hi! as you may know if you have me added on discord, i've been sick for the past few days. i believe it's a sinusitis, and it was pretty gnarly for like, the first 3 to 4 days. I'm still sick but i've been feeling alot better since yesterday, so that's good! I wasen't able to work on commissions up until now, i'm slowly but surely getting back on track.
my mom caught the same thing i did, but she faired a whole lot worse, having bad coughing fits and trouble breathing so she's currently at the hospital and doing better there. we don't know when she's getting discharged as shes's still sick over there and on oxygen, so i had to go over there and bring her a buncha stuff for 2 days in a row. i coulda worked those days, but i don't have a driver's license so i instead had to spend all of those 2 days biking to and from the house, the store and the hospital for her lol.

anyway just letting you guys know in case you're waiting on art on me or something, that way you're up to date as to why there's been no progress if i promised some. i'll be catching up over the week :P

Hi people!!

Just writing here to let you guys know i've found a place to live and wont be going homeless! things were complicated between the paperwork we had to do aswell as having to make up for the financial mistakes of my mother's now ex-boyfriend (lol) but we got it done, again HUUUUGEE thank you to the people who chipped in for me in my time of need, it made things much less stressful for my mom and I as we didnt need to worry about building ourselves back up nearly as much as we thought we would :) all the money gathered with the emergency commissions will first be put towards paying a moving agency to transport all our stuff to our new place, then the rest will go to whatever expenses need to be paid afterwards, like groceries and the like.

I'm currently in the middle of packing my things, we'll be getting the keys to the place tomorrow i believe and we'll be moving pretty much immediately after, at the latest it'll be next Thursday. so to the people who are waiting on art from me, please be patient just a little longer, i'll be back to work to a much, muchh more reasonable pace once i'm fully settled and have nothing else to stress over :) i'll be getting back to my regular work schedule and hopefully things will go more smoothly. hopefully you won't have to deal with ridiculous delays ever again from me, it bothers me just as much as i bet it does you.

thank you again for the help! even if you didn't chip in and perhaps just shared my posts around to other people who maybe could, i appreciate all of it.

ps: commissions will re-open once my current queue on Trello is fully emptied, it'll be announced everywhere anywayssss :)

thanks to everybody who decided to go out of their way to help out! currently working things out in regards to my situation :)

as an update, things are complicated in my home life and my mother has decided this is the time to break up with her current bf (who put us in this mess in the first place). depending on what we will need to do to be able to move out, most of the money will go to paying off our side of the debt accumulated, while the rest will be used to fund the move out of here. things are still kind of unclear and messy, i'll try my hardest to have my ducks in a row by then!
all sketches should be done at the very latest in mid-april, before my expected move. i'll be getting back on track with the rest of my regular commissions once all the sketches are done!
