening to music and absorbing it that way (including dance music!) and dancing... well, I'm just horrible with it. I can't imagine that wearing a heavy fake fur suit while doing it is any more fun. Might give it a go someday but not in a hurry, really.

• Fursuit DDR?

Similarly to dancing, not really my cup of tea. Might try it once and make myself look like a complete tit for laughs though.

• Fursuit Drawing?

Never tried but god knows what abstract masterpieces that would produce.

• What I hate most in fursuiting?

Washing, oh god the washing. A necessary, important part of fursuiting that completely wrecks my nerves with countless variations of "what if the suit's gonna be ruined this time". Every time I wash the suit I'm reduced to a gigantic pile of nerves paranoid and nervous about the whole process. Eeeeee.

• What I like most about fursuiting?

Being able to just be a cute character, frolicing about and being silly and cute. Making people smile and giving them something different to their day, in the case of public outings. Just the freedom of the whole thing, being able to be something completely different who's able to throw away all worries and just be a cute little innocent critter for a while, enjoying it to the max.

• Do you prefer to interact with other fursuiters or the public?

As much as I love interacting with the public, at the moment with my little experience I still prefer the company of other suiters somewhat. With furries, and especially other suiters, you know you can just fool around a tad. With non-furries in public you never know if you approaching them is going to piss them off or something similar.

• What do you dream to do with your fursuit?

Travel the world, go to cons and have loads and loads of fun. Just enjoy life to the max and do it the fursuity way.

• The next fursuit?

No idea! We'll see when I get to the sort of situation when I can focus on getting more suits. I would absolutely love kangaroo and badger fursuits though so I'll probably get one of those in the distant future when I'll start getting more suits.

Confirmed registration baby, Flint's gonna be frolicing once again in the halls of the wonderful wonderful Manchester con. This year's CF was pretty much the best weekend of my life so hell yeah I'm excited. Shame it's a year away still but hey, gives me more time to practice becoming an awesome fursuiter so I can frolic more giddily at the hallways of the con (and not act so nervously around all the fancy video cameras!). Deffo gonna take part in the fursuit games too.

How many fursuits do you own?

Two. I've got my Flint suit but I've also got a Realms of Enchanted -made brown fox that I got before Flint. The latter rarely sees action these days; the last people who wore it were in fact my friends when they fursuited alongside me.

Toony or realistic?

Toony. Realistic can look really amazing and I wouldn't mind owning some really realistic looking suit one day, but cartoony's my preference in general. Cuteness and big personality are lifelines.

Favorite Fursuit Builder?

Hard to say. Arend Studios and Kodi Pup have an awesome style, the latter in fact made my suit so that's proof enough for my love towards that particular style. But there's a lot of really amazing suits made by less-known individuals whose names I sadly don't know. Not to mention my name memory resembles a gigantic sieve with extra-size holes.

How long have you been fursuiting for?

I got my brown fox suit a year and a half ago or so but I wasn't really in the proper furry circles at the time yet. So I'm gonna go with about four months - ever since I got my Flint suit, really.

Have you ever did any sexual activities in fursuit?

No strategically places holes in my suits.

If you did any sexual activities in fursuit, what where the positions?

I'm amused by how this meme drove straight into kinksville almost as soon as it started. Can't have those furries not yiffing, no sirree.

Do you watch or post anything on XTube?

I've never posted nor have any intention to but I've seen stuff there. Amateur porn is silly.

Favorite fursuit species?

My favourite species in general. Foxes, raccoons, kangaroos, badgers, etc.

10 out of 10, how much do you love fursuits?

10. Big thing for me, stupidly and embarrasingly big. Nothing better in life than acting a bit goofily as a cartoon animal for a while, bringing a smile to people's faces.

Partial or full fursuit?

Full. I've nowt against partials themselves - I've seen some brilliant ones - but personally, for me, partial's a bit... not enough. I prefer the 'full illusion', being a furry character all the way through.

What was the best fursuiting moment?

Confuzzled 2009, the fursuit parade. That was utterly, absolutely amazing. The May Manchester meet's fursuit walk section was pure awesomeness as well - just a bunch of cute critters invading a park full of sunbathers, so much amazing interaction with non-furs.

I love public outings.

What was the funniest fursuiting moment?

I managed to conclude my very first public fursuit outing ever by walking right into a lamp post. People were amused. Embarrasing yes, but utterly funny.

How long can you last in fursuit?

Probably more than it's healthy. I don't really know my limits, I haven't exactly tested them, but I do love spending loads of time in the suit.

Have you ever got too hot in fursuit that you fainted?

Nah, but I did feel like just sitting down for a while after the Confuzzled fursuit walk.

Are you getting any other fursuit commisions?

Not at the moment but YES in the undetermined future. I want to build up a fursuit collection because I'm weird like that.

Do you watch Fursuit TV?

Often but not always, depends on my mood whenever there's a new update. It's a great little thing, that.

No, it's not really to my tastes.

Got any fanboys or fangirls?

Loads of people seem to adore my suit which makes me quite happy!  equium is the closest thing I've got to an actual fanboy, eh mr gigantic surprise glomp as soon as he saw a glimpse of me in a meet.

If there where no fursuits in the furry fandom.. Would you still be in the furry fandom?

I actually found the fandom through looking up info on "mascot costuming" so unless I bumped into furries again, I might not have been. I do like the fandom in general though so I would have probably identified myself as one anyway in the end.

Would you let anyone hug you in fursuit?

That's what I'm here for!

Would you want to get buried in fursuit at a funeral when you pass away?

No, I think that might be a bit too much. Plus in a way I find it cooler as an idea that my suit would be passed on to someone close (and furry) after my demise to let the character live after I've kicked the bucket.

Would you get married in fursuit?

As much as the sheer hilarious novelty of the idea amuses me, probably not no.

Have you done charity work in fursuit before?

Nope, but certainly would have nothing against it.

If someone started fursuiting for the first time and wanted advice.. What advice would you give?

I'm an utter newbie myself so I'm not really one to give tips, but if I were to try and say something profound and wise like a great fursuit guru, I'd say mirrors. Cause you can't control your facial expressions (well, in the case of most suits anyway) or generally see perfectly in-suit, posing in front of a mirror and learning your looks, angles and what you generally look like when you pose is a good thing to do.

Says the person who's current place of living doesn't have any conveniently sized mirrors.

What is the most impressive fursuit that you ever seen in the whole fandom?

I don't know. This is more of a question of technical quality, I think suiting is just as much about the suiter himself as well as the character he's assumed. Plus, you know, I'm a simpleton who thinks that moving jaws are impressive hi-tech and such.

Is fursuiting your favorite hobby?

It's my only hobby that makes me feel alive, so to say. My other hobbies are mainly very individual in nature, fursuiting I can do with and around others. I always get a really great natural high after a good suiting session. Of course I never actually answered the question but yeah, it's a special one.

What are your alternative hobbies apart from fursuiting?

Probably my primary hobby, as in something that encompasses a lot of my time and thinking, is music. I'm a big packrat of a music collector (331 CDs at the moment which isn't insanely but still a rather nice amount), I obviously listen to it in a very obsessive and focused way, I love writing about it (two blogs, reviews to RateYourMusic, big personal site in plans and which will probably never actually finish going past the plans stage), and generally it's the stuff I sink my time and money in.

I used to be a big gamer as well, still am but not as hugely obsessive about it. It's a bit of a case of rose-tinted glasses there, bring back late 90's/early 00's plz.

Does fursuits and fursuiting rule your life?

Not right now no, doubtfully ever will either because despite me being a giddy tit with my head in the clouds, I still try and keep my feet to the ground. But fursuiting is definitely a big thing in my life and I hope for its signifance to grow as I get older (read: more con attendance, more fursuiting fun with friends, etc). Life would be so much more boring without them.

In a nutshell: Confuzzled was awesome beyond belief and I'm definitely heading there again next year.

Awesome moments:

* Suiting! Lots of it! Was superamazing, even if I'm still a bit shy but hey, it's still awesome!
* Meeting Timduru, getting hugged by him, getting photos of him with me - eeeeee! I love the guy so much, he pretty much got me into fursuiting big time so meeting him was just woah. Plus pics etc don't really do justice to how active he is in the suit.
* Also getting hugged (and in the same pic with) by Utlah's Vinny Weasel. Awesomeness. That suit is very awesome.
* Still continuing on the suiting tangent: people reaaaaally love the Flint suit. Two lovely fellows were completely in love with it to the point that they became downright fanboys. Which is awesome. Hell, the other even said that my suit inspired him to get one of his own one day - whether or not that was just huge flattery or genuine truth, I don't care! Still makes me feel awesome. It's making people happy like that why suiting's awesome.
* Fursuit parade: one hour of enormous amounts of sweat, making random passers-by smile and failing miserably at mexican waves (well we did finally get it right! Sorta). So very, very, very awesome.

Awesome moments NOT related to suiting:

* General socialising was pretty awesome. Talking with people, making friends, getting to know a few chaps I had only known very minimally before the whole thing. I wasn't as talkative as I wanted, partly because I often had problems hearing due to the huge background noise everywhere, but whenever I was it was really great.
* The gigantic ever-continuous drawing.
* Yay for furry memorabilia. My first furry t-shirt (the official con shirt), official con badge, etc. It's stupid and silly but I love stuff like this.

Cannot wait for getting my hands on various media of the event. I've only got a few vids, I might upload them to Youtube later (gives some use to that useless account), but a few friends took a lot of photos and I'll post some of those when I get to them. Need to upload some of this (and other) stuff to Fursuit Archive too, and keep an eye on the site in general. Heeee, I'll finally be there!

Totally waiting for Confuzzled 2010 now, it's gonna be huge. New venue and all.

Tomorrow it starts! My very first furry convention ever in the guise of Confuzzled 2009. Needless to say I'm terribly excited, gonna have a weekend of awesome fursuiting fun. Hopefully the weather gets a bit better so it doesn't rain on the fursuit parade, but it should be all cool.

1 - Do you and your "fursona" look alike?
Vaguely but I suppose it's there. The weight and the height are the same and for a while I have had a slightly longer hair in front but eh. He's a cartoony fox, I'm a human. Not very much major similarities. And I don't wear glasses myself.

2 - Do you and your fursona share attires
A similar taste in clothing in anyway. I think there's been a few times when he's been drawn with the same clothes too.

3 - Do you share the same sexuality as your fursona?
Yeah I suppose, although it's not really an important part of the character outside loveydovey "boyfriends together" pics.

4 - If you hadn’t already made your fursona look like you, if you would to change how he/she looked like to make him/her look more like you, how would you think he/she would look like?
Different hairstyle mainly, might look kinda weird on a furry character though so no go there.

5 - Did you work hard to develop your fursona? What is the (brief) history of your fursona?
Lesseee... Started about 7 years ago. He was always a fox, inspired by Tails because I was a Sonic nut at the time and Tails was a big part in making me pay special attention to foxes. He looked like a downright generic fox at the time. Then it's mainly just been random additions up to the very day. The black ear markings were an early addition, different coloured footpaws came a bit after that, then the extended white chest, glasses after that, mask after that, the hairtuft just recently. The shade of orange has been switching throughout the years. The name "Flint" was a random spark of inspiration, yay for alliteration I suppose.

I've never given him a backstory because he's meant to be a furry representation of me. Not a story character.

6 - Do you and your fursona share relationship status?
Yeah.

7 - Do you find yourself jealous or upset if you get paired with someone you don’t like or your partner does?
Well I've never been 'paired' with anyone other than my partner so I don't know. I don't feel jealous if my partner gets paired with someone else cause it's just drawings in the end, but I do find it a bit weird and silly. Although that's something I've got used to because of how much everyone likes his fursona.

8 - How would you like your character not to be used?
If it somehow violates my values or likes/dislikes. Out of character.

9 - What’s your fursona’s specialty?
Being cute and cuddly :3.

8. -1 for being a completely different species and so forth, -1 for lacking all my personality flaws most of the time.

You know, when going to the minimeet in Manchester today I only thought I'd be mucking about in a bar with some others for a while.

I didn't realise I'd end up walking with a full blown furry armada to the smack-dab middle of Manchester and in particular a very largely populated park, mucking about by e.g. being a part of a very dysfunctional conga line.

Oh, and smacking right onto a lamp post. I CAN SEE CLEARLY ME.

Possibly one of the most bizarre and fun days of my life.

It's finally made. After so many years of waiting, I finally have a suit of my own fursona, made by the ever fantastic Kodi (http://kodimade.com/).

It currently lacks glasses which I'll try and sort out in the future - mainly just a question of finding the right prop glasses. Otherwise, well, at the moment I'm the happiest furfag alive.

I'm not gonna spam FA much today because all I've got is a bunch of dull pose pictures to show to friends, I'll start properly posting suit photos when, well, I get the chance to snap more interesting ones.

Anyway, I'm still here and I intend to upload some more stuff sometime in the future for all ye who decided to watch me. I simply haven't really had the time to do any extended fursuit foolarounds nor have I had any occasions to do so either: no matter how much fun you have walking around the room/house in your suit, there's only so very little ways you can take fun photos worth uploading out of it.

In other news however, I've commissioned a suit of my fursona! If all goes well, I should have it before my very first con in May - Confuzzled '09.

I must say, I'm quite relieved that FA isn't constantly updating with bazillion pics of art on this first day of its rebirth, browsing it is actually kinda like back before the crash instead of frentic "HOW WILL I EVER BE ABLE TO CHECK ALL THIS STUFF OH GOD A HUNDRED NEW SUBMISSIONS ALREADY" refresh panic.

Maybe it's because all the Americans are still asleep or something though and tomorrow morning I wake up to have the whole site crashed down again because of submission overload.

Anyway, glad to have this place back again.

I love fursuits. I really really do. They are my main passion in this fandom.

And now I have one :D.

Ordered one from Realms of Enchantment last year - the brown fox model - and I got the head some time ago, and the rest of the suit arrived about a month ago (yeah, a bit delayed but meh) to my boyfriend's, and now he's finally brought it to me.

Gawddddd, I can't tell how much I love the sodding thing. I've never actually worn a full suit, so it all came as a new thing for me. It's a fantastic sensation I tell ya, gives me a great rush of energy just to wear it and muck about with it in my room, giving lots of looks in the mirror in the process.

And it's so lovely to cuddle people with it.

But yes. Expect me to spam my account with some piccies of my generic brown fox suit that I love to bits. The first of many suits in my life!
