In regards to Payment/Refunds:
◼️ I only accept payment via PayPal and I solely use invoices.
After full payment, I start working.

◼️ I will accept a partial payment on larger commissions, as long
as full payment is received within a week.
If partial payment is required, please discuss this with me beforehand.

◼️ I will send an invoice to you for payment. Any payment received outside
of the invoice will be considered a donation, gift, or tip.I will send an invoice to you for payment.

◼️ If I decide to cancel your commission(s), you will receive a full refund,
regardless of the progress I've made.

◼️ If you decide to cancel your commissions,
you will only receive a full refund if I have yet to start your commission.
Otherwise, your refund will be determined on the amount of work completed at cancellation.
No refunds will be given if the commission is complete.

I will respect and retain your privacy if desired.

✏️ Regarding me, the artist:◽ I own all copyrights of the commission. I also reserve the right to copy,
reproduce, and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales.

◽I will not reproduce your commission with the intent to sell or for profit.

◽Unless a due date is previously agreed upon I reserve the right to take as long as I like on a commission.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✏️Edits and Changes:
◼️ For all commission types aside from sketches I will provide you with visual
updates throughout the process of your commission.
If you would prefer not to receive updates please let me know beforehand.

◼️ You may ask for edits during the sketch,
lineart and flat color phases of your commission without additional charge.
You may not ask for edits once I have completed the commission.
◼️ You may crop or edit for layout purposes, icons, banners,
etc. as long as the original content of the artwork is not edited.

◼️ You can only make changes to the finished drawing that are related
to painting or changing the light in the render.

◼️ All major changes will be reviewed and made on a case-by-case basis.
Changes may not be available at the last stage.

Sale Character/Adopts

(Usually the sale takes place through an auction where
your bid becomes the winning bid.)
✏️ As for you, customer:◽You can't claim that you designed/created a character.
◽You can change the design to your liking.
◽You can exchange or gift your character to anyone.
◽You can create copies, prints, or other products with the intent to sell or make a profit.
✏️ As for me, the artist:
◽I waive the copyright of a design once sold.
You can freely use the character for personal use after purchase.
◽I retain the copyright to the work of art that I created for the design.
I also reserve the right to copy, reproduce and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales.
◽I will not reproduce your design with the intent to sell or make a profit.
