TERMS OF SERVICE
!!! BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS !!!
I, AS THE ARTIST, RESERVE THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:
-I reserve the right to claim rights to my work, including but not limited to uploading pictures of finished or Work-in-Progress (WIP) pieces.
-I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: customer being rude or overly pushy, unreasonable, harassing, or late on payments. Commissions that I cancel will incur a full refund.
-Commissions are for adults (18+) ONLY! If you are under 18 and would like a fursuit, I will do business with your parent/guardian.
-Contacting me may be done via a few methods: FA Note: FluffyStuffStudio or xXpuppyrawrsXx / Email: BaconShep[at]yahoo.com / Facebook: Alex.Shepherd.37 or FluffyStuffStudio
-I do not do resin eyes.
-I DO NOT do murr-suits. Under NO circumstances should alterations be done to convert any fursuit I have worked on into anything sexual. If this does occur, I reserve the right to refuse all future commissions.
-I WILL NOT offer a refund after a 3 month period.
YOU, AS THE CUSTOMER:
-You may cancel your commission before any work has begun. You will be refunded for any amount paid, less the deposit.
-Once work has begun, cancellations will NOT be refunded. If you must cancel, please do so before work has begun!
-WIP pictures will be shown upon request, within reason. For example, I may show you a few WIP photos, but will not show you one every day.
-If a minor detail is mistaken, I will do my best to fix it to your specification. Otherwise, I will follow your reference pictures to the detail level provided, given my abilities and materials. PLEASE NOTE: Real-life fabrics, furs, etc. are NOT always available in exactly the colors you will want. I will do my best to get as close as possible, but exact color matching is not always an option.
-I do NOT work off text references. I require full-color pictures for reference.
-I require accurate measurements. I may provide you with references on how and where to measure accurately. If you do not measure accurately, your suit or part will not fit or will be loose! Improper fits due to inaccurate measurements may be fixed but, depending on the level of severity, may incur a fee to be altered.
-For full-suits, a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) will be required. If you have never made one before, I may link you to tutorials. Please don't be afraid to use too much duct tape, more is better and a stiff DTD is easier to work with.
-If you gain or lose weight, please let me know ASAP so that I can ensure your suit fits properly. If weight gain or loss is significant, a new DTD may be required.
-If alterations are to be made to a completed suit that has already been shipped out, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
PAYMENT AND QUOTE POLICY:
-Any quote from me is only good for one month, since my prices can change. I do not include shipping in the quote, this is additional.
-I WILL REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BEFORE I PLACE YOU ON MY QUEUE! The only time a deposit can be refunded is if I choose to cancel your commission.
-I will require that at least 75% of your commission has been paid before I begin work on your commission. This must be paid by the time I reach your slot.
-Shipping costs will be calculated after completion of your commission. Payment for shipping costs will be due at this point.
-Failure to pay on time will result in a delay or cancellation of your commission.
-Payments are preferred to be via PayPal.
-I may allow payment plans, on a case-by-case basis. I will not accept more than four payment splits, and all payments must be paid prior to time of completion.
-Commissions will not be sent out until paid in full.
SHIPPING AND DEADLINES:
-All shipping will be done via the United States Postal Service (USPS). I will insure all packages for a $50 value. All packages will come with tracking information. I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS.
-Local pick-up is on a case-by-case basis.
-Convention pick-up is available at cons that I will be attending.
-Deadlines are on a case-by-case basis. Full suits generally take about 5-6 months, however this is an estimate and not a guarantee. If a suit takes longer than a year, I may opt to refund a partial amount.
WARRANTY:
-My suits come with a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the day your package arrives via USPS. This will cover any damages as a result of workmanship defects. This WILL NOT cover obvious neglect or intentional damage. Shipping costs are not covered in the warranty.
-The fit of the suit is covered for one alteration in a 30-day period. If minor sizing alterations are necessary, they will be repaired for free. Any extensive repairs or alterations will incur a fee. Shipping is extra.
-Any alterations not done by me will void the warranty.
-Minor repairs to the suit outside the warranty period will incur a fee, but will be accepted for the life of the suit. Shipping will be paid by the commissioner.
OTHER INFORMATION:
-PLEASE BE AWARE that I have two cats and two rats, and there is also a dog in each of the neighboring apartments. While I do my best to keep my animals away from my fursuit materials, such as enclosing the fur in a bin, if you have any pet allergies, I DO NOT recommend you commission me, as there may be traces of dander in the fur.
-I claim all rights to creating the original suit. If anyone else claims rights to having created the commission, I reserve the right to contact administration and/or take any appropriate action.

This is what I do for my job pretty much so its important to me that I can still even get commissions at least as usual as I used to, which was far between anyway lol...Partials start at $800
