I noticed in my last journal (6 years ago) I said I wouldn't deactivate my account and... well I did. Short-term memory, huh? xD
If some of you wonder, I'm still doing music, art, photography and I've also tried my hand at logo designing.

Also, I'd like to pay my respects to  shadowbandit . I just learnt he passed away two years ago and I loved every little bit of conversation we had together.

Hello, people of the internet,

Some of you may have noticed I'm not really publishing anything on here anymore, just sporadically login on FurAffinity to empty my notification box. The fact is, I'm not really interested in furry art anymore. Such things happen! I'm not planning on drawing anything furry-related, and I don't feel like it's the right place for my music, so I won't be posting it here either.

However, I haven't given up on art ! I've been drawing manga-style characters (OCs) for quite a while, and this is what I'm doing now. I believe human characters better fit my drawing aspirations, and manga is the style I've found myself being naturally able to draw without much need of readjusment.

Hello world !

I ain't dead, no worries. Just having an important question !

I just purchased a new computer, and I'd like to copy my Photoshop Elements software that is installed on my old computer, to my new computer.
That software originally came with the old computer when I bought it and I don't have any installation/download online link.

So I copied all the files from the old to the new one, and disabled the software from the old computer (which is supposed to allow it to be installed on a new machine).

But when I try to launch the .exe from the new computer, it says that "Licensing for this product has expired", and I don't know what to do. I don't want to change software, as I'm used to this one, and I have works in progress that are saved under PSD files.

[Edit] I actually reinstalled the software from the adobe website, but when I'm asked for the serial number, I write it down carefully, and it doesn't work. Could it be that preinstalled softwares can't be transfered, or something ?

I've always wanted to try this thing.

Sooo, in order to give my ego its daily dose of boost, and make me feel virtually more important than I am, I allow you to ask me things you've always desperately needed to know about me. I'm open to all kind of questions, as long as they don't go past the privacy limits, naturally.

Today's my 22th birthday!

And according to custom, I'm writing it there, so everyone knows, which increases my good spirits. \o/

Unfortunately, the pen that goes with my tablet, is ruined.
The coating used to protect the pen melted, making it all sticky and very uncomfortable to use. Despite all my attempts to clean it up with a solvent, the glue won't get off.
[EDIT : I tried to protect the sticky surface with some tape, but my unsuccessful attempts to wash the pen broke it completely.]

I'd like to get a new pen, but these are expensive, and that's beyond my current budget.

I just watched that movie at the cinema.

Truly brilliant acting performance from Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall. I highly recommend it if you like clever plots, endearing characters, a moving ending and an amazing OST, too.

Today is the 1st of June.

I clearly remember, same date last year, when I took a plane straight to England full of hope and ambitions.

For the first time of my life, I'd spend the happiest holidays ever, in the arms of the most romantic boy one could ever get to know,

Under the brightest sun, and the warmest summer weather of the year, wandering into beautiful cities and forests, along the beach or the countryside,

Using good old fashionned british pounds to buy english food in old restaurants recommended by Gordon Ramsay, or gorgeous burgers in a Far-West themed fast-food, or saying "Cheers!" after buying a mere bag of crisps,

Laying down in the grass and falling asleep to the rythm of your heartbeat, or resting my head on your shoulders after watching a clever movie involving toxic mutations in the basement of a college,

Making sweet love on a bed of roses, listening to Dire Straits, Def Leppard and Bryan Adams, holding each other tighter than young lovers, loving each other more truthfully than furries,

And simply loving you day after day, my feelings never faded away, but they grew more and more, as we got closer.

Today my hopes and dreams came true, and after those 365 days of uninterrupted happiness, you proved me something as clear as crystal...

I noticed I've never really given any further informations about my fursona, so here's what you need to know about him, and a bit about myself!

• What is the name of your fursona?

Floyd!

• Where did the name of your fursona come from?

It's sort of my side name. Some people in real life call me that way, too! I love the sensuality hidden behind its meaning and its pronounciation.
There's another little meaning, but this is a secret.

• What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?

My fursona is a wolf, simply because I've always been a huge wolf lover.
I collect everything that is more or less related to wolves; figurines, posters, artworks, clothes, books, documentaries, card decks, boyfriends, etc. And I have a private binder in which I classify every newspaper article that has something to do with the wolf. (And where I live, there's quite a lot to say! xP) I'm a bit involved in the rescue of the wolves, too.

They are important to me. I see them as the most clever and charismatic animals nature has wrought.

• What color is your fursona and why?

Floyd is superlight blue and white, with yellow eyes! It is also said that he can take pink and purple-ish tones in presence of his boyfriend Duke, but only the latter can confirm!
The reason is pretty simple actually, blue and white are the main colours of the sky, for Floyd loves the sky as a source of evasion, awe and inspiration.
Yellow eyes for the sun, then Pink and purple tones are for the beautiful gradations of the sky at dawn and at twilight.

• What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your RL personality?

My fursona has the same personnality, and behaves just like me. He also likes/dislikes the same things, has the same body/physique and the same clothes preferences. Really, there's not a tiny difference between us!

• What is one item your fursona owns that is significant to you in RL?

A pink T-Shirt and supertight short jeans shorts. We both like gay clothes really much, because they are indeed the sexiest clothes you could ever wear. Oh and a lollipop.

• What is one thing your fursona would say to you if you could meet?

LET'S MAKE LOVE.

• What is one thing you would say to your fursona?

OKAY.

• How has your fursona changed over the years?

Originally, and looong time ago, before I even knew about furries, he was pink. He had a long backstory that I created out of my own dreams, and a different personnality by this time : he was the one whom I've always wanted to be; at least until I understood it was pointless to wish being someone, when you are unique yourself.

That is how the current Floyd appeared in my life. Like myself in a furry world. He'd been white and blue much later when I had to choose his design.
As for the eyes, they are supposed to be yellow like real wolves for the reasons mentionned above, but everyone sees them green for some reason!
Green does not make sense! There's no green in the sky! *Derp*

• How long have you had this fursona?

The currently woofy known as Floyd came with my FA registeration in 2011. But I've had a draft of Floyd in my heart since ~2009 I'd say.

• Would you like to be more like your fursona?

Not really, if not at all.
Floyd is my character, and I love him as someone, not as myself. I even think HE would like to be like me!

I'm happy with my human form. Naturally, I would love to live a day with my fursona's appearance. I think everyone does! But if you start envying your character, you would have hard times feeling good about yourself. (Anyfluff, I'm waaaay sexier than him, soooo...) #Gay

Hey, people!

I'm bumping this journal because I'm in a pretty tricky situation.
I have to register at university for my second year, but I can't afford it and it's extremely important to me to be able to study this year. I have to collect enough money within the next 2 weeks.

Pay What You Want Commissions are still open and waiting for generous people who want to help me, and get some art on the other hand. It can be very cheap, you decide how much you want to give!

Hay everybody!

After a few weeks of thinking, I decided to open Pay What You Want commissions.

The rule is simple.
Basically I will do full black & white shaded pictures of your fursona - (see the last pictures in my gallery if you want an example of the final result) for the price you want.
After I'm done with the picture, you can actually choose how much you want to donate (3€ being the min. price) which will be done through PayPal:

Every little donation would help me a lot.

Naturally I have the right to refuse any picture if I don't feel like it, and I will take the time needed with those I'm working on (so if you need some art within a few hours, I'm probably not the man of the situation)

Currently, I'm only able to draw some canines (Wolves, foxes, huskies)

If you're interested, send me a note with a picture of your character (or an accurate description if you really have nothing), and if you want a special pose, I will do my best to do it that way.

I won't draw mature stuff nor fetishes, only portraits (And occasionally suggestive stuff and underwears if wanted.)


If everything happens as expected, I will keep commissions open. There's no slots, I will only work on 1 picture at once. The status "Open" or Closed" will be written on this page depending on my availability. First come, first served!
