I'm Sort of Back!

So uh... Basically first and foremost there is something extremely important that needs to finally be said after it's been a few years already. I think I'm not ready yet to explain the details though... But these emotional scars will sadly never heal anyway. Which I have been taking a lot of therapy to help ease its stress to some extent. *Deep breath*
Nearly 2 years ago back in February..... My Dad, who has been a Diabetic since the age of 3, passed away. And I was there with Mom when it happened too. Leaving me with some PTSD issues sometimes and intensifying my anxiety issues when certain stuff triggers it namely with inner conflicts aimed at myself for being mad at myself.

I honestly dunno when I'll be able to get back in the swing of things... Trust me, I want to! It's just that I've shut myself down so much for so long after what happened that it's not easy getting back up on my feet again. At least the therapy I've found has been helpful at keeping me busy. Perler Beading and playing Dungeons & Dragons!
So at the very least my creativity has perked up here and there just enough for my mind to be distracted.
On the other hand, technically I no longer have a Printer/Scanner so there's that stickler. I remember I got some stuff up on my Photobucket account that'll need transferring at some point. Maybe. Since to me it looks as if that place went from being a free using website to the "give us your money to use" crap.
I also have picked back up on RPRepository. Even though I have never even done any RPing there yet, I mainly have been using it as a profiling storage for certain characters that I use way too often. Right now I'm just loading up most of my D&D characters over there. I'm still fairly new to D&D, but it'll always be a work in progress on the baby steps it'll take me to just understand the core basics since I can't Math very well and get overwhelmed super easily now.
Anyways! That's all I have to say for now. This computer has been hating me trying to get onto DeviantArt so for now this is the only place I can update until I can get on there and let anybody who's left there become aware of said updates. Take care! ~<3

First things first. A shout out to all my CHEEPS!!! *Hugs everybody* <3 Luffles all of you. Missededed you all so much. How have you been? D:
Okies. Now down to business. I posted about my "disappearing act/long absense" explaination on my DA, but to make a long story short. Old computer went bye byes! Finally. =w=; Got a more upgraded version(not new) that'll run better. Yays! So I can work on catching up after I get all my files and folders reorganized. I've just been swamped for months with how my job's been. Little by little I'm almost done. Then I can upload stuuuff... I got so much stuuuff to show! *Flails* >w< And probably edit some things too...
I suppose I should also clarify on that -changing over- stick. Yeeeah... Nope. Not gonna happen now. Dunno what I was thinking, maybe was getting in over my head too soon? Yush. Not gonna fiddle with that no more.

General | Posted 14 years agoOkies... I've been quite a busy little Birdy lately but still following through of my change overs. Overall the goal I'm trying to put for myself is getting this taken care of before Christmas. If not then hopefully done sometime in January.

Basically Sanura's my practice for my attempt at making a Reference Sheet I suppose is the real truth. lol
Once I get a good settlement going, THEN I shall share with you the names. Course the Tumblr one's gonna take some time considering I'm still learning how to figure that site out. ^^; Sorries!

General | Posted 14 years agoBlech... That last journal I went and deleted. I got a lucky break out of my busy workload today! <3 Omg it's been sooo refreashing! Then it sparked a nice interest I'll be doing.
Currently I'm setting up a new Tumblr and new FA accounts. Seeing as I noticed I've not exactly followed up on my -starting fresh- ordeal. =w=; This account was based for the purpose of my DA Group anyways. So that means all the characters and art(That doesn't go with the group) will go to the NEW accounts! My fursona, Fly, will remain here but expect a completely new Flurrit to take charge over there okies? x3 No... She won't replace Fly! Nobody can replace my lovable little Apple Flavored Pocky craving Flurrit cutie. Hehe
So just a heads up to everybody not to get alarmed when I start deleting(possibly, maybe not) some things to post over there. Okies?

Would You Look At That
General | Posted 14 years agoLast night I went to bed at Midnight. That's early to me okies? x3 Normally I go to bed around 2-2:30am. Well... I had an interesting dream that's rather unexpected. Yush it still ended being a 'nightmare' as usual but still. It presented a nice concept.
And with this concept I wish to mess with and see what I get. If I get it to a good result then it shall become my Furry Feather Group's FA exclusive! <3 You heard me. Hehe It'll be an adoptable critter only found here on my FA account. I already got almost all the NPCs finished with their WIPs, so by the time I'm done figuring this out will probably be when I've finished the NPCs completely.
BUT!!! There's a catch. This is only an -idea- mind you all. If you want me to do this let me know what you think okies? Tell me if this idea is good or bad. Do keep in mind: I hold contests to make up for my nonPaypalness. Contests + Me = Ends BADLY! *Pouts* Raffle Contests seem decent though. So any feedback for other ways to hand these little cuties out would be heavily grateful. Please and thankies!

General | Posted 14 years agoGot a packet of Skittles at work yesterday. Been a long time since I had those and guess what happens? My first handful had 2 of every single flavor! owo; wth? What were the odds of that?!?!
On a side note- Been getting lots of heat exhaustion(sp?) off/on all week long. Ugh... And it's not from lack of water! We need rain! Such a huge dry-spell lately is quite dangerous.

Okies! Now with that out of the way... Onto my lake time!
Well sadly I didn't get as much Art done as I was hoping for. Since my parents just had to bring our Dog with us. =w=; Ugh... But! I will finish on what I was working on. If any of you who replied were wondering about this then keep an eye up at the Journal's header!!! I'll post the progress of who all was picked up there okies?
ReKon Review- Managed to pull my Cosplay together in time(The Karkat one. Yays!). At least the majority of it. Coaxed my brother to join in Cosplaying with me too(He went as Sollux, he's actually a Libra but he loves using his special contacts and already had a pair of 3D glasses). x3 Also convinced the friend who went with us to join us when we use these Cosplays for Nake-Kon next year! So I'll be helping get her 2 Cosplays(Trezei since she's a Libra too and Greece from Hetalia) ready for her first Cosplaying ever.
Let's see... I got a Red Angry Bird plushie that talks! XD Just so I'd take it with me and toss him around. Tons of fun! He was tossed about for so long until accidently knocking over somebody's stuff. Met up with some of my Con Buddies! <3 Made a few new buddies! The lack of food made me pretty ticked off though... I paid for coming so I SHOULD get some! D< They pulled quite some bs on me there. I literally so very hungry by the time we got back home and heavily thankful our friend's family just happened to have a party going at the time. ;w;
Other than that, it was fun having a Photographer there giving us Photoshoots. When I find him on DA I'll be sure to send links to the pics he took of me and my brother! Only a few actually knew of Homestuck so I was educating a lot of those who were curious about it. lol Since a LOT of those people kept thinking my Sickle was for me Cosplaying some Communist and wondering why I didn't have a Hammer with it. The DJ's songs were decent... Sadly due to the heat we had to leave early. Dx Ran out of drinks for everybody. Including the vast amount I brought!!! Which was funny... Because everybody thought it was the ReKon's drinks and continuely asked about getting stamped to get one. Funnier- Many thought it was a blessing seeing TAB again. XD *Snickers* I had brought that and found a way to order in Faygo.
It appears many there have been asking about Motakucon. It's a brand new little Anime Convention that just started last year. It's debateable but I don't think I can make it. *Shrugs* But good news! Rumor has it my Naka-Kon's next location will be even closer to where I live! If this is true, I so HOPE it is, then it'll certainly make me such a happy Birdy... <3 ~Cree

Incoming Vacation! Here's Your Chance!
General | Posted 14 years agoI shall be going camping out at the lake from July 1 - July 10! With my Rekon(Naka-Kon Reunion!) on July 2nd. (Unless the date's changed, I gotta go check for any updates...)
I've always gone to the Naka-Kon Reunion dressed up! Despite how bloody freaking hot it's gonna get. xD lol Yet I dunno what to be this time. Should I go with my original plan on my Boris Airay cosplay? Or attempt to finish my Karkat Vantas cosplay I'm doing for next year's con? Either way... Black and heat sure don't get along out there. lol But I was just fine when I went as a Heartless last year.

I always bring my art supplies with me to the lake. But never come up with a good amount of sketches to do! My ideas take their 'own vacation' which is a problem. I WANT to draw! But see? This is where you come in!!!
I shall open up my Art Requests! For an UNLIMITED amount of ideas!
All you gotta do is list of as many requests as you want from me. Simple right? Holds your horses first! D< There's more you need to know.
-Don't expect all these ideas to be accepted!
-Nothing dirty! Please keep it clean on suggestions. PG-13
-I won't have any references with me! Keep it simple
-PM me any questions you may have but do this before June 30

Well it appears I'm slowly settling myself in here. Getting things set up for my DA Group and references yatta yatta... As I've been saying, I shall do my best to keep this totally seperate from my DA place with few exceptions.
This will also include characters! Yays! Both from my group and my own creations. They will be exclusively for here and here only.
Now I would like to let this place know that I am not allowed any Paypal or online buying and whatnot. ;w; So I can't buy Commissions or anything nor can you buy anything from me okies? However! In the future I do plan to change that and my main project in stored are my own Badges-To-Be! These of course I am still unsure about which ones to show here on FA. So in the meantime DO NOT expect me to upload any at the moment. If you are curious I will kindly direct your attention to my DeviantArt.
